Defoliated this week. Ladies are filling back in nicely. Tons of bud sites. Very happy with this batch so far! Nutrients every watering this week. These girls will now get one watering of just ph water, then the next watering will be the last watering with nitrogen. After that, we kick the bloom phase into overdrive. They will get micro, bloom, and advanced big bud. Every watering, for the rest of their lives. Grow-5ml Micro- 5ml Bloom- 5ml Recharge once a week.. These Hubbabubbasmellascope plants are very nice plants. Again, two very different phenos within the 5 plants. Two, are Broad leafed, haleavy stalked, and beautiful. The other 3 are a bit strange. Very small leaves, very narrow leafed, and a touch smaller. Just totally different looking plants. But absolutely loaded with bud sites. Time will tell!

welcome to my late update of week 10 Day 67 5/17/2021

Well, what we feared, became a reality, one of the regular XTrakush plants is a male. This is why I planted two and I'm happy it seems to be only the one. But with the canopy going nice and full it hurt to get it out. Of course, I hoped to have two females but nature went its course. Considered leaving it in, to pollinate the others, or keeping it somewhere, but I do not have the space or light for it. Thus with pain in my gut, I went about getting her out. I notice a nice developed root system, very healthy, which was very hard to get loose. After shaking the soil off I have a rootball the same size as after my whole grow last time. I could lift the whole 57 ltr bag by lifting the plant. Sturdy stem, thick solid branches. This is what I was aiming for and it works. The soil again is proving itself to be a winner. The light this low gives some higher temps as expected, but manageable within ranges. The SP-3000 is performing really well and I cant wait to see the bud development coming weeks. I'm sure it will deliver a great amount of bigger buds looking at all the flower sites and the thick branches that support them. The plants seem to take the light well on only 45 cm. I've started adding the BAC Organic Bloom Nutrition. It is designed to work with the microorganisms I added with the micro life. With this I do a little bit of Calmag, but not so much, since I don't see any evidence of shortages, again proving my soil is dialed in for growing under LED perfectly. This week has been great.I'm glad that I was able to pull the plant when I needed to. The weather out here isn't always the best coming towards the end of October. How ever i handle it the best we can. What ive learned to do is wet trim before hang dry. Heres some phots of these glossing nugs. Iknkw ill lose a bitin water weight but im happy none the less. Fire 🔥 This has been a great grow, I learned a lot from Growing out here in new mexico. It was amazing to be able to train these plants 4 into one using training techniques. LST, HST, Defolation & topping all play a roll. It is fun to learn and sharpen my skills. I hope everyone enjoys my diary. Thank you so much Divine seeds. Pour les engrais , Nous sommes toujours sur du purin d'ortie pour l'azote avec un paillage de tonte d herbe qui en plus d'ajouter de l'azote , protège des nuisibles et mauvaise herbe !! 📆 Harvest Week, 19-25 August 2024 19-22 Aug - Observed and let the plant grow. 23-24 Aug - Flushed with RO water, turned lights down to 40% power. 25 Aug - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. 💚 Thank you Divine Seeds for this sponsored grow! 📑 The final week of flowering for Pablo Escobar! I gave her a good 71 days as recommended by the breeder. She grew using every one of them until the end. Another genetic hit by all means. A pleasure to grow. This is a sativa dominate variety so expect a longer flower time. You will be rewarded with thick dense buds, covered with resins and trichomes, with a sweet herb, earthy smell, nice and danky. Began the curing process in a climate controlled closet with a RH of 53% and temp of 71deg F. The main leaves are removed before the branches are hung upside down for 7-10 days for drying. From there the buds are removed from the branches, separated, and are trimmed to remove as much leaf as possible. Then placed in quart mason jars with a 62% Boveda TerpShield packet, burped daily for about a week or until 62% RH is maintained. Then labeled and placed in a cool, dark closet for long term storage for up to about 8 months or so. 🔥 Smoke Report: It took Pablo 10 days to slowly dry out. I cut all the buds off the branches and used my 19” Bud Trimmer for a quick finished product! I’m really impressed just how fast this trimmer works. It can take about 1/2oz or 14g at a time and with 4 or 5 turns of the handle it’s finished. Nice beautiful manicured buds in about 10 seconds. No more trim jail for me. As for the smoke. The taste definitely is the same as the smell. Lemony or citrus. The high is definitely that of a sativa. Comes on slow, then creeps up on you hard. Stays with you for a couple of hours, needing only a hit or two to recharge the high afterwards. No doubt this strain is very high in THC, and should be taken into account for the beginner. I had lots of issues with this as it was my first grow essentially and I kept running into VPD issues, whether it be too high of a temperature or humidity, but that is not the fault of the plant or genetics, just have a tiny cabinet to grow in so it's hard to dial things in. There is not much of a smell, it's kind of like a Michael's craft store, or potpourri? It's very subtle and kind of sweet, but it does not stand out. Hopefully, the smell will come out more once it's dried and starting to cure? We'll see. Also, I have no idea the amount of wet weight harvested, I just sort of cut the whole plant at the base and then hung it upside down. 😅

Well what a week lol. Noticed brown spots and yellowing of leaves on lower branches, progressively got worse and higher up the plant. Repotted to a bigger 5 gallon fabric smart pot at the end of week prior to flushing plant. Added in some Dutch Treat soil. Finally got my digital pH and TDS meter. As I suspected, high ppm and low pH in the run off. Had to flush plant with 20L of 6.8 pH water over the weekend slowly. Suspected nutrient over feeding (1840ppm) causing low soil pH (5.34pH) and nutrient lockout. Got levels to 6.25pH and 814ppm. Carefully fluffed soil to help dry out faster. Reduced light to 80% to let plant recover over the next few days. Will start with just water at 6.8pH and resume feeding after at 50% depending how things look and ppm runoff readings. Overall the plant looks decent for all things considered and just got the SF-1000 grow light last week. Was just using 2 Amazon basic LEDs before from seed. Dozen or so node sites with new growth, FIM'D last week and now seeing 4 new nodes with new growth on top and FIM'd a few outer nodes on the branches that were ready. Hopefully with better monitoring of feeding and pH levels will be ready to flip to flower in a week or two. I want the plant to develop to good size before flowering. Starting with poor lighting and this week of Nutrient lock out has stunted growth speed, still good size for age, just need to correct lock out and low soil pH

Auto Maxi Gom is starting to make progress. She was treated with neem a week ago. Spots stopped, so I believe it was a mite issue. They appear to be gone at the moment. Hopefully they don't find their way back. Things are looking good at the moment. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Tangerine Band grew excellent. She was the biggest plant in the run of 4. She grew vigorously and has some really frosty colas on her. She actually got too big for my grow space. I am cutting her down today and everything looks great.
