everything going as planned cant wait for week 2

What a pleasure these Pinapple are to grow. I couldn't be happier with the way they are filling out the scrog net. My only question is how bushy is too bushy? I've had to trim out a serious amount of undergrowth and large central fan leaves. I think a combination of great genetics and the complete spectrum the 315s output is causing the canopy to be so so dense. I'm just hoping the buds fatten up too! I'm trying to leave them alone as much as possible and I'm no longer tucking them under the net. I'll leave them to recover from today's defoliation and do some more plucking next weekend. I've got a feeling this tent is going to look very different in 7 days time! Now on everyday watering. Keeping the EC below 2.0 and fluctuating PH from 5.7 to 6.1 throughout the week to uptake as many nutrients as possible. Mid week edit: Please check out my last 5 photos added at day 52. One of the 2 Pineapple Express I have in the tent is looking really tired and droopy. I cant seem to figure out what is causing it as the other Pinapple is happy and praying. I also have 2 Six Shooter and a Cream Cookies and both of those are happy and stacking on the bud. Temps are solid at 29 degrees light on and 21 dark. Feeding when required. They just look like they are lacking something. Some of the oldest fan leaves have brown rusty patches on them too. I've given each plant a Biosys Microbe tea today in place of a regular feed. Ive also emptied and scrubbed out my water tank and watering can. Hopefully that brings them round but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Day 53, I've turned the blurple LED off in the centre and also reduced to 18/6 light cycle. They just look so lifeless. Almost like they are sick of the light. If she recovers I'll try turning the LED back on next week.

Wow. She grew 26cm this week. Clearly likes her new 10 litre fabric pot. From what I've seen of the pots so far I like them. She's making loads of flower sites, also note the stem abuse I've administered this week 😂 I'm trying to stress the ol' girl out a bit. No idea if it working but its all data in the memory bank! 💪 EDIT: Light settings updated to reflect current tent lighting......

Another week done. Not really much to report. The ladies are on cruise control. The buds are fattening up and starting to put on some serious weight. Should be a good harvest. PPFD is averaging 900. The ladies seem to enjoy it. Leaves are all in the praying position, which is a good sign that the girls have what they need. I have been using Plagron Green Sensation to support bud development. Got better at week 8 end. Finally lots of trichomes, buds are gettin denser last couple days. Made a couple of pure water waterings between nutrition. Defoliated hard and seems like this is last time before harvest. Please share any thoughts/tips on better growing this baby👇 Peace🙏

I’m this week I add only water 💦 🚿

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

This week is the start of week 2 for us In flower. Did some trellis nets and added a second one to help train them. They are sitting at 22 inches from the base , I believe them to be taller due to the trellis nets. The ac infinity is dialing In the temp and humidity nicely. Lights sitting at 100% and 25% Ir started this week at 19inches above the canopy. Ph5.6 ppm 1070. Hoping to see some buds form this week.

Still pulling top fan leaves to allow the side branches to catch up to the main stem. Plants are enjoying the new root space and increased feed.

The one plant that has always been under the cobbs is a couple of weeks ahead. They are all fattening up and the smell is great. Humidity in the tent has dropped, this is due to the outside weather changing and running a 6" fan 24/7. I may start the flush on the one plant, will decide in a few days. Cheers

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2202 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Very fast growth using Pro-MIX ORGANIC SOIL. IN WEEK 1 solo. Transplanted last night with great white and a light watering to a nice happy lady today. Great week 2 start!

Bending ULH1, and give her a dose of 1l: (3ml/l TopVeg+1ml/l Green Explosion) , after the Nutrients dose it got a little more darker. The broken leaves are being replaced by the new branches leaves, so the storm was just a little pain ... Vigorous mode: ON Watering ULH2: It is getting more colour :) . I think it is starting to root well and eat the nutes stored in the soil.

Just been chopped toon al the lower branches off and put them away separate but will update on the total yield

Happy and Healthy.Rehomed into 5 gal fabric pot with Dynomyco. Recieved a top feed of 70/30 Gaia greens. Some worm castings on Day 30 with a dose of beneficial bacteria and teaspoon of molasses. Day 35 I’ve took before and after photos and spread her apart to get even canopy coverage. Light defoliation. Very healthy girl full of vigour! Thanks for checking up on the girl!
