I have a bag of Epsom salt i was considering using for soilless coir, like yourself. Mostly during flower for the boost of sulfur and mag. Was wondering how you like the epsom salts with soiless grow and if you've had any troubles with buildup. im guessing thats your practical replacement for calmag, and you have calcium already in your water supply.

@@TPYRD, right on the money! Tap water has enough calcium and the Epsom salt really works as a replacement. It’s just much more expensive than buying bottled calmag. But if you have no other option by all means go for it!

@BigDaddyK, Iron deficiency from high soil pH caused by new, taking long to develop a buffer coco coir. Didn’t stop them from growing fast though.
