Diese Woche gehts nach draußen, denn das Wetter ist gut und die Eisheiligen sind durch. Die Tropicana Cookies hat ihren Endtopf bezogen und darf jetzt als erste im Außenbecken schwimmen. Das System besteht aus 2 Solarzellen. Die linke betreibt eine kleine Luftpumpe und hat sogar einen integrierten Akku, sodass sie auch nach Sonnenuntergang noch weiter pumpt. Bis zum nächsten Morgen schafft sie es allerdings nicht. Die Leistung ist eher mäßig, aber ich habe durch einen anderen Schlauch und einen durchlässigeren Airstone alles rausgeholt, was möglich war. Die rechte Solarzelle betreibt eine kleine Teichfontäne, die ich direkt gegen den Deckel spritzen lasse. So läuft die NL am Deckel und am Topf entlang bekommt dabei viel Oberfläche. Ich hoffe damit die NL zusätzlich mit Sauerstoff anreichern zu können und die NL an sich so weit in Bewegung zu halten wie in einem RDWC. Die Zelle ist nicht besonders Leistungsstark und dadurch pumpt die Pumpe tatsächlich nur, wenn die Sonne scheint. Ob das reicht werden wir in diesem Experiment feststellen. 😅 Dann habe ich zusätzlich noch den Eimer Isoliert, indem ich einen 40L Stofftopf drüber gezogen habe. Der Schatten schützt den schwarzen Eimer vor der Sonne. Die Steine auf dem Deckel schirmen den Deckel ebenfalls ab und halten abends ein wenig die Wärme, sodass der Eimer langsamer und hoffentlich etwas weniger in der Temperatur schwankt. I started germination of 2 Jack F1 beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their new home. Cant wait! Just some background information on my last run with the Jack f1. It was relatively strong during veg. But was middle of the pack in size after the 6 weeks of vegetative growth. After the flower stretch she became the largest quick! With a enormous stretch rate of 300%... Yes she tripled in size. Forcing me too super crop her which she didnt like at all. Setting her back and definitely hurting her all around yeild. Despite the staggering, unexpected stretch amount. Leading to the stress inducing supercropping. She still pulled off immaculate bud structre, density, and trichome production. She just took much longer than she should have... and didnt pack on the whopper size buds I'd expect out of these genetics. Definitely learned alot out of my first go. So I'm amped for the second run with this variety. This time around I'm going to anticipate the stretch and cut veg time shorter. To roughly 4 weeks or 1 ft in height. Also utilize a bit of very light lst to their side branching to open them up a little bit. Without stressing them out... well hopefully.

March 27, 2019: For the most part everything is moving along nicely. The CBD Medi Kush has taken off in the flower room. She is 30 inches tall now and showing lots of nice bud site development. So far I have to say I'm impressed with how things are going in the flower room. The organic methods appear to be working very well. The plants all look super healthy, no signs of any deficiencies and the leaves are all the perfect shade of green - not too dark and not too light.

Good week overall, the buds are getting a little bit bigger. I've started to put 2 ml per l of advanced nutrients in the water.

I transferred it to a half-gallon pot and I mixed the organic fertilizer with the soil.

It blooms quite quickly,Many trichomes are already appearing.beautiful color of the leaves It'll go pretty fast from now on.

Day 28 Flowering: Good afternoon growmies. I hope we are all well and sane while this world silliness plays out. Here we are at the fun side of growing again. The stretch is well finished and they are now beginning to stack the colas on their long stems. Six-shooter has remained fairly small and is not a very attractive looking girl at all. lol A bit like the spotty teen about to emerge the butterfly I am hoping !.. She is a really odd looking girl with a scruffy appearance even after a little defol. She looked underwatered in veg a few times too but was not the case. She has a really sticky build up of resin already and smells quite strong of urine.lol I think she will be a late bloomer but not dissapointing. Strawberry Pie is looking huge and lanky now her stretch has done. Her node lengths are a little wider than I had hoped but I get the impression she will still join them up for some very long colas. Her trich build up has started already and is very productive too. Sticky fingers that smell of sweet fruity candy at the moment. She is around a foot tall with lots of room to swell and get air around her frame too. Mexican Airline is the star of the bunch right now, she is huge already. Her bud stacking is really beginning to take form and with the size and amount of them, she will be a great yielder. She has filled her space nicely now and will benefit once I harvest some other the other plants i have running. The potential for the two bigger ladies to gain plenty of size is certainly there and without me doing the l.s.t early on in veg , I think they would be very tall plants . The attempt i made to try to tie the 5th node up while the others caught up was beaten by her determination to keep growing it and even after I totally bent and created a knuckle to again try to hold her down , she powered herself through and carried on with her plans for the flowering cycle.... It did help to create a nice crown of Buds though which should fill our rje whole structure of her. Feeding every 2 days and showing no issues to worry about besides a slight tip burn which is down to the pk warrior strength. A decrease in dilution will sort this quickly. The Fungus gnats are now under total control , by this I don't meant have started training them to do aerial displays like the "Red Arrows" or fly patrols of the grow room but that they are no longer an issue. Still the odd one of two to keep mindful of but the sticky traps are a help too. So there we have it for this update. All going well and the harvest date is not so far away now.. Be well and safe.

Well as the days go on she is looking fabulous with a strong aroma.Such a pretty plant her flowers are just loaded with trichomes.Light intensity is still set at 80 percent on the se 7000 and just giving water for this last week.Her trichomes are cloudy still with some clear so let her go a bit longer.

Foliar fed shogun sumo boost yesterday

Week one starts today well actually yesterday Feb 9th was first day but who cares imma document it as today top dressed with power bloom days ago and top watered today Since the bottom watering pan was dry

Just look at those buds! She's showing some beautiful colors, and displaying a lot of frost. She continues to he very thirsty, taking about 1.5L every day. No problems at all this week. In fact. I will be a bit sad to see her go. That said. I put her in 48 hours of darkness to finish her off.

Only 10 days of drying and 2.5 weeks of curing, but I'll post the smoke report: Tastes of sweet Carmel creaminess. Very smooth and great high. That's why so many strains have gelato as one of their parents. Because it's damn good. 8/10. Very happy with gelato. Harvested 3.99 ounces (111.8 grams) of primo Gelato flower. Chopped day 82 from seed in soil.
