Received safely from Steve seeds overseas. 1/1 with the sour diesel germination. 36 hours in a glass of water then right to a 1 gallon final pot. This sprouted 1 inch above the soil in 2 days flat!!! The entire first week went very well and I'm excited to grow 1 of my all time favorite strains! Any tips with this auto strain would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. This strain is really easy to grow and reeks of grapefruit and skunk! I can’t wait to taste this strain! The grow stayed pretty short and bushy through the grow. Took well to nutrients and has a pretty decent yield...I will update dry weight and cure in a few weeks Update: Weighed in at 52g I was almost getting a headache from the smell while trimming! It has a strong sweet smell but the skunk is over load! The buds are covered in thricomes...can’t wait to smoke and give another update!

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I'm a little bit late with starting this grow because the plants will finish around end of december or so, so i'm basically counting on a warm december :) It was supposed to start earlier, and I did germinate 11 seeds last month but only three of the lot sprouted out, it was totally my fault and i did abort that grow so we could start with a clean slate and at least four plants....so here we are ;) All three Do-Si-Dos seeds popped after 36 hours in a glass of water and after planting them in rockwool cubes all of them sprouted. My original plan was to grow Kalini Asia and all of the Kalini Asia seeds popped after 36 hours in a glass of water, but thanks to my thick awkward fingers the little seedlings were manhandled by my big hands and non of them came out from the rockwool cubes...my fingers are killers to most of my little sprouts :/ Sorry for that Zamnesia. Keeping things simple again this week. Roots are already starting to come thru the starter pots drainage holes so I'd say the action below the surface has been what I was hoping for with this starter mix. I'll continue to provide a MegaCrop and Kelp Extract feedings to push her a little bit, I heard the term Synthganic the other day and it seems appropriate her, as I'm using organic and salt nutrients... I've got a little road trip planned so she may be coming down the shore with me over Thanksgiving.

Need photos of plant #1 but #2 is closer to finishing then the first. Chunky buds on the shorter one hope the first fills out as well. Smells amazing, really sweet so far , candy like almost a "pez" of sort kinda candy I'm getting. But will update alil more once I get the other plant pics up. Looking great so far !!

Now we've reached day 25. We are in the transition phase, pre-flowering if you want, when the seedlings reveal their sex by showing the white fluff or the boyish balls. Here and in all F1 Hybrids you can be SURE, SURE as death that you will never see any balls. If you have underestimated this aspect of the F1 Hybrid, go back and think about how many times you found the balls on the paint, full of pollen that fertilized your ladies. Do you like having young ladies impregnate you? Absolutely not for me and this is a very valid reason why you can choose the F1 Hybrid. Really guys the seeds suck and the genetics of the various breeders if they don't do a job like this it means that they are super hybrid poles with genetic traces scattered here and there. Inglourious bastards. Here we don't want to be Aryan but to cultivate healthy plants with safe results.
