🌳 Week 13: Well, they're happy... almost too happy! The canopies are filling up again and getting incredibly dense down below. Especially with the squatter, Indica-leaning strains, I'm honestly getting concerned that they might be too dense, and cause mold issues. We do not want that! So, they all came out of the tent again and got their most aggressive cleanup yet. I took more bottom branches off and made more clones, and then also just cut out some other smaller branches, particularly ones that were growing back inward or in some cases even crossing over others. The differences between the indicas and sativas are starting to become more apparent as the plants stretch, and some of the sativas are almost 16" tall. I actually ended up topping a couple of the very tallest branches before they stretched any further, again in an effort to keep the top of the canopy as level as possible. I'm also experimenting with using some wire rings as inserts to spread out the top of the canopy, and pretty pleased with the initial results.

This was the last week on vegetation light schedule, we think she had grown enough to start flowering cicle. We also started the defoliation, gradually removing the leaves, when we find it necessary.

Hi GD! Welcome to week 8 above soil! The above feed applies to most mature plant only, the other 3 are on last weeks feed till they catch up. Busy week! Invested in a new 1200w LED to try and replace my 600 w setup. I've thought about temp issue's and bought a 120w tubular heater which you can see in the pics. Works great keeping root zone warm, floor dry and gives off a nice but not intense warm to warm the plants. I've used it for 24 hours and can see the plants have stopped slumping when its gets too cold outside. The led is set up! Gunna review the flower period l. Oh and I flushed the runt. 20l of phed water. Has tips burnt and is a runt so it makes me think lockout. So she's been drowned and now back next to the tube to recover lol. Oh and we supercropped a 2nd plant Thanks for watching! UPDATE! !!! Found about 6 banana's on the early flowers! I'm very shocked! I'm also concerned about the fact that the one that's hermed, is the only one out the four that's started flowering. All same age. I think a 8 week veg period is long for any auto. So I'm worried about these three now. Are they photo periods?? That's what they look like! My excitement for these girls (well 3.5 girls) has gone, and rained on my parade over the new LED.... Will update with progress.

For this grow I've used, For the growth 1 sf1000 2 fan 15w 1 extractor 150mm 350m3/h 1 carbon filter 150mm 1 Hydro Shoot 60x60x140 1 timer 1 thermostat Heating system for the winter month 11l RQS Fabric Pot and 11l plastic pot. 20 Hours On, 4 hours off light For the soil I've used plagron light mix ont the top + batmix in down pot + rqs pellets. For the blooming 1 Mars Hydro TS1000 (150W) 2 fan 15w Extractor + Filter 150mm 1 HS60 box 1 timer Same pots 20/04 Plagron lightmix + batmix + RQS Pellet After harvest, I've put the stuff in a room with 2 fan 15w, weather are really hot and dry, condition are not well, around 25/32*C and 40%HR, hope will be not dry too fastest. OK lots of excitement this week. I could stand by and watch no longer something had to be done, but what? Let's turn to the strange leaf problem first. Copper necrotic spots. WTF could this be, it's nothing to do with nutrients or pH that I'm pretty confident. Maybe it's just normal leaf dying. Whatever. I've supplied some photos where you can see a pattern of concentric rings. This tends to make it look more like some sort of mosaic virus, however if that were the case it would be everywhere. It looks like something was spilled on the plant but that did not happen. I don't deem this a problem at all but it's very very puzzling. Anyway after mulling the situation it seemed like it was about time this giant leaves were gone. So all the giagantic huge chunky leaves were removed. I figured whatever they are making there's plenty more healthy leaves to carry on the work. Plus I think it induces some shock to the plant. It will definitely shift hormones around but what effect that has I don't know. It looks like I've done a lot of work on this plant but I haven't really, just trying to see what she wants to do. So all that's happened is the first two branches that come out with the first baby leaves have been removed all other branches have developed normally. Then the four branches from the first two growing nodes have been pinned down to give the plant a bit of space. Edit: I've just pinned the lowest branches back a bit more and removed any fan leaves around the top as there seems to be plenty around.

Commencing Week 7: day 43 on January 12th Today I left the dirty girls (I call them that because they are in soil 😋) out of the tent for their first time in their lives to hang out with some new girlfriends (my photoperiod s). They seem very happy to be hanging out with them 👍👍 The other day I took one of my personal photoperiod Crosses and pollinated one of the bottom flowers of the bloody skunk, hopefully seeds will be coming soon :-) Today I started thinking about how much longer they have left and it seems the bloody skunk is nearing the finish Line already. In the beginning of this diary I wanted to achieve the goal of getting some autoflower seeds by taking one of the syrup strains and cross breeding it but none of my syrups strains made it from seed for some reason. So now I'm thinking about taking the top bud off of bloody skunk in the next week or two and letting the rest of the plant go through rodelization so I may still achieve that goal. We shall see. This is my first grow and I’m excited to start. I will be growing in a space tote (2 50gallons stacked on each other with 2 150w lights and will be adding a 3rd soon ).Took the glookies seed 3 days to germinate via the paper towel method. Once it sprouted I immediately planted into its final home a 4 gallon pot. While the glookies were germinating I learned of a seed bank near my area which recently opened and they sold already rooted clones. So I purchased a doc og clone and planted it at the same time I planted the germinated glookies seed. I planted both and then watered until water started draining from the bottom. I used pride land’s premium potting soil as i was told that it stores enough nutes for 3 weeks.
