Week 20/5 - 26/5 Final days!

All plants potted up 1 -4 are all little bit different. Got 2 extras just in case.. Plants #1,#2,#4 are somewhat similar but different #1is nice healthy green, sharply serrated fat round yet pointed leaves tight internodal spacing. #2 is similar yet has magenta color in veins, but still healthy green leaves,and much tighter than #1s internodal spacing. #3 is similar yet less serrated edge softer look. #4 is similar yet less serrated edge softer look, more magenta color in veins and paler green. All are in same potting mix and environment is also same 01/14/2018 New observations on #1 and#2, both are at 4th mode #1 has 5 fingered leaves, #2 has 7fingered leaves.

What a pleasure these Pinapple are to grow. I couldn't be happier with the way they are filling out the scrog net. My only question is how bushy is too bushy? I've had to trim out a serious amount of undergrowth and large central fan leaves. I think a combination of great genetics and the complete spectrum the 315s output is causing the canopy to be so so dense. I'm just hoping the buds fatten up too! I'm trying to leave them alone as much as possible and I'm no longer tucking them under the net. I'll leave them to recover from today's defoliation and do some more plucking next weekend. I've got a feeling this tent is going to look very different in 7 days time! Now on everyday watering. Keeping the EC below 2.0 and fluctuating PH from 5.7 to 6.1 throughout the week to uptake as many nutrients as possible. Mid week edit: Please check out my last 5 photos added at day 52. One of the 2 Pineapple Express I have in the tent is looking really tired and droopy. I cant seem to figure out what is causing it as the other Pinapple is happy and praying. I also have 2 Six Shooter and a Cream Cookies and both of those are happy and stacking on the bud. Temps are solid at 29 degrees light on and 21 dark. Feeding when required. They just look like they are lacking something. Some of the oldest fan leaves have brown rusty patches on them too. I've given each plant a Biosys Microbe tea today in place of a regular feed. Ive also emptied and scrubbed out my water tank and watering can. Hopefully that brings them round but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Day 53, I've turned the blurple LED off in the centre and also reduced to 18/6 light cycle. They just look so lifeless. Almost like they are sick of the light. If she recovers I'll try turning the LED back on next week.

Finally some decent growth after i bought another lamp (150w hps) and lollipopping the plant, today is the day i switch to 12-12 ! Wish me luck hahah

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. See Pictures for an example of what this looks like.

Half time in bloom. I made a video with and one without flash. This is always a bit misleading. I set Josefine a bit higher. I should have done this much earlier as she was already the smallest the whole time. I defoliated a tiny bit. Should be. A few leaves are turning yellow, but I think I watered a little too much, or gave too much fertilizer. However, it doesn't look alarming to me at the moment. They'll catch themselves again. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to the first week of April.

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! Provedl jsem extrémní defoliaci své jungle. odebral jsem téměř všechny trochu větší listy pro snížení vlhkosti, lepší proudění vzduchu. Světlo nyní svítí na všechny květy. Bohužel jsem narazil na nějaké škůdce které jsem před defoliací objevit nemohl . Většina napadených listů byla odstraněna a zbytek jsem postříkal vývarem z tabáku.
