Tart Pops is entering week 6 of veg and she's stacking up beautifully! Been training the top heads using plant bends to open her up and keep that canopy nice and level. She's responded like a champ — lower sites are reaching for the light, and the main tops have been topped again to push even more branching. i went to work like 2-3 days not coming home and she is nearly dry out to dead but luckily i came back in time and fix it.

A good first week from all the girls overall. They continue to develop as planned. They got watered with the spray bottle until Friday when they got a real watering. This girl is doing well. Plants growing extremely well, the only problem I think I'm having is too many nutrients. Plant A is showing some strange signs. a few big fan leaves are becoming "crispy" I can see a bit of nutrient burn, but a minimal amount I finally set up the drip system this week. I started LST this week, I bent both plants pretty hard, they are almost parallel to the soil. On plant A I did super cropping by mistake, I was tieing a branch and I put too much force on the bend, but palnt didn't seem afected at all by this. Not much has changed other than size. I have her locked down in a ring to direct even growth. She will stay in the pattern for another week or so before I'll release the branches and move her to the 4x4 flowering tent. I'd like to note that I have also removed the first 2 nodes on every branch on the entire plant. And cleaned up all growth for the first 5 nodes from the main stalk. As well as any branch that is facing down.

Very excited for my first grow ever. My soil is the Biobizz-Light Mix in a 11L pot .I got so impatient that i even dug it out at some point to see the progress...i hope it won't have any consequences. The first days, i only sprayed the soil with some water to keep the soil moist. At Day 4 of germination i watered it for the first time with 250ml tap water at 6,5ph. I will run my light for 18 hours now at a distance of 60cm with full power. That will lead to round abot 215 ppfd and 12k lux for the final days of germination. At day 6 after germination two darker spots appeared on the first 2 leafs. I hope it’s just because of some water drops on the leafs. Watered every 3 days with 350-500ml of 6,5ph tap water. 23.05.24: For my definition the vegetative stage starts today. I will turn the light up to 500 pphd Very excited what will happen next!

Not a bad week. Left unattended with nutrient feed. One got slightly over watered ,so I removed water line for a day or two to let it dry down. PH perfect nutrients really make it easy to have a low maintenance grow. Going to let them be for another week while I decided if I want to top or just tie down. Will update pictures and such as the week progresses.

Day 1 flower

Day 1 of week 9 in flower. I took some close up pictures of trichomes yesterday they are at the end of week 12. Judging the looks of the trichomes I can go longer before flush/ harvest. The buds are slowly adding weight. The plant smells great I am happy with the progress. I will be lowering my center light down to 15cm for the last 10 day push. Early in veg the plant has a Indica look to it and its leaves. Late in flower the leaves look more Sativa. Friday May 14th I will check trichomes tomorrow which is the end of week 9 in flower. End of week 9 trichomes are getting there. One more week will be 10 weeks in flower the estimated flowering time. Video for comparison tomorrow first day of week 10. Buds are defiantly gaining size as branches bend from their weight.

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. So this week the tent really started filling up, lots of new growth probably going to flip next week just giving the mac 1 time to root in a new 7 gallon bag as she was far too big for her 3 gal one and is definitely female 😀 I’m planning on just keeping all six at this point harvesting as plants/branches are ready. heavy defoliation is in order soon

Going into this week the girls are now reeking of dank so loud the neighbor was asking when it's going to be ready. 😂 Buds are getting nice and dense and I've got excellent node spacing for this cultivar. Can't wait till she is ready.

Started flushing last week. Next week Is the last. I'm really proud about these plants. I'll grow more times Tropicana bc Is a really good plants that grow likes a Monster. I'll do the harvest week in 10 or 14 days.
