Week 11 Flower Report for the Anesia Run 🌸🌿

Welcome back to another exciting update on our Anesia run. We’re deep into Week 11 of flower, and let me tell you, the garden is absolutely thriving! The girls are showcasing their full potential, and the canopy is a vibrant sea of frosty buds. Nutrient Update 🌿🔬
This week, we’ve continued with our nutrient regimen, making a few key adjustments to ensure the plants are getting everything they need to produce those sticky, resinous buds. Our mix includes:
• Regulator: Keeping the plants’ stress levels in check and ensuring optimal growth.
• CalMag: Providing essential calcium and magnesium for strong cell walls and overall plant health.
• P-Boost: Enhancing flower development and increasing bud size.
• K: Introducing potassium to boost bud density and improve overall flower quality.
• Top Booster: Supporting the final push in flower production, ensuring those buds are as big and healthy as possible.
Our TDS has been adjusted to 500, with a pH of 6.0, keeping the environment perfect for nutrient uptake. 🌿💧
Environmental Control 🌞🌡️
Temperatures have been steady at 21°C, creating the ideal environment for our girls. Consistency is key in these final stages, as we want to avoid any stress that could affect bud development. 🌡️
Fun Facts & Details 🌸✨
1. Trichome Wonderland: The trichomes on these ladies are sparkling like diamonds. Did you know that trichomes are the plant’s way of protecting themselves from UV rays and pests? They also contain the highest concentration of cannabinoids, making them the heart of the plant’s potency.
2. Pistil Party: The pistils are starting to turn a beautiful amber, signaling that harvest time is approaching. Fun fact: pistils are the female part of the flower and are responsible for catching pollen to produce seeds. In our case, no seeds, just beautiful, potent buds!
3. Aroma Explosion: The terpene profile is off the charts. Walking into the grow room is like stepping into a fragrant garden. Each strain has its unique scent, from the sweet and fruity notes to the pungent and earthy undertones. Did you know terpenes not only provide aroma but also enhance the effects of cannabinoids through the entourage effect?
4. Leaf Yellowing: Some of the lower leaves are beginning to yellow and fall off. This is perfectly normal as the plant focuses its energy on bud production. It’s a sign that our girls are nearing the end of their life cycle, putting all their effort into flowering.
5. Bud Density: The buds are getting denser by the day. Proper potassium levels have been crucial in achieving this. Dense buds mean more weight and better quality, making all our efforts worthwhile.

A lot happened this week but she seems to be recovering and not worsening. I fed plain ph’d water end of last week but got a little too cavalier with too much top feeding and adding stuff without adjusting ph. All the top feeding is how debris and runoff kept getting into the base and mucking it up. I was out of homemade calmag so I had a bottle coming in the mail. I ended up adding calmag to not a lot of water and not ph’ing it and top feeding/pouring rest into the watering base later in the day after adding plain ph’d water. Wrong move.
She appeared to slow down drinking but I chalked it up to a full base and plenty of top feed. Topsoil dried out very fast but I let her sit assuming she would start drinking eventually. This continued for 3-4 days, and also was happening to one of the photos I did the same thing to. Starting smelling something rank around this time so I checked the bases and found what is in pics 9+10. Ph was 8.5 and had this brown chunky film all over!! Took out all 3 bases and scrubbed thoroughly with soap and water and rinsed with some vinegar.
I was worried about how dry and hard the soil/roots must be but I also didn’t want to do a full flush so close to her finishing. I opted to put 1/2 strength tiger bloom/big bloom and full strength calmag into full 1.8 gal water can ph’d to 6.5 and top feed slowly over ~20 min so it didn’t just rinse everything out. About 20% runoff which tested at 5.8 which seemed a little low but not as terrible as I feared. Cleaned the base back out after no more runoff and refilled with normal strength tiger bloom and calmag, ph’d to 6.5. This seems to have been the right move, 60 hours after flushing/cleaning/refilling, she has drank 75% of the base and topsoil is also not dried out.
But we’re not done!!! The 2 photos also got a clean base and proper refill. The next day I checked the bases and found some insects on top of the water in ALL 3 bases shown in the last 2 pics. Teeny white things that kinda jumped on top of the water and seemed to stay underneath the fill port to get some of the light coming through? Hard to identify but I think they might have been springtails and not something destructive. Either way I made a weak vinegar/water solution and sprayed them aggressively over 24 hours and they seemed to die and not return. Only saw them in the bases and not anywhere on the plant.
A lot of the leaf tip curling and spots spread from last week but seems to be contained and not worsening at the time of writing this. It seems contained to the top ~30% of the fan leaves and minimally on sugar leaves. While her buds did grow and thicken, I’m sure this set her back a little. All in all she had the water ph imbalance, definitely some light stress, nute burn and a little potassium deficiency.
Got a little cheap digital microscope as well, trichomes still maturing with at least 30% still clear, plenty of white pistils as well. Some purple coming in on sugar leaf tips. Smell is much stronger. Idk if this is indicative of the buds as well or the “right way” but if I remove any small fan leaves I swipe the stem between two fingers to smell the oils. Still giving a very strong funky citrus scent with an earthy finish.
Flipped lights to 12/12 for the photos at the end of the week. I just couldn’t wait any longer with how big the photos are. It also didn’t help that when I adjusted the light for the mimosa and moved it to the middle, the photos were getting much less and resulted in them stretching a lot with too much internode spacing. Not the end of the world but supercropping is definitely in their future.

Growing feminized seeds from White Label Seed Company is an affordable and easy method of obtaining a high quality harvest. Transplanting at beginning of week 4, it’s now end of week 5, using only water. Time to feed and increase Nitrogen, some plants are showing Nitrogen deficiency and got some bottom leaves getting yellow.
Except the lil Nitrogen deficiency, all the plants are doing well. The Kush are compact, White Gorilla Haze got 2 different phenotypes.

I have a few week 3's in here but they were literally a couple daya from coming into week 4....and i forgot to put them into the last veg journal, soooo....to sum up week 4 in 1 word, that would be " EXPLOSIVE"!!! THE GROWTH IS UNREAL. i had to train the plant about 4 times this week alone. I am seriously regretting putting this in a 1/2 gallon pot...should of kept her in the 3 gallon. Oh well we gonna roll with the punches!

Vegetation Week 5: Topping, Pistil Puzzles & the All-Mix Countdown

Week 5 brought some plot twists and big moves! Let’s unpack the story.
Current Highlights: Topping & Tiny Pistils
Topping Done Right:
Both ladies got their first topping this week! Cut the main stem carefully with disinfected scissors above Node 5.
Let’s see how they recover from that, but I guess they’re big enough to take that blow like champs.
Durban’s Pistil Surprise:
Spotted early pistils (white hairs) on the Durban – wait, already?!
Stay calm: Durban Poison is photoperiod, so this isn’t full flowering. Likely causes:
Light stress? Double-check nighttime darkness during “indoor curfew” – even small light leaks can confuse photoperiods. Longer days in late April/May will keep her in veg. No need to panic!
What do you guys think? Have you experienced pre-flower this early under sunlight?
Nutrient Needs Rising:
Lower leaves on the Blueberry show faint lighter green hues – Biobizz Light Mix is running low on juice.
Next move: Transplant into Biobizz All-Mix (richer in nutrients) after topping recovery.

Chapter Update: Garden Bed Prep – Building Their Forever Home
This week’s big project: Prepping the outdoor spots where these ladies will live their best lives! Here’s the dirt:
- Holes Dug: Two 50x50x50cm pits (perfect for root freedom!).
- Soil Mix:
- 20L Biobizz Worm Humus – worm-powered nutrient gold.
- 20L Biobizz All-Mix – for structure and organic goodness.
- Homemade Compost – loaded with worms, horn shavings (slow-release nitrogen), and lime (pH balance).
- Why It’s Lit: This mix is a 100% organic buffet – worms till the soil, microbes feed the roots, and the girls get everything they need to explode in summer!

Chapter Update 2: Pot Upgrades & Root Magic
Update: 15.04.2025 (Day 39)
Today’s mission: New shoes for the ladies!
The Trigger:
Noticed the first true leaves hinting at hunger (fading green, subtle yellow whispers) – Biobizz Light Mix had given its all. Time for a nutrient boost!
The Process:
- Pot Upgrade: Swapped their 0.27L cups for 1.5L plastic pots (hello, legroom!).
- Soil Mix:
- 2:1 All-Mix to Worm Castings – All-Mix for structure, worm goodies for microbes.
- Root Reveal: Popped the old pots off – root porn alert! Creamy-white tendrils everywhere, with fuzzy mycorrhizal hyphae hugging them like a snug sweater.
- Myco Re-Up: Dusted the root ball’s “four corners” with fresh myco powder (symbiosis 2.0!).
- Tomato Trick:
- Removed the lowest node’s leaves and tiny side branches.
- Planted them deeper to bury part of the stem – this’ll spark new roots along the buried stem (works like a charm for tomatoes, so why not cannabis?).

She’s the biggest out of all plants! She started a day earlier than the other fastbud plants but is growing twice as fast too! Seriously a beast! 💯 looking forward to seeing what she blooms like!

Day 66 : Lady is fattening. I increased nitrogen (bio-grow) in order to fix some deficiencies. Also i removed Calcium this week. She is a bit behind, maybe 4 weeks, i don't know. Trichomes production just started.
Edit Day 70 : She takes weight but not so fast, trichomes develop is slow, and i assume that she is stressed because of air flow on her for much time. I hope she pass this situation. I increased Biogrow to 5.4 ml / L. The other doses remain the same.

This week went ok to. notice last time I updated my diary she started going into the flower so I've swapped to expert nutrients bloom with a ph of 6.8 . I don't think she is going to be anything too special which is okay because it tells me I have some work to do . I'm going to try breeding the seeds that I have with a larger auto at the end of year . Thank you for looking up the diary and will be an update next week 🌱👍

Bubba Kush Mintz is starting her journey. She sprouted in one. She has stretched a little too much looking for light. I did increase the light to compensate. Beside that everything is going well. Неделя прошла вроде бы хорошо, поливаю сейчас чисто водой, довольная, правда медленно медленно стала цвести, ну ничего пахнет и выглядет всё краше и краше)

Dopo sette giorni da quando ho piantato i semi tutte le piantine sono nei vasi.
Fino a stamattina ho avuto qualche piccolo problema di muffa nel substrato. Grazie a voi sto provando a rimediare.
Per ora ho eliminato 3 cm di substrato , cosparso di cannella sopra il substrato ed ho attivato i due estrattori, accendedoli mezz'ora ogni due ore spenti, per non far scendere troppo l umidità.
Domani dovrebbe arrivarmi un umidificatore con igroststo e quindi accenderó gli estrattori molto più spesso.
8 giorno dalla semina.
Mi sono organizzato umidificatore piazzato in grow per tenere un umidità costante al 65 per cento, temperatura con luce costante a 22 gradi e sistema di estrazione 15 minuti in, 15 off più ventilatore attivo nei momenti in cui gli estrattori sono off.
Il problema muffa non sembra più esserci. 5 piantine su 6 sembrano godere di ottima salute.
Oggi è il 4 giorno dal travaso, voglio sperimentare nel tenere la lampada sia con le luci veg che con le luci blum, controllerò ogni paio di ore il comportamento delle piante.
Se le vedrò abbassare la testa ritornerò subito alla sola luce veg.
6 giorno le piantine sembrano godere di ottima salute.
Oggi ho dato per la prima volta 1ml di stimolante per radici diluendolo in un litro di acqua e quindi circa 200 ml di liquido a testa
