All strains have grown fast apart from one which was stuned but has bounced back and is responding well

Ahoi and welcome, this week I had to find my way around the results of Mango being caugth and tightened into the net. Light management became an issue: for the first time I saw how the high light intensity at Mango's sturdy 82cm side colas almost singed off pistils (with light, not heat). Those nodes decided to become the new main colas, after the central cola lost it's top canopy spot. The cola that almost broke off is still fixed in the center of the tent, and as a result, is getting light blasted at it. 😬 I build it a little personal Cloud directly over her central colas to achieve some spot PPFD scattering, which has helped me in the past. Image will be in next weeks update. SJ (69cm final height after training) and Headbanger (59cm final height after training) were, on top of that, -underlit-. I probably lost a good 6 days to underfeeding them with light, and after my adjustments they are still not quite where they would like to be. I used my undercanopy-lights to install a vertical light bar at the entrance, to help out Headbanger directly and provide some angled light into Mango's bushy structure. I used the other bar and installed that horizontally over SJ & Headbanger at an angle, so not much of it will hit Mango. I feel like ripping out my entire scrog-setup and structuring everything out anew, but yeah, damage and intense stress during peak flower production would probably result in a worse outcome for the 4 of us. Next time, I will have to plan my tent layout and light setup better, so I can account for these massive height differences without burning plants. For now, the tent seems at peace. Plants have finalized their structure, and the result of the missing light is unfortunately largely visible in thick, deep green leaves, ready to photosynthesize, but really just sitting there, praying oftentimes, in a resource vs energy uptake stale-mate. The tally count becomes high for Headbanger: Underwatering during veg, VPD issues during early nights + training stress already made her decide to flower fast. The relative low-light environment now reduced the total capability of the plant directly, as all other protocols provide nearly adequate baselines. But hey - what we know - we know. The nug is from 👽 Alien VS Triangle I mentioned last week, bottom canopy position, monoterpene focus plant (reduced capacity for sesqueterpene building) - I collect these low hanging fruits separately, when in need of something that hits right but also keeps me as active as a bee if needed. Downside? Need different strain for sedating properties, but those juicy main colas curing for ~9 weeks now will help with that just a little. To me it smells like a syrupy wash involving several forest berries, sometimes a redcurrant top-note releases as well. As it cured it definitely brought home it's underlying herbal body, gaining in complexity but still leaving the stage clear for the berry top-notes, that are converting more and more into their floral counterparts. I swear I detect sweet marmelade from the bag itself after this time, but that is not detectable in the nugs themselves. See ya next week!

Start of week 2 of flowering. Week 1 went well, but she showed signs of deficiencies and as such she got an extra 2 liters of nutes + water. Shit ton of bud sites on this girl!

Comenzaré este diario con un esqueje de una Moby - D de BSF, este es un esqueje bastante particular ya que salió por casualidad, se me quebró la planta madre en la punta y tuve que realizar un corte en diagonal con tijeras desinfectadas para completar de cortarla. Esta punta ya tenia aproximadamente unos 4 a 5 centímetros de altura, por lo que inmediatamente lo puse en un vaso con agua. luego de la pena porque se me quebró un lindo apical, pensé en untar el esqueje en un poco de aloe vera y pasarlo a un vaso plástico de 0,5 Litros, en sustrato Light mix de biobizz. pero el sustrato lo mezcle con perlita para intentar mantener mas la humedad. una vez listo el esqueje en su medio de propagación lo deje 24 horas en oscuridad absoluta para luego darle por 4 semanas de luz del tenue de (30w) (14 luz / 10 oscuridad). 23 de octubre: Le agregue mulch de trigo a la maceta.

Woche 10 Langsam kommt sie in Fahrt. Sie streckt sich etwas und auch die Blüte ist deutlich eingeleitet. Mal sehen was da kommt. Zur Stabilisierung des Ph- Werts nutzen wir zu Blütebegin etwas Phosphorsäure. Da das mittlerweile optimal überwachte DIY Zelt Grundgereinigt bereut steht kann die Dame dann auch in nach einem kleinen Haarschnitt ins neue Zuhause.

She's coming along, slow but steady. Roots now emerging from sides (not bottom, weirdly) of rockwool cube. Solution below is at EC=700 uS/cm and PH=5.8.

There I was. Talking on another forum to what I consider to be a true aficionado and master green thumb. Explaining that I had a staggered set in my tent. He told me to ease into the beastie bloomz 0-50-30 with 1/8 tsp per gallon in my reservoir. Keep in mind I’m hydro NOT soil. The first watering I did so with these little ladies that are 46” tall. Somehow I was in a rush and not thinking clearly the second watering which was two days later and added a full tablespoon into 4 gallons and the plants were already being fed before I did the math in my head. Much to my surprise they BLEW UP. When I went back and test the PPM on my reservoir the following day it was at a staggering 3400ppm. I should have had zombies. I cleaned it and reset with 1500 ppm and have slowly been adding water and watching it creep again into higher numbers. 3 different strains and they are all stoked on these numbers. So you know what. I’m literally going to test the uncharted waters and see exactly how much they can take. Like I always so, don’t do what I do. Do what your plants tell you to do. Party on wayne!

Hello fellow growers, I am pleased to start this new journey with you. I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually. Please let me know in the comments if you think I should just push it to the max right away. I would like to thank HESI nutrients team for sending me a great Starter Pack! 🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Spirit" (Plante #2) – Floraison Avancée ​Date du jour : 02/06/2026 Âge de la plante : J+59 (Semaine 9) Taille actuelle : 131 cm Évolution : +16 cm depuis le dernier suivi (Elle continue de grimper !) ​De retour de vacances de Rimini ! Les filles ont été autonomes, mais Spirit a continué sa poussée verticale impressionnante. On entre dans le vif du sujet avec le gonflement des fleurs et quelques ajustements techniques majeurs suite à une surprise dans le réservoir. ​📊 État de Santé & Évolution des Fleurs ​Une structure géante : Spirit atteint désormais 131 cm. La gestion de l'espace devient un véritable casse-tête logistique. Pour rappel, avec une tente de 1m80 de hauteur et un pot de 30 cm, la marge est extrêmement mince. ​Gonflement des têtes : Les buds grossissent vraiment bien et prennent une belle forme, même si pour moi, ce sont encore de gros bourgeons qui ont encore une belle marge de progression. L'odeur qui s'en dégage est extrêmement forte et profondément fruitée, c'est un régal. ​Feuillage & Absence de sénescence : Toutes les feuilles affichent un vert bien sombre et vigoureux, sans aucun signe de sénescence pour le moment. J'ai remarqué quelques légères brûlures sur de rares pointes, mais rien d'inquiétant : c'est simplement dû au fait qu'elle transpirait beaucoup des feuilles aux endroits où je la manipulais pour le tricotage. ​Gestion des nuisibles : Ayant constaté une présence trop importante de mouches de terreau (sciarides), j'ai placé une feuille collante jaune (glue) au pied de la plante pour piéger les adultes et assainir le substrat. ​⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux & Gestion Lumineuse ​Climat : Températures stables à 24°C le jour et 21°C la nuit. L'hygrométrie est maîtrisée à l'aide du déshumidificateur pour sécuriser la floraison. ​Ajustement de la lampe (Alerte Hauteur) : Suite à sa croissance indomptable, la cime la plus haute de Spirit ne se trouve plus qu'à 15 cm de la lampe. Le reste de la canopée générale se maintient à environ 35 cm de la source lumineuse. Je surveille quotidiennement pour éviter les brûlures par rayonnement sur le sommet principal. ​ Nutrition, Arrosage & Correctif pH ​Le repas du jour : J'ai préparé un arrosage manuel contenant 5 ml de Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs dans 1 litre d'eau, ajusté à un pH de 6,3. Les plantes se montrent particulièrement gourmandes à ce stade. ​Incident pH à mon retour de vacances : À mon retour après 4 jours d'absence, j'ai constaté avec surprise que le pH de l'eau dans le réservoir Autopot était monté à 8. ​La cause : Le bulleur d'air installé dans le réservoir. L'oxygénation constante par bullage fait dégazer le CO₂ de l'eau, ce qui fait grimper le pH en flèche de manière très instable. Je me rends compte que l'eau n'a presque jamais été au bon pH depuis près d'un mois. ​Actions correctives : J'ai immédiatement retiré le bulleur du réservoir. J'ai également changé de correcteur pour utiliser le pH Down de Plagron (spécial système hydro), beaucoup plus stable dans le temps pour les cuves de solution. ​📝 Résumé de la situation ​Malgré un pH de réservoir qui a joué au yoyo ces dernières semaines à cause du bulleur, Spirit montre une résistance et une santé de fer. Sa structure est monstrueuse et elle n'a pas faim. Maintenant que le problème de stabilité du pH est réglé et que le bulleur est retiré, l'assimilation des nutriments va être optimale pour la phase de gonflement qui s'annonce massive. Attention toutefois à la lampe qui est désormais très proche de la cime principale ! ​🙏 Remerciements ​Un immense merci à @mia_biotabs et à Mrs_Larimar pour votre soutien constant et vos précieux conseils de culture. I’ve been harvesting the small, bright red (primabella) and yellow (sunviva) fruits here and there as they ripen. They have an excellent flavor—sweet, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Although the harvest isn’t huge, the quality of the tomatoes has been outstanding, making every single one worth the wait. 🍅

02.05. F22 Flower Day 22 – Increased Nutrient Demand The plants are now deep into the flowering phase, with bud stacking clearly progressing across the canopy. Growth remains strong, and nutrient demand has noticeably increased. Today, Bactrex and Orgatrex were applied according to the schedule to support microbial activity and nutrient availability. The canopy has become quite dense, with multiple smaller branches receiving limited light. A defoliation and cleanup will be carried out to improve airflow and redirect energy to the main bud sites. The Autopot system continues to run consistently, and the BioTabs setup is performing very well. Overall, plants are healthy, vigorous, and showing strong development.

She is starting to pre flower, let's get it

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).
