Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! Sadly I’ve discovered some rootrot. The PH dropped to 5.2 within one day, I measure PH daily and already noticed some deficiency in the old leaves. I immediately checked the roots and discovered slimey brown gunk on my roots. Decided to cut all the gunk off and clean and sterilize the resivoir. Placed the plant in quarantine with very low light to let the plant focus on recovery and root building instead of growth. This rotting situation will probably set me back for 2/3 weeks but I expect the plant to comeback fine.

The outdoor girls settled into mid-vegetative growth this week under stable late-summer conditions. Daytime highs hovered in the mid-80s °F with warm evenings and good airflow. The 5-gallon plant continued to bulk up with thick stems and wide fans, while the two 3-gallon pots stayed slightly smaller but healthy and even. Light training was maintained to keep open canopies and even tops. All three plants showed solid color—medium green with no major deficiency signs—but minor heat stress and light leaf curl appeared on the hottest days. They were watered evenly through the auto-watering bases with RO water and light Cal-Mag, letting the soil dry back fully before refilling. No top-dress or compost tea this week; amendments from earlier feedings were still active. Overall, Week 6 was a steady outdoor stretch phase with healthy structure, balanced moisture, and a smooth lead-in toward pre-flower.

trimmed and netted the plants last night, 12/30, and the energy pushed the plants to stretch another 1/2 inch+ this will be the last week of vegetation as I prep this light leaking tent for flower, not a fan of mars hydro at all right now. their poles are the weakest I've encountered yet, too many light leaks and this is the first grow with it. My high cfm fan , which is only a 4", is pulling the fabric too much and causing the leaks to grow a bit. This is not new, its been happening with indoor tents for a while now but I thought a grow company such as MH would have a decent, respectable tent. My solution is Blackout Curtains draped over the sides. However, I am hesitant to do this with the MH tent as the poles for the tent are too weak as it is, tsk tsk tsk mars hydro. will continue to increase the watts the next 6 days HAPPY NEW YEAR a combination of light and fresh soil has made the plants stretch so I will finish tightening up the MH tent today and ill start flower tomorrow, day 62. while adjusting the height I must have nudged the dial for the dimmer and sent it to 184w. this would have been a big jump but manageable but I lowered the light 7" and the plants took a bit of a hit. I adjusted the light back down to 160w and I'll let the plants recover before anymore adjustments.

Started to get some light stress on a couple of taller ones so backed lights off a few inches. Smelling lovely and now starting to bulk up. Buds are rock hard.

I was too busy in last weeks and forgot to take some photos to growDiaries but this is the last video before start the flowering time. This girl have been growing health and beautiful.

So the objective here is to get to harvest as quickly as possibly - Basically got a cheap humidifier and filled it with ph'd water with very little nutrient. Running this as a Fogponics once the roots starts coming out the net pot and then move to standard dwc with air pump during veg and flower. Let see if this speeds things up

Not much to say if following other diary tips burn tiny bit and yellow tops I little flushed with oh water and clear hopefully does trick goin to true black molasses in next couple feeds on a few just to expirement a little I hear it’s good for Cannabis plants all around

Made my own cheap SCROG netting. The girls are about to do their stretch. All 3 are flowering. Slowly removing fan leaves and any inner leaves covering floral growth. No more than 3-4 a day per plant. Slow and light. So far, so good... I think so anyway... What do I know... I'm a noob... If someone is still following this diary and sees something that I can improve or any advice at all... I'm all ears. This is when I changed to spider farmer SE300. Wow this light is amazing the full spectrum light. The dimmable light adjustment is sweeet. It’s like opening a Christmas present 😂

We continue forward and the flowers are looking beautiful. Battling pH issues and the drift in this tent is just crazy, especially since I barely have room to move her around to adjust her parameters. I need to not be lazy 😂 and do what needs to be done. She's got a funky grapes profile and berry smell that's getting more acrid as she ripens. From the amount of pistils she's still throwing, I'd say she's gonna be going for a while longer.
