We are in the 16th day and these babies are developing very quickly.

At day 20, I can see that the strech phase is almost over. The girls are now expressing a more specific nose, even if they share a similar aromatic profile of exotic fruits. They all share that same tropical funk back ground (myrcene/terpinolene), but some of them (#2 and 4) got a solid punch of sour lemon. Chopped on Day 70 (September 6th, 2020) 9/6/20: Hung her to dry after taking off most of her fan leaves. I decided to hang the whole plant this time around to see if it helps my dry quality. Will update with pictures soon. 9/12/20: Trimmed her up today after feeling that the nugs were crispy and dry. First couple days of dry we were experiencing a bit of a heat wave and high humidity levels (fluctuating from 60-75%). During the final days of drying we had rain and then it cooled off and dried out lowering my rh in the tent to around 50%. That crisped the nugs right up in 2 days and I decided it was time to pull her out and trim her up. The nugs were so incredibly sticky and smelled of chem. They are really dense despite their look especially the main cola nugs. Still smelling a bit like hay but I'm confident that the curing process will take care of that. I am curing with Boveda 58% rh packs in each jar and a hydrometer as well. Not going to test a nug until at least a week or two of curing or until I run out of Sour Crack lol. Will update with a smoke report. 9/28/20: So it's been just over 2 weeks of curing so far. When I first put the nugs in the jar, I was worried they were a bit too dry/crispy for what I was hoping for, but after 2 weeks of curing the nugs aren't as crackly sounding in my hands. I cured with Boveda 58% rh packs and mason jars as seen in the pictures. **SMOKE REPORT** 9/28/20 - 2 weeks of curing: The smell of this strain is a really unique one, or maybe the pheno that I got is. It smells fruity for sure but it has this gas smell to it that almost smells chemical but in a good way. I marked down tropical above because the combo of pungent fruit almost brings out a sweet cocktail aroma. After really thinking about it, I've never smelled weed with a scent quite like this one! The smoke was smooth in my freshly cleaned bong and I'm decently high. I feel pretty tired but I'm ready to do something like game or make music. I don't feel hungry (yet) but my throat is begging for a drink. I'm happy that I have now smoked my own home grown weed twice!

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

Week 13 in the garden, and it's been a week of contemplation and admiration. Despite my initial plan to flip the plants, I decided to give them another week in vegetation. It's like I'm sculpting a masterpiece, carefully grooming the plants into a perfect botanical sculpture. Working with my plants feels like art – it requires skill, love, dedication, and a sense of playing God. As I look at the tent, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and joy. These green beauties are turning out amazing, and I'm filled with overwhelming happiness whenever I get the chance to speak to people about them and show them off. But the time has come to take the next step in their journey. They're being flipped this week for sure, ready to embark on the next chapter of their growth. It's bittersweet, but I know it's all part of the magical process of growing these wonderful plants. Here's to Week 13 – a week of artistry, joy, and the promise of new beginnings. 🌿🎨

Trichomes are 60% cloudy 35% clear 5% amber

She is 4 weeks into flower and doing awesome!!! I started seeing some discoloration on her tips so I cut the nutes by 25%. She is smelling great 👍!!! Buds are stacking and fattening up nicely!! So far this has been a great grow!

Jack Herer auto is on her way out. She has gotten switched to just ph water a few days ago. The next update will ge her harvest in about a week, and a half. She is looking really good and frosty. Good aroma, and nice plant or a 100 watt grow. I should easily get a gram a watt if not 2. She grew great in the Athena blended line nutrition. Everything is looking awesome.
