Grow Diaries: Week 9 Veg - Mentha de Croco Mutants Hello, Grow Diaries fam! 🌱✨ Week 9 is here, and while our mutants are small, they’re undoubtedly mighty in beauty and character! Each plant continues to showcase its uniqueness, with details in the leaves that are nothing short of art. As always, patience is the key, and these beauties are teaching me that every step of this journey is worth it. The Flip is Coming! After much thought, I’ve decided to flip the entire room to a 11/13 light cycle. This means it’s time to identify males and let the females show their true potential. Here’s the plan: • Why Flip Now? Despite their smaller size, flipping now allows the plants to reveal their sex while keeping the room’s progress synchronized. This way, I can focus on the keepers and remove the males efficiently. • Revegging the Favorites: By flipping and selecting now, I’ll be able to reveg any standout females later. For those unfamiliar, revegging is a technique where, after flowering, you revert the plant back to a vegetative state. This method preserves genetics you love and allows you to grow clones or expand the line further. 👉 Benefits of Flipping and Revegging: • Speeds up the identification process without needing clones first. • Lets you preserve special traits in the plants. • Adds flexibility in managing space and time. Environment & Nutrition This week, I’ve maintained a steady environment: • Temps: 22°C with about 66% RH. • Nutrients: Continuing with the Aptus Holland lineup—Regulator, Start Booster, and CalMag Boost. The All-in-One Pellets are still providing slow-release nutrition, and the plants seem to love it! Watering from the bottom remains my go-to, helping keep gnats at bay while ensuring even root hydration. Enamorado de esta variedad,está demostrando unos colores muy hermosos,su aroma es muy fuerte y notorio,esta semana vamos a aplicar la técnica rib para ver si tiene un beneficio en la planta . Ahora se viene el engorde unas de mis etapas favoritas.estoy pensando en poner tutores para soportar el peso de las flores

At this point, I’m wondering if there was something I could have done earlier to avoid the significant height difference between the two plants. Jack Herer turned out compact, while Northern Lights grew taller, with buds more scattered and spaced out. A few weeks ago, I did some lollipopping to remove very low, underdeveloped buds, and also some defoliation to help light reach areas that were shaded. I’ve been really struggling with the Berlin summer. I can’t get the tent temperature below 28°C. Sometimes the humidity outside the tent is higher than I’d like, but since I don’t have a dehumidifier, I usually just leave it as is, especially since it rarely stays above 55% for too long. Just a quick note about the nutrient Vegan Phosphor Boost: I’m following the recommended dosage of 3g per 10L of pot size (not per liter of water). Unfortunately, GrowDiaries only allows nutrient input based on volume per liter of water, so I can’t log it exactly as used.

She has finally started some growth that I’m looking for. Trimmed her up 2 weeks ago and her new leaves/shoots are filling the spots. Lateral growth as well. Slight Flowering on the very bottom of plant so next week is the start of week

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de floración de estas Rainbow Melon feminizada de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

I think it's a fantastic plant you can feel the og and terpenes of the blueberry it grows compact and vigorous even if the pot did not give it justice it was grown in a small pot in normal soil I am very satisfied I am waiting for the smoke

2 of dem from the 2nd set don't seem to catch dem self yet🤷🏾‍♂️ but the rest are taking off....those from the 1st set still ain't transplanted and they are pushing hard ties ain't holding dem back. 2 that where transplanted previously jus tryin to get dem a good size n send dem on a breeding project for the beginning of the Most of new cutting have visible root

So this plant grew during winter, i cant heat the room where the tent is so the only warmth was from my LEDs and dehumidifier, during summertime this strain finishes in around 10 weeks from seed, if u like strong smoke you should try her out

Day 22 22/07/24 Monday Nothing new to report. Starting to see them beautiful fans appear that's all 😁✌️ Day 23 23/07/24 Tuesday Feed today, giving them straight all nutes Inc flowering nutes. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. (Not sure what's wrong with Overdose #2, bit mutated, we'll see how she gets on 😅) Video updates 👌💚 Day 26 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update.

Everything is going great. They've responded well to topping and training. Two more weeks before changing to flowering cycle.

Flush mode

D33 (24/12/2020): First week of flowering. Both officially went into flower 4-5 days ago but I decided to finish the week before starting first flower week. I fed around 3L of water today, they were thirsty. I mixed full recommended dose of nutrients for last week of veg in 1,75 gal. of water. I want to go slow in reintroducing nutrients after 2 flush last week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3L per plant, PH6.4. 600 PPM - run off: 900 PPM for Banana Kush and 800 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 54% D34 (25/12/2020): Nothing special today except that it's Christmas, everything is going well. RH is higher today since higher temperature where I live but nothing crazy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 58% D35 (26/12/2020): I removed leaves under canopy today and fed with a gallon of water + minerals each plant. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3,75L per plant, PH6.8, 350 PPM - run off: 750 PPM for Banana Kush and 600 PPM for Glue Gelato - RH: 55% D36 (27/12/2020): I readjusted some ties because they are stretching like crazy! The buds are forming and more pistils are showing. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 53% D37 (28/12/2020): Still readjusting the ties and removed leaves today. The lights are now at 24 inch and plants receive around 495-525 PPFD (38 0000 to 40 000 lux). I'm aiming to go above 600 PPFD in the next week. I will check how they react with more light. - temp: 24C - no water - RH: 54% D38 (29/12/2020): I gave approx. 3.5 L of water per plant. I used 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. - temp: 25C - water: approx. 3.5L per plant, PH 6.4, 720 PPM - run off: 900 PPM and PH6.8 for Glue Gelato; 800 PPM and 6.8PH for Banana Kush - RH: 54% D39 (30/12/2020): Removed more leaves under canopy. - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 54%

The smell on this lady is absolutely insane. The only way I can describe it is a dank smelling cherry. Trimmed 2 ozs after drying got done and had the whole house smelling. Very impressed with the nose tone and taste of the Cherry Cola and its not even cured yet. Growing this plant has turned me on to the cherry terps and will continue to look for them.

Looking good, defoliated a lot and rotated pot

So we're a couple weeks into flower now. I finally got my hands on a ph meter. Our water has a ph of 7.8 but with nutrients comes down to high 6s. Runoff ph was 6.3ish. I'll keep an eye on it the next few feeds and see what happens. Found a little caterpillar that had been munching on my leaves, no eggs that i could see so hopefully not a prob. Had a couple weekends where I've been away and girl has dried out a bit between waterings but she's held up under the stress ok.

Omfg what can I say, Just look at the size of this auto plant, She looks over watered but I can sure you she is not, But just too be sure she had a flush feed this week and sucked that pot dry in just 3 days the same as the feed bucket before that rich of nutrients, Absolutely no signs of defentcies on any of the plants leaves at any stage this grow, Just the mutations in the first weeks that have only seemed too make them all very special plants indeed, Now comes the exiting part, The bud development, I really pumped the nutrients this week as you can see, At the end of this week a stopped giving the plant these addavitves More roots, Humic acid, Growzyime, Fast bud folar spray, And big buds, And have now started too raise the house & Garden A&B soil feed and also there budXL I also started off early but as a trace amount of there top shooter, By the end of week I intend on giving them the full recommended of each and only be giving them the house and garden range at full streingh, I will then wait for the first Amber tricomb then instant flush feeds, Hopefully I get two weeks from that stage but it is often genetic so as long as I get at least one week and at least 3 feeds of water only then I'm happy Update I've been told from my photos I need too flush and they over fertililsed so my plans too increase is an Abort Misson lol Will not turn back the dial on feeds

Day 58 - See Below #1 - Gave 6oz of water and rotated.... #2 Gave 17oz of tap water and rotated.... Day 59 - See Below #1 - Gave 17oz water, rotated and moved some leaves down by hand. #2 - Whatever. lol Day 60 - See Below #1 - Left alone but rotated, checked tricomes and seems she needs a bit longer but I am having a hard time with my damn tools to check tricomes... #2 - Gave 17oz of tap water, not worth taking a photo of... Day 61 - See Below #1 - 17oz of water and rotated #2 - 30oz tap water and whoooo. Day 62 - See Below #1 - Raised Light to 15", clipped all big leaves, hope I didn't fuck up... I want to harvest in 1-2 days I think... #2 - Nothing, leaving alone... Day 63 - See below #1 - Gave 18oz of molasses juice @ 1tsp per 36oz. Spritzed leaves with water. #2 - Whatever
