They are reaching the end of stretch. I noticed light stress on #1 so I raised the lights. I also added a 3rd trellis to help support these girls so they can focus on growing! They got big fast, and those leaves are huge so I had to go in and remove some of the bigger leaves that was shading out my lover canopy

Day 50: Everything is looking happy after the little trimming. Getting ready to head out of town in a few days. Ordered a small automatic waterer from Amazon to assist while I'm gone. Watering/feeding day. Each plant got 1 gallon of water with the following things: 5mL per gallon Alaska 5-1-1 30mL per gallon Alaska 0-10-10 (a little more than normal to give them a boost) 5mL per gallon GrowMore Seaweed Extract 15mL Blackstrap Molasses Scratched into the surface of each pot is a 1/2 cup of Happy Frog Fruit & Flower Day 52: Leaving town early on Day 53 for 5 days. To prepare for the time I'll be gone I got an automatic watering system from amazon. Since I only use a total of 4 gallons during watering and only need one watering done while I'm gone, a single bucket will do the trick. I set up the system, installed two watering stems per pot, and made a looped system. In the bucket of water, I added nothing but the water. I don't want to have to worry about stirring it or anything like that. I set the system up to water when lights come on during the 3rd day I'm gone, Day 55. After I had the system set up I watered/fed the plants. Each plant got 1 gallon with the following: 5mL per gallon Alaska 5-1-1 15mL per gallon Alaska 0-10-10 5mL per gallon Grow More Seaweed Extract 15mL Blackstrap Molasses Plant 2 also got 1.25mL of AGT-50 Plant 3 also got 15mL of Liquid Culture Microbes Plant 4 also got both the AGT-50 and LCM at the same amounts above. Hope the watering system works.

I'm excited for this one, really skunky smell and lovely buds. Hey growth was right on point with a auto and having her under 24 hours if light a day really fattened up her flowers. She grew with zero stretch between nodes and stacked nothing but nice colas. I would definitely recommend this strain for anyone looking for a fast turnaround of fat resinous buds. Cheers.

18.12 Buds start to become some darlker colours, am really excited how they will develop the next weeks. This week I start to add Canna PK fertilizer.

Wow. She grew 26cm this week. Clearly likes her new 10 litre fabric pot. From what I've seen of the pots so far I like them. She's making loads of flower sites, also note the stem abuse I've administered this week 😂 I'm trying to stress the ol' girl out a bit. Let's go for this session. Long time I wanted to grow Desfran seeds. First because it's almost 100% sativa, and it definitely gets my preference. Second, because it grows fast and high... if everything goes ok ! Germination day 5 : 3/3 Desfran Germination day 12 : The litle girls growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting.

5/27/19 -Looks like Cheese #1 is starting to turn purple. Sugar leaves starting to turn purple -RG #5 is really completely turning purple--most mistils have turned orange--waiting on lower small nugs to turn orange to harvest -RG #4 leaves are starting to claw for some reason. I went 1 day to many on the watering and i think i stressed the plants w the underwater -RG #4 watered with 1 large pH balanced water no nutrients -Week 10 grow solution made with 6mL Micro and 12mL Bloom--pH balanced to 6.42 -Thinking of harvesting RG#5 sometime this week. Really hot. Using more water. About 2 gallons a day each pot. Watering daily. Summer peak hits in the next month, then comes the wind down to the season...from September to Croptober. I don't see as much stretching as I see buds coming in right now, which is really exciting. Wind: I usually experience strong winds for the end of August and start of September. This means that I am taking the canopy down and letting the sun hit the plants with all its force for the remainder of the season. More water means fatter nugs. Nutrients: Day 105 - 21 August 2024 - Added 1 cup Bud Candy and 1/2 cup Overdrive from AN, then added 2 gallons of water in a large watering can. I let that sit for 2-3 hours, then I add it equally to the four pots. I'm alternating this and kelp meal biweekly from Down to Earth (every 2 weeks). This recipe is gentle and it works for me. Thank you to all following the grow. Straight up... each plant looks a little different - my guess it's because of all the crosses behind the genetics. Basically looks a little Malawi, a little tropicanny, a little cookie, and sour orangey for sure. I don't care for a stable line where all the plants look homogenous (basically the same, I may have messed up the description) - I just want something that will have a good end product and these plants all look fine to me. Now I just have to be vigilant so that the caterpillars don't destroy all the flowers. It's a bit nerve wrecking, but I'm committed to not using pesticides or insecticides - organic or not. I'm also considering washing the herb at harvest--that's got me a little nervous also because it gets really humid around harvest time, but all the testimonials and videos I've researched all seem to agree that it does not affect the end quality in terms of effect since THC is basically water resistant, not water soluble or something--i'm thinking water hash in my head to comprehend the science a little better.
