End of week 8 and the beginning of week 9. 1-2 weeks left before I chop these girls down. All my girls are loving the new light and so am I! Highly recommend. Only things to report on is, I’m still flushing, my buds are getting denser, and also they’re starting to turn purple! This is my first plant to actually turn purple and I grew a plant just before these two that’s were supposed to be purple, but never did change colors. Bro’s first grow, he’s made a decent DIY Aero/Hydroponic system the girl is coming along great with. A few issues with temps an seemed she got a little growth stun in her early weeks all good now though she’s just coming into flower and is looking good. Happy growing peeps 👍 🌱

The beautiful girl has started growing right now. I haven't fertilized her yet. I've done some topping and removed the small leaves of the avemoth. She's feeling great.💚

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. All systems grow!!! They happy, I'm happy! Giving a little water daily! Took off humidity domes today 🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪🥛🍪 Well. This hobby is never a sure thing. I'm pretty sure I either overwatered a bit or gave them to much supplements. I think in the future i'll skip calmag and rapidstart in bushdoctor. also water every other day. I think i got over anxious. Hoping they snap out of it! _______________________________________________________________________________ Ha!!! I'm just a negative nilly! I was rushing things. These ladies are GREAT!!!! I think after that first set of leaves the plants takes a few days to grow that tap root THEN pushes that leaf growth!!!! Nearing the end of the week I couldn't be happier with things!!! I added a ghetto DIY humidifier to to get tent up till I can water plants a bit more, but this new tent is working out AWESOME! I'm hoping my time lapse is working now too so we will have a nice little treat when things are done!

Day 35 Gave her a flush and fresh nutrients. Added a little maxibloom. Switched lights to 12/12. Nutrients per gallon .5 tsp maxigro .25 tsp maxibloom .25 tsp armor si .5 tsp calimagic .1 tsp 90/10 humic/fulvic acid

Okay so after 48 hours instead of 24 of darkness. These ladies were begging to be chopped with how much more intense the smell got. Cheesy , sweet , skunky , and a floral incense kind of scent. Made lots of finger hash just getting them off the plants , already smoked. I’m about 75% done with chopping all the major tops. This time I decided to cut off the branches and dry on an eight tier 24” diameter rack off Amazon. All 8 tiers are full with gorgeous top colas. I’m drooling. Can’t believe just how much bud this is turning out to be. They are dense , and oozing. Not going to get a wet weight because this is just too much. But holding the rack it’s like 20 lbs or more. My scales don’t go that high. Lol. Gotta say it, I think my buds look 10 times better than the advertisement photos g13 lab’s mozzarella. My 2 cents and honest opinion. Please do give me your opinions. I know I didn’t show the full grow because life gets busy. My next grow I want to control the humidity and heat levels a bit better. Or just humidity and run co2 to withstand higher temps. I have every angle of the grow under my tips now. It feels amazing to have this kind of harvest after the dedication these plants received. I’m Convinced…. rdwc with a water chiller , is by far the best way to do hydro. When it’s dry I’ll add the final weights. My nutrient reg is this. Jacks 321 , botanic are cal mag plus, hydroguard,PK booster is flower fuel(purple can off Amazon) and unsulfured molasses. If you don’t have an ability to keep water at 70 degrees then only use jacks hydroguard and cal mag. You’ll still do well but that molasses , that sauce is the boss.

It’s week 5 of flowering, and things are looking fantastic! The adjusted nutrients for the coco substrate have clearly made a difference, as both plants are thriving and continue to develop thick layers of trichomes. ✨ Interestingly, the non-LST plant is starting to show some unique color variations, which is surprising given that both are from the same strain. This unexpected twist adds a bit of excitement, and I’m curious to see how it will develop over the next few weeks. When it comes to scent, the differences are striking! The LST variant has a bold and distinct Lemon Haze aroma—zesty and citrusy 🍋💨 while the non-LST plant gives off a fruity-sweet smell that’s incredibly rich and inviting. 🍓🍭 Unfortunately, my camera broke this week, and now I’m dealing with some low-quality pictures. 📷😔 While it’s frustrating not to capture the plants in their full glory, I’ll do my best to document their progress as clearly as possible. Overall, both plants are doing great, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they turn out in the final stretch! 💚

Well not really much too update everything is still going well i guess, purple queen is really slow with starting to set flower mode is that normal with this strain? Or I’m i just not patient enough 😅 sticky beast is going really well also going strong into week 5! My best one most be the runtz #1 that is in week 6 the other one is chasing it but like I said already i broke the main root (not all the way) while lsting her. I put some ducktape on her but i think she will take a little longer then the number 1

04/29/2021 GSC, is Fairing well against PM Blue Dream not so much going to have to physically wash leaves to take care of that. Watered in with Seed & Plant (mychoriza).

And my army as arrived lol its IPM time with in this case is not preventive but its attacking a situation !!!! In my humble opinion wen growing in organics one fight life with more life and in this case i broth the big guns, i am talking about applying nematodes (steinernema faltiae) with you cant see at naked eye but will do they’re job on the soil and take on a microscopical way, i also am introducing some beneficial bugs to be more exact the stratiolaelaps scimitus they are machines killing trips, soil flies and a bunch of other plages we dont want around our girls and i also invited some Noseilus Californicus as a preventive for Any kind of non beneficial mites. With this i recipe i have faith my girl will be in control until the end of the run were i can clean it all up good !!! Appart from the bugs situation and that this girl is always starving dont ask me how but just in case i start adding NPK in liquid mineral way lol she is doing amazing to my eyes, i mean the bud formation its amazing , i can already see a canopy full of golf balls , she is not an easy one to grow but i believe she will compensate me with amazing fruits, lets see … <3 <3 <3 As always thank you all for stoping by, for checking my journey , for the love support and for it all, i am blessed and humble with you all. This burd is nice and phat! She also smells absolutely amazing. She is close to being my favourite in the tent. She is still suffering from some calmag issues. Either than or it's something I can't identify or possible rust. She is so close to the end that I'm not overly worried about rectifying it. She is covered in trichomes and looks to be developing well.

Coming down to the last few weeks to final harvests. Bruce banner and slurricane mothers remain as do 2 x slurry daughters, 4 x bb daughters, and 2 x FFT testers. The season has been good to me, the Scroggernaut has been good to me. Once these buds are in jars, the room will be cleaned, and I will break for the winter. Improvements next year: mini split AC new strains under belly lighting

We are entering week 9 now! She’s an absolute beast! Smells is strong but very fresh and tasty. The upper buds seems to be ready to harvest but I think I will give the whole plant another week until chop, chop :)
