Ongoing fun with my plants, hope they still doing their jobs

This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

1/25 Week 11 Ripley : Flushing begins with a five gallon flush to move the runoff to under 200ppm and defoliated by pulling almost every leaf on a stem, and god what a bunch there were. This opens the plant and removes those sources of nuets. Going to doing this as quickly as we may so will be monitoring runoff as we go. Tara: Slight Defoliation just trying to keep these leafy SOBs open. Back on Heavy dose of CocoTek and placed in best light I can we just watching the bud growth for how to help this big girl. Will not pick up Peak again until ready to withdraw the CT. Better pics when I can 1/26 Ripley : Second day of flush just keep running water through it till runoff gets low no longer PHing the water, nothing much left in there anyway. Fading really showing now Tara -Zilla : She likes the nuet and light change buds really building now Not getting any taller 1/27 New pics of Ripley she is getting so damn frosty in flush Tara building buds very quickly 1/28 Continuing flush on Ripley, she will be harvested in two days, its fast but we need the space. Tara no changes except more buds 1/30 Ripley removed from tent for harvest. Opened up Tara's binds. Tara now the Queen of all she surveys... Unfortunately I had to harvest the BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH x CHEESE) from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS early, because of looking bud-rot. The plant needed at least another 10 days to finish, she still had plenty of white pistils and would have gained in harvest weight and also produced more trichomes, if given more time. The final harvest weight of 31 gram dried bud, was still a VERY GOOD RESULT seen the circumstances. The buds are dank and have lots of trichomes, all in all a VERY NICE KUSH/CHEESE VARIETY!

Son 2 plantas de esta genetica. Una es mas vigorosa que ptra, pero son muy similares en cuanto a su fenotipo. En esta semana ya notamos el engorde que se viene propiciando luego del overdrive. Tratamos de a poco ir bajando la EC para llegar 0.0 en el corte. La luz sigue baja procurando mantener una buena seleccion de terpenos y resina.

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is on the left of the timelapses.

Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Some leaves are alredy yellowing indicating harvest time is nearing. I also shock stress the plant by reducing nutes to avoid harshness from my smoke. Just banana compost tea+plain water. Since this grow is in a supersoil, dropping the BigBud nute off in last 3 weeks to allow the microbes do its work. In 2weeks once trichomes are ready, i will chop one of the plant. Them colors on the strawberry is magical. Cant wait to dry them and cure to see the effects.

Ill have to update the final results in 4 weeks. Plants are still drying and I gave it my best guess.

WEEK 7 (4 Bloom) DAY 43 ( 23 Bloom) In the middle og 4th week of bloom my twins have stop to grow up in height and I can tell that they are in beautiful health. The buds start to become big and we can see a loto of trichomes and they relase a beauatiful smell. Look at the video and enjoy with it!! 🙏 We will see what's happen in the end of this week to understand how far is the the goal!! Happy growin g for all 🙏 GGG
