DAY 21: With the settling in period well passed and the beginning of establishing their bases in the pots , it was time to get busy on the planned Methods to train them with. I enjoy trying different methods when growing multiple plants from a strain and comparing their finishes. It can be handy to watch which way pulls the best from them. #1 Amnesia Haze has been f.i.m.m.e.d and seems to have caught her in a good spot. Hopefully a multi-crown will form as the lowers catch up now. Amnesia #2 still has her rectangular look but I decided to top her as the node lengths could be a sign of a more sativa grow pattern possibly. This should keep her managed along with her potentially shorter sisters. The growth tips will be encouraged outwards now to give them their own space as they form. Amnesia #3 has so far only been cleaned out of her 1 and 2 nodes. She will be bent over once she is tall enough to safely do it to her. All looking happy and a nice cour still so hopefully flowering will be close now to use the stretch to shape them. Girl Scout Cookies # 1 has been bent over after working her stem a little between my thumb and finger to soften the stem again. She has stood back up once already so I have now had to use a tent peg to keep the 5th node down .... #2 G.s.c also had the same treatment but her stem snapped so I had to quickly reset her to let her fix the break. She is repairing it and again starting to feed the leaves on her 5th node. If she doesnt repair enough , I can top her too. They both have a good amount of growth on them so should be nice producers. All of the girls are due to go j derby the sp3000 directly in a day or so as I am harvesting a few others . They will be in then best spot to hit flowering stretch then. Onwards and upwards growmies. Be happy. UPDATE # I have been busy keeping g them trained over the past few days and wanted to show their progress before the next weekly update. It can help to show how the plants respond to the initial pinches /bends etc... They are bushing out where they need to now and the fimmed girl is bang on the money for the hotspot I think. I'm very exciting and a bit worried after move to bigger pot and DWC. I should grow them in DWC bucket at the first place but I have moved them from substrate to DWC. Let's see how it goes. Week #3 Summary: The overall result is good but DWC is a bit better grow than substrate (only water). I did topping one of them to test and trim all of them.

Onto the dragon force for last week and then a week of water. Alot of cloudy still some clear hopefully I time it right. She's supper frosty and dense.

Outdoor temperature up 15C. Indoors, in grow room, 5C up on last week. Epic week of growth - lush, green canopy. Finally understand the bouncing PH issue. Weird that no-one talks about it for the beginners. Your DWC needs daily attention. In any 24hr period, the PH rises from 5.5 to 6.5, and must be brought down again with PH Down. Thus in any one day the roots span PH=5.5-6.5 and are capable of absorbing a range of nutrients, which are absorbed into the plant at various different PH levels. Currently feeding 13l pot with 5-10ml of Ionic Hydro Bloom daily (EC=1050-1150), 5-10ml of Liquid Oxygen daily, 1l of water daily. On Sundays, they also get 15ml of Liquid Silicon. PH adjusted daily. No sign of buds developing yet.

Parecía que no querían tirar al principio, pero es que no veáis de un momento a otro se quedaron sin espacio, vaya estirón esta última semana. Están bastante sanas , tienen muy buen color, se practicó una limpia de bajos y ramas que no eran necesarias porque no llegaran a la luz. Hasta ahora todo bien y ya superamos esta primera semana. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Hello Gromigos, well, I've lost the count of days with hell hell temps, always around 95°F. Cookie is starting to stretch but internode length is incredibly short. This pheno is perfect for indoor growing in a large pot, a single but great plant. I've trained to low main bud obtaining an homogeneous canopy. Now branches are full formed and fat. Incredibly hybrid vigour. No need for fertilization, maybe 1-2 shoots later, in blooming. I'm watering them every other day with 2 gallons each, little by little, trying to avoid past's run mistakes.

Another easy week. I'm heading into autumn so I'm having some temp and humidity fluctuations. Nothing too crazy. Hash plant and Zed black are cruising to the finish. Some hash plants will finish over the next couple days. The Zed blacks are looking like they need 1.5 weeks. Hash plant smelling like diesel, spicy hash, tennis balls Zed black smelling like rotten fruit and lemons. I got about 3 keepers I want to use for breeding. Along with the two rainbow belts it's a nice stock to work with. The males are revenged. I will be transplanting into larger pots and flipping to flower while I reveg the selected flowers after harvest
