Las plantas ya se ven mejor, han crecido bastante bien, aunque la Runtz#1 parece ir peor

Day 46, plants are slowing down. They'll be one more push, but this will not be like the last week and a half so itsbtime to slow things down. I see some signs that i need to reduce the nutrients. Signs being slight tip burn on a very few the fans with a hook upwards indicating transpiration doesn't balance with light intensity, more noticeable and trustworthy signs are the darker shiney/waxy leaves inside the canopy. I'm not sure if my video uploaded or its quality while I write this, so I will comment on that later. Being only 3 weeks until harvest I've also cut the CO2. If looking close, the upper buds are starting to throw new pistils and elongate indicating that the co2 and heat may cause foxtailing if I push any further. I've reduced co2 from 850 to 650 and light from 1000ppfd, to 850ppfd and then this morning to 700ppfd. End of next week I will reduce even further to around 550ppfd before the last week at 400ppfd during the flush. All this lowers the temperature and slows transpiration. I've reduced the EC from 2 to 1.7EC and turned on my mister as well to maintain humidity to 55% . One less variable to worry about..humidity was fluctuating 47-53% last week. Higher humidity also slowing transpiration of water and nutrients. Hoping these changes have set the girls up to only get just the right amount to finish pretty.. Next week, tomorrow the nutrient mix will have full tilt instead of the bulkyB.

Ich habe die Pflanzen erfolgreich in größere Töpfe umgesetzt. Alle Ladys sind nun in 6-Liter-Töpfen mit BioBizz All-Mix untergebracht. Der Umzug verlief reibungslos, die Wurzeln sahen gesund und kräftig aus – ein gutes Zeichen für ein solides Fundament. Seit dem Umtopfen zeigen die Pflanzen ein gutes Wachstum. Der All-Mix scheint gut angeschlagen zu haben, erste Anzeichen von Nährstoffaufnahme sind sichtbar: sattes Grün, aufrechte Blätter und ein insgesamt vitaler Eindruck. Gießen erfolgt aktuell noch moderat, da der All-Mix gut vorgedüngt ist. Ich beobachte die Entwicklung genau, halte Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit stabil und freue mich auf die weitere Wachstumsphase.

This week I took a few clones while I still could, didn’t want them too far into flowering. Normal week of (vigorous) growing in our Scrog canopy. Very surprised how quick she grew her leaves back after the defoliate. The clone rooted quite quickly and has shown amazing vigor. It was reintroduced and will begin flowering immediately. It will still get 10 days of Veg while the plant figures out that it’s Fall time in here. (before it truly starts flowering)

Blüte hat begonnen: Edit:11.05 Die Pflanzen sind innerhalb von 2 Tagen explodiert. Ich habe das Licht nun auf 75 Prozent gestellt und noch einmal Cal-Mag nachgegeben, da die letzte Gabe nur eine halbe war. Die beiden Titan sehen fast identisch aus. Die beiden Epsilon sind circa 3 Tage unterschiedlich, eine ist etwa 5 cm kleiner als die andere und hat noch kaum Blüten. Ich denke, in 3 Tagen wird das der Fall sein. Die Cosmos F1 ist im Umfang circa 50-50 cm, kaum Blüten bisher. Ich hoffe, sie wird nicht noch viel größer, da der Platz langsam eng wird. Ich bin von dem Wachstum dieser Pflanze absolut begeistert. Mal gucken, was die Blüte bringt. Edit ende Ich habe alle Blüten entfernt, die nicht im direkten Licht sind, und alle Blätter, die die Blüten bedecken. Die Pflanzen weisen einen Cal-Mag-Mangel auf, was bei der Blüte normal ist, gerade bei diesem Licht. Ich habe dem Gießwasser etwas Cal-Mag hinzugefügt. Die Pflanzen sind drei Tage älter als im letzten Report. letzte Woche : Die Pflanzen sind seit der Keimung auf diesen Fotos genau 30 Tage alt. Ich habe eine Pflanze ausgetauscht, da es sich um eine Epsilon F1 handelte, die vermutlich Mutationen aufwies. Sie hatte verkümmerte Blätter, die nicht wie die ihrer Artgenossen aussahen, und wuchs deutlich langsamer. Daher habe ich sie nach 2,5 Wochen ausgetauscht. Der kleine Mann(die ausgetauschte Pflanze) leidet natürlich jetzt ein bisschen unter Lichtstress, deswegen werde ich wohl nur eine sehr gestauchte Pflanze erhalten. Aber besser, als die Fläche leer zu lassen. So viel zu dem, was nicht funktioniert hat: Die Sanlight stand die ersten 2 Wochen auf 20 Prozent. Dann habe ich sie teilweise mit dem Dimmer höher gestellt: 2 Stunden auf 25 Prozent. Eine Woche später bin ich auf 30 Prozent und 2 Stunden mit 35 Prozent gegangen. Für Woche 4 habe ich 40 Prozent und 2 Stunden auf 45 Prozent gewählt. Ich erhoffe mir, die Pflanzen so schneller an die starken Lampen zu gewöhnen. Im Nächsten grow soll bei jeder Pflanze die TDS per Infrarot gemessen werden. Da werde ich dann ein Experiment zu machen, wie die Lichtsteigerung am besten umzusetzen ist. Zu den Lampen kann ich bis jetzt nur Positives sagen. Im Gegensatz zur dazugehörigen App, diese ist wirklich nicht sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Menü und die Einstellungen sind teilweise irreführend und nicht sehr durchdacht. Ich muss mir immer wieder die Tutorials in der App ansehen, da diese immer wieder angezeigt werden. Noch dazu hätte ich gerne die Möglichkeit, mehr Einstellungen treffen zu können. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau, weil auch die App das macht, was sie soll, nur eben meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Pflanzen wurden von mir mit Klipsen aus dem 3D-Drucker gestützt. Diese Klips kann man Stück für Stück im Winkel verstellen, so dass man die Triebe damit neigen kann. Das habe ich von Tag zu Tag im Winkel verstellt, so dass ich am Ende einen 45-Grad-Winkel habe. Das habe ich insgesamt über 6 Tage gemacht. Die Pflanzen haben an sich ein sehr gleichmäßiges Wachstum. Die Cosmos F1 wächst so optimal, dass kein LST mit den Klipsen nötig ist. Ich habe an den Pflanzen keine Mängel entdecken können und auch keine Anzeichen von Mutationen. Die Pflanzen haben im Durchschnitt eine Höhe von 35 cm, wobei eine etwas stärker abweicht mit 22 cm (wieder eine Epsilon F1). Der Umfang mit LST bei der Cosmos F1 liegt ohne LST bei 20 cm im Durchschnitt, wo wir wieder die Epsilon im Negativen haben mit 14 cm. Die Pflanzen wurden alle entlaubt, das eine Woche vor der Blüte. Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

3/4/24-Here we are with the ladies goin to their second week. Yay baby flowers 💚 Have a few things going on. I apparently suck at the trellis thing lol. At flower they were all pretty even..I would tuck a few stragglers that got taller under. They’ve went crazy now and I don’t really have anywhere to tuck them other than away from the lights which I don’t wanna do. There was some discoloration on the tips of leaves which I assumed was light or nutrient related, so I dimmed lights a bit and checked the runoff water. Omg. It was wayyyyy too acidic. Like high 4’s low 5. Some leaves also appear to be showing magnesium deficiency.. which I assume is because of the crazy acidity. I’m giving dechlorinated tap water (no normal nutes) without phing it because it’s very alkaline. Hoping it will bring things back up. Oh, I sprinkled epsom salt on the soil before watering. (Magnesium) Really crossing my fingers that I am doing the right things and don’t screw this up! These ladies still look really good to me considering.. but only time will tell. Update: pretty sure I had nitrogen toxicity and too much salt buildup in the soil. In the meantime got what seemed to be magnesium deficiency. I’ve been giving only water with some epsom salt and the girls seems much happier. Hopefully Krisis averted 😂
