Semana del 19 al 25 de abril La semana pasada aplicamos el insecticida Tec Fort y fenomenal, no vimos ningún otro insecto, ni daños en las hojas. Por prevención hoy, 19 de abril, lo volvimos a aplicar (1ml por litro de agua). Voy a parar con la poda y en una o dos semanas volveré a podar las hojas bajo la malla o aquellas muy grandes que hacen sombra a los cogollos. Tampoco quiero estresar tanto la planta. Creo que las plantas van bastante bien y que he mejorado desde la primera vez. Soy muy nueva en esto, pero creo que voy bien. Dentro de unas semanas comenzaré a usar el microscopio para ver que tal van. Espero obtener cogollos gordos😍 de momento huele muy afrutada.

I always find it hard to say how much water they are taking because the whole auto pot thing. It would be more useful to maybe have an option to be able to change the unit because it would be way easier for me to say how much water has been put in the res during the week - sometimes even that’s hard to remember for me! Aaaaanyway, things are going fine in the grow - I turned down the light just a tiny bit as the pistols were showing signs of having too much light and they were just looking a little bleached out, so I turned down the light to around 80-90% as well as I think I raised it a little bit also. It’s much harder keeping everything stable in such a small space when I am used to having a room to use but oh well, it is what it is - I am really lucky / stupid to be doing this one, however, I also went into the grow knowing I may have to kill her at any moment - dependant upon visits etc. I know photo growers always say there is no difference in speed between autos and photos but there is a couple of weeks in it most of the time - at the very least. I tried it, my last proper grow I selected all fairly fast flowering photos (not those photos that have been bred with autos to make them quick but just generally fast flowering plants) and it still took longer than my longest auto has taken and it annoyingly Hermes so had to turn into hash coz it was super annoying.) but that’s all in the past now… So I haven’t had to resort to using my AC yet but I did get a 1/4 of the price knocked off because it doesn’t work with the app properly and that’s basically what it was sold on! Don’t go to klarstein, people! She’s def been stretching for sure but I remember this being a really squat plant anyway and I have also trained it in a bit of an odd manner so that it grew outwards with a flatter canopy - I wouldn’t top in future. I don’t really know why I did - maybe because I always have (for the most part) but I think she’d have grown taller and had bigger side branching if I hadn’t but having said that it is pretty much impossible to tell! Unless you do an A/B test - which I obviously don’t have room for! In the next week I am hoping to see her get really hairy and hoping to have to attach a carbon filter - as that would mean she’s happy and I’m going to get some dank. With regards to expected harvest - I genuinely have no idea. She averages at around 2.5z/plant going on the info put into grow diaries and that it about what I got last time - I don’t think I ever weighed it tbh coz I grew it just to turn into rosin. Having said that, it is a totally different set up and the first time I am using this light, so I’m not sure of the capabilities of what is probably a 120-140w light - now I have dimmed it down. I mean, I guess if she was starved for light I wouldn’t have had to turn it down so I’m confident it can produce sticky buds. I will also turn it up to full power in the last couple weeks. She’s meant to be a 10 week or 70 day strain - and I hope that is true because I am going on holiday in early July so I can’t have her going on and on and on. She will have to be cut when she will have to be cut - and maybe hung whilst I am away with the ability to control the environment over Wi-Fi (and probably a camera). Iv just looked at dates and actually she can go on for 13 weeks and so it is all good - she should still be drying by the time I go there and should be ready for me when I get back - I’ll be doing a dry trim as I always do just because it slows down the drying process even more - although actually to be fair the main reason I used to do that was I didn’t have seperate climate control for drying and couldn’t use the tent as was on a perpetual grow. This time I’ll be able to set it tov 60%/60f and hopefully keep it there for a full couple of weeks. Obviously I get rid of big the fan leaves and also chop it into smaller branches but other than that I prefer to do it all dry - saves your choppers for one thing!

Haven't updated my grow diary for a little more than two weeks due to a severe back flare up. Yup, bad back strain, which has made it hard to sit, lay, stand for any duration of time. Suffice to say, much has happened since last update. Bucket change and upping nutrient (ppm) levels as I transitioned her to flower. And in that time, she received one defoliation in veg and a recent (and last) defoliation in flower. At this point, I just need to maintain healthy roots, consistent environment, and proper water levels with feedings. She's due another bucket change soon as ppm levels dropping and ph is adjusting upwards every reading. This is good sign from my understanding as a first time DWC grower. As far as feeding, lowered grow big (veg) and upped both tiger bloom and beastie blooms along with a splash of big bloom and cal/mag. Topping off buckets with about 1100+ ppm, which helps maintain ph in bucket at roughly 700-800 ppm. But it's getting harder to maintain those levels in flower, so that's why I believe a bucket change is in order. Here are photos spanning the entire 2-3 week period since last update.

Week 3 was all about shaping the canopy using lst. Being an autoflowering strain time is always off the essence . If you stress her too much you will drastically reduce your yield. Like my past grow , this strain takes lst like a baws, bouncing back real fast

Cut the net down now as all stems hardened in place. Had a reshuffle and as the Dos Si Dos much taller i have moved lights to top and propped my other 3 up on boxes to level the height more. Really pleased with this plant so nice and short but spread with lots of tops, smells really nice cant wait to see how this fattens up. Had to do a little late trimming to open up bottom just removing little bits and leaves well under the lights. Done this mainly to help with the airflow and just to give plants little more space as i suffered a little rot on my first grow as was cramped and struggled with humidity however got good dehumidifier and plenty of airflow so fingers crossed it stays well away this time. Overall plant looks really strong and healthy cant wait to see how these last 4 to 5 week turn out.

Beautiful growth on the plant without nutrients for now. Added a top soil using my new soil and it is packing with amendments and nutrients, so for now will depend on that. Maybe in about a week or 2 will start a nutrient feeding. But overall happy with the growth, and still hoping it’s a female. Just did a fimming for today (10 December 2021). Let’s see how it goes!

Not done much this week , just waiting for them to grow big enough to be transplanted. Still only feeding water as all the nutrients I need are already in the soil

Day 92 30/09/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag. She has shown drastic improvement this week with trichome development, colours deepening too a purple and pink . Pistils forming a deep 🧡, and the calyxs are forming like rose buds 🌹, tight upright curls , doused in trichomes 😍. 12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. Sucrose Overdose and Muscadine Wines are still stretching...raised lights again. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season. 12/18: Supercropped a Muscie... again... now she's doing the "letter 'S' thang. I'll force the curves tighter over the new few days if she keeps stretching.

Die dritte Woche unter sehr guten Bedingungen ist abgeschlossen und die Ladies sind wohl auf und geben Gas. Der Vorsprung der Pflanze rechts auf den Bildern baut sich aus, dies scheint der Pheno zu sein der sich stark stretcht. Ich werde ihn die nächsten Wochen täglich mit Superscropping stressen um eine einheitliche Höhe zu bekommen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war diese Woche heftig hoch, so das ich diese außerhalb vom Zelt mit einem großen Entfeuchter auf rd 55-60 % regulieren musste um im Zelt optimale Bedingungen zu erreichen. In dieser Woche wurden beide Ladies getoppt zusätzlich alle weiteren Trainingsmethoden die ich nutze parallel angewendet. (Topping, LST, Entlaubung, Supercropping) Durch das umtopfen stehen erstmal genug Nährstoffe zur Verfügung. Ich steigere langsam. Pflanzen haben eine gute gesunde Farbe Tage der Keimung = 4 Tage.
