This girl has definitely stopped stretching, so now almost all of the growth is going to be located at the buds. I plant to increase nutrient concentration, but also light intensity (this one by pulling the LEDs closer to the canopy). This week it will hang at 30 cm from the top of the canopy, maybe next I will push it further to 20 cm next week... By the way, the thunderstorms are over so now I can consistently keep the humidity around 45% with just the 3 cpu fans ;) I am experimenting with trying to clone some branches even after 5 weeks of flowering. It's just for the LoLs, and to learn a little bit. I took a lot of clones from the bottom of this plant before with great success during defoliation, so I decided to up the challenge. I know you shouldn't stress the plant too much during flower, but she seems healthy enough to take it without a problem. // on the nutes of this week// So this week I decided to up the nutes again to 1.0, as the lower leaves are showing deficiencies, and this time the EC of the runoff is low (plus I've been feeding only 0.8EC or 400ppm, which is much less than people generally feed at this stage), so I'm more confident that it's not a nutrient lock out. We will see how she likes it. Remember that my noob friendly approach is that keeping my plant on a diet is better than killing it by overfeeding it.

Smelling great and getting frostier by the day. Trichs still mostly clear with a few going cloudy. Dropped temps a few degrees. Buds are lovely and dense. One more week of feed then flush.

******** Week 7 - January 20 to 26, 2020 (Days 43 to 49 from germination) She continuers to impress with her resilience as I have thrown a couple of curves at her.......but she continues to fatten and grow her buds😎 It was also not without learning though and thats what is so cool about growing this plant.......you always seem to leave a grow feeling like you could do even better next time and therefore challenging yourself to do better......and have dab while doing it😂 Not sure if I have a little different pheno but if I ran her again I would find a way to train her out wider. 5 gal pot diameter idea........maybe don’t fill with as much medium? Again, simply to keep light hitting all the lower sites. Where does the “XL” come into play as well I guess. Removed branches early on that were low. This grow, her narrow leaves have allowed a lot of light down below but it will be felt in a little less yield.....think the pH got a little high....or potassium excess......Terpinator too early? If left to a single cola she would be tall and have a huge cola I suspect......Gorilla Grow with the extension type of potential! She has loved the water feeds. Missed out bit by backing off of the CalMag a bit too much.....stems say deficiency that but leaves show toxicity? (Back to that you always feel you can do better thing😬) Got a little crazy with the PPM and saw tip burn in week 7. Gave a quick little flush with RO water and Sensyzime to clean up the roots of the salts. Didn’t get crazy though because it was just the top leaves burnt. Been building the medium up to this point so don’t want to wash it all away just yet. She didn’t claw down and over night appeared to still keep moving forward with bud growth. I did notice a small amount of hairs starting to turn red by weeks end......likely won’t be long before more are red and we go to flush👍 (Make it to end of week 8??) No rush though.......still lots of room to fatten up yet. In the week a head there will be the last push to get her medium in as good a shape as my skills will warrant. I want to get a good 10 + days of flush but her leaves are going to finish dark from what I can see. Run-off has been reasonable though so will keep fingers crossed 😄🤞 Little more detail.... Jan 20/20 - Day 43 - Drinking lots right now, close to 4L per day, so 2L plain water only in AM. 6.2pH,. - Feed in PM was light as well. Sensyzime @ 2ml and LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml only. 2L given with 75ppm. 5.9pH - She was given a good feeding yesterday. - Buds sites are stacking.......she is making me 😃 Jan 21/20 - Day 44 - AM - 3L with Dual Fual A&B @ 1.5ml/L. 725ppm and 5.9pH. - PM hit her again - full feeding minus Rhino Skin, Sensyzime and Vitrathrive and VeloKelp. 2.5L 1000ppm and 5.9pH. - Runoff - 1100ppm and 5.9pH. - top leaves were droopy so the extra feeding in the evening. Jan 22/20 - Day 45 - Backing off quantity a bit and down to 2L feed in PM. Her pot was still fairly heavy. - Mass & Terp @ 3ml, Rezin & LW8 & DF @ 1.5ml, CalMag @ 0.5ml = 1300ppm - Very perky today....standing up all the way down the plant. Liked the feed yesterday. *******should have reduced this PPM feed......you want to push when you see potential😕 Jan 23/20 - Day 46 - Supplemental feeding only today. Happy so don't rock the boat :) - Sensyzime @ 2ml, LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml = 80ppm 6.1pH - 2L only today.....still some weight to the pot Jan 24/20 - Day 47 - Nute burn on Green Poison’s tips seen today. - Flushed through 7L of plain RO water pH to 5.95. - Runoff: 325ppm and 5.9pH. - Followed right away with 2L more water with Sensyzime @ 3ml/L - happy and praying in the evening......little surprising actually👊👌 Jan 25/20 - Day 48 - 2.5L of full strength feeding for this week. - ppm for that was 1275 so watered down to 1100ppm.....only need 1ml of base nutes at full strength to hit roughly 1,000ppm. - Runoff: 600ppm & 5.95pH - Swear her leaves are bigger, more mass today!! Still narrow and dark though. - she is 30” x 30” now Jan 26/20 - Day 49 - Feed was full strength one for the week, 1150ppm 6.1pH. - Removed some more leaves today. - guessing only another 1.5 weeks of feeding. Update on strains: DS- Auto Kabul is a robust, hardy little plant. Not many lateral sides bud it has bid sites climbing throughout main colar and it has a heavy top 🙌💚 Light green in colour and smelling like a zesty gas. DG/GF- Auto XXL Ammo - She is such a tall, stretchy plant, with alot of leaf to bud ratio! I won't do this one again as she requires alot of height space I don't have. She has a garlic, ammonia pungent smell to her. DG/GF- Auto lemon zkittles 🍋- This is A typical Christmas 🎄 tree shape plant, beautiful strong structure, resilient to pest. And has nice lateral sides with a bit of LST it would Unlock her true potential. She has a heavy main colar. Light green in colour dripping in trichomes, and smells like candy/ Z terps.

it's always a pleasure to do business with Barney's Farm!!! They have never let me down even once!! Even in the worst situations and conditions they have always been able to bring out the best for me!! I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine 😉

Week 3. This is where the fun begins. The smell is amazing. The stretch is crazy and the stems are stiff like bamboo. There's no loss in terps. They're actually getting a lot stronger!!

Hello guys! This week was amazing for my girls & Me! :D 4 of them are showing a great sign of flowering! After I defoliated all and tried main Lining for the first time! I didn’t expect such a great results! They are already healing and I should say: I’m falling in love with growing!! It’s like my thing! After hours and hours reading and searching! When i see them happy like this, feels like all of my efforts are paying off. I just wish they weren’t autos! A newbe grower totally can handle an original femmenized seed! I don’t know why everyone said go for autos for tour firat grow!! I’m practicing most of the trainings suitable for autos till i get real stuff!! Soon! I also got that powerful AC, i was hesitating to buy!! it’s pretty amazing! Now I can grow my pineapple Express at thr best temp 25 degrees with 2200w! I just hope i dont get too suprise when i see the Bill😅

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. 3 days late into update... personal issues... All girls doing great , sweet and sour is the only one experiencing some gold color on the leaves so i didnt feed anything after the last flush. Sweet deep grape - amazing scent, its like i can smell berries and grape mixed together Sweet and sour + strawberry - very sweet very fruity, similar to grape but here i can also feel some pineapple with mango, crazy Remo chemo - nothing too strong but very sweet Ayahuasca - nuts and petrol, she actualy stinks so i am afraid i wont like it Og kush- amazing , sticky and greasy and huge buds, amazing orange color and very sweet scent Blue medi kush - reminds me of my mega, hashy smell to it with sweet undertones, i blv i will love it Og candy dawg and grandaddy both have rockhard structure and smell similar, grandaddy is kinda more hashy like though Amazing garden this time, really is I am very happy with where i am today and i give compliments to every seedbank i am currently growing, it feels great to be your friend. I respect you all and its my pleasure to show the world a bunch of different strains 💪
