This lil lady is officially flowering. Half way through the week she started growing pistils all over. Switched the lights to 12:12 half way through the week. She recovered from the LST of tying down her top. Room has averaged 85° F / 40% RH with a high of 89° F Ordered larger oscilating fan hoping to get the heat down a bit. Been dealing with fungus gnats in some other plants in the house so I sprinkled ceylon cinnamon on top of the soil, to act as an organic fungicide, and sprayed her down with neem oil as a pest prevention. 💧 Watered: Tuesday May 5, 2020 with 4:1 Water to Hydrogen Peroxide. Installed 6in oscilating fan blowing at the light. Heat is still too high. ~85° average Raised light to 18in above canopy. Shes responding well to the LST and several nodes below the top have now started showing noticible growth.

Before chopping her down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil to see the rootball. I hang plant as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. Cant find the temps for 6-2 to 2-13. I do have a video when she was at the half of the dry process. 14-2 Trim day, yay! She was easy to trim, the buds are nice and dense, and there was not a too high bud/leaf ratio! She dried for 14 days. End results: Dried buds: 81 Grams. Dried Trim: 18.5 Grams. I am really surprised how good these genetics are! If you like CBD, i really suggest trying JYM Seeds out! The Saparot smells very fruity almost like a fruity coctail. The buds are super dense, and very bag appealing. After some months of curing the sweet fruity smell changed to a more sour smell, but still smells amazing! To be honest, i cured her a bit poorly, burped too less, and because the buds are so compact she holds moisture better then normal, so she tastes harsh, but thats on me. I have a pack of JYM's Sour Fruit aswell, so i will for sure try it out again! And my hope is already very high :D Thanks for following my diary, and feel free to check my others out aswell! Day 43 this orange is running absolutely faster than the last I did. Every day flowers are getting bigggers and resin is awful to be at 42 days. I’m really loving aptus product, but I really can’t ell what’s is pushing her so fast. Still got some slight burning of leaf tips more so on the right side of the tent. Otherwise, growth is good. Stratiolaelaps scimitus are now abundant in the soil. Pretty neat. GIBBERELLIN: Note: As gibberellic acid is not soluble in water you need to dissolve in alcohol first, Mixed 0.75g Gibberellic Acid 90% with 50ml of 99% Isoprponal alcohol , (Any alcohol will do but a higher % works better) also warmer alcohol helps dissolve the gibberellin. Mixed with 1000ml =1L of distilled water, bringing the concoction to 400ppm. 2000ml = 200ppm etc Every plant has a different threshold required to elicit a response, 400ppm is on the high end of the scale I've read to be careful with dosage as it's easy to over-apply, let's find out if it does anything like it described. Added bunch of enzymes, aminos, 5 or so different kelp. Can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator. Nutrients for the week are recipe foliar application. The speaker (containing a 3 KHz signal and nature sounds) is played at high volume with high treble and medium bass for 10 minutes before spraying the plants. The plants are then sprayed while it's playing and the sound is continued for another 20 minutes after spraying. Both sides of the leaves should be saturated. Treatment is best performed early in the morning/daylight, preferably in foggy 65+RH% dew. On cold mornings, spraying should be delayed until late afternoon if outdoors. Do not spray plants when the temperature falls below 50o F. The formula also can be administered in the regular weather supply, by drip-feeding, hydroponics, etc.. Interestingly, many genes that regulate and adjust gibberellin levels are influenced by the temperature. Thus, when the temperature changes during seasonal change, the plants react to this as gibberellin levels change. This starts off many processes such as flowering and fruiting. Gibberellin molecules are involved with and interact with other plant hormones. The auxin level, for example, is directly related to the gibberellin level, and the two complement each other. Ethylene, on the other hand, tends to degrade gibberellin levels. Plants use these hormones, which respond to different inputs, to balance and react to inputs from the environment. These inputs signal various environmental conditions, which the plant is keen to take advantage of. Gibberellin Structure Gibberellin molecules of different types are synthesized in many different parts of the plant. Currently, there are over 100 uniquely identifiable gibberellin molecules. Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe, good week for the Red Hot Cookies, she is still looking a little deformed with her leaves, but she is green and healthy. The Medic Grow is still running at 30% in the V1 or vegetative stage which is the mostly blue spectrum. I am watering them every other day or so with a small syringe around the edge of the solo cups. I am hoping to transplant them i about 48 hours to 3.4 gallon airpots and hook them up to an automatic fertigation system that feeds every 6 hours or so. Day 18 Transplanted today the plants into their 11L pots.😊 While instead i will let the Lemon Tree grow for another 4/5 days in the same pot because she only got 13 days, so I prefer to have it strengthened a little before the transplant. Day 24 Mimosa, Meringue, and Kmintz were Topped, Defoliated and also applied a light LST to the main stems of the plants. I will do the same for the Lemon Tree in the next 2/3 days.. I hope they have a quick recovery 🤞🏻 Day 27 LST also performed on the side branches of all plants except the Kmintz which is too small to bend its branches. Also Today we got 21 days for the Lemon Tree which has a great shape! Carried out topping, LST and a little defoliation.. 🙌🏻 In the next few days I will let them grow them without further stress. Week 1 Day 5 Flower Hi Everyone 🖐️🏻 Thanks for looking in! I switched to flower 5 days ago and the girls are filling out well each day. I just today drilled a hole in the floor and inserted an iron rod into it which now pulls the net in a lot tighter and has allowed me to start tucking and guiding branches where they can get the best light and fill the net. I have supported this with a bit of defoliation to get light to those lower branches and get them pushing growth towards the canopy. As the next two weeks progress I will continue to defoliate and even remove some lower branches which aren't likely to benefit the canopy and in fact deprive the canopy of some energy. The roots are looking good rapidly colonizing the tubs, I've had to return them to the trays from the reservoir below several times which is a headache I'm happy to have😂 I may have flipped too early and aren't likely to fill the area but it should still be a heavy crop and if rather have a manageable grow than a jungle. If it proves way off then next time I grow the same strain using the same method I'll add another week to the veg.
