Lemon Cake & Lemon Drizzle Week 5 This week 5/5-5/11 Germination April 6. Vegetation Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. Week 5 TPS1 9ml/gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal This was an exciting week for my ladies. It started out with the usual feed and defoliation and training. With my upcoming vacation, I am going to be hardening off these ladies to relocate to their outside location. I checked the expected weather forecast for the week. Looks good to start hardening off. Partly cloudy with temps in the low to mid 80s just like in their tent. So that’s good. Night temperatures were in the 50-60s. This is much cooler than what they are used to as our house is at 73. Our summers are hot and humid with frequent thunderstorms. They need to get used to what mother nature will provide. I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6,9, & 11 Lemon girls both had mutations at germination. Lemon Drizzle split ot topped herself. This creates two main plant stalks. The primary and a smaller secondary stalk. Lemon drizzle has stretched above the scrog top opening up her structure. Today she has an erratic top canopy in multiple levels with multiple bud sites. Interesting her nodes have for this week started to develop off set from each other. (The longest is from the end) About the ladies: Girls in coco Royal AK- she's drinking every single drop op solution and has literally exploded! I'm really happy about her training (top/lst/hst). A very strong strain. OG Kush- I don't get this girl, she's definitely not an heavy drinker. Speedy Chile FF- when I re-potted her into 6lt pot, some of my Bros hoped for a Baobab, what do you think?😂 (has some mutations, has a growth of 3 leaves and then 2 branches have joined together and the other has grown normally) Ladies in Soil: UK Cheese auto- I've broke a branch due to heavy crop. Lesson learned. Pink Doc CBD auto- she's growing good, finally! The only thing I'm worried about is that she will not grow so much, because switch is near. Candy Kush Express- A really nice lady, not too tall, good side branches and she take everything with no care less (one of the most "broken" in the tent) Special Kush#1- She likes her new pot, but there's something wrong (see leaves) maybe related to VPD or RU? I've used different techniques on this ladies, but the one I like the most is cropping the branches and the main stems and also broke the branches where meets the stems, to give'em more power, and more "space" for nutrients transports in sight of bloom! That's all mate, we will see soon for the next update! She looks awesome at the beginning of week 8. Queen Papaya II fills up my hole 60x60 tent and she is growing lovely buds... Let's see how this works out 😍I just cut some leaves and gave her some nurition (2ml one a week from each of the three).

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. Northern lights has been doing great. She has started to show maturity signs in last few days. I did the video on it for the week. She was moved into the small Spider Farmer tent I have under the SE3000. I will veg her for about a week, and let her get use to any spectrum changes. I will likely flip her to flowering next update if she has little to no issues. I feed her about once a week. She get water almost daily as she has been drinking a lot. I still have not had run off during watering. I have fed super light as more of a supplement to the soil when I have given feed. On her next feed I will aim for run off. As I wish to test it for ph and the tds. I already know I have a little salt build up, but it has not become a major issue yet with light feeds. Everything is looking great and hopefully continues. Took some clones 1 week before flipping to flower but forgot to take pictures. The video of the clones are from oct 1st. The Turnt smelled like chocolate cover strawberries but now are smelling of garlic and pepper with a bit of undertone of strawyberries. The Diesel smelled like lemon pinesol but now smells of citrus mixed with gas. The Banana Clipz smells of berries mixed with skunk. Paradiso smells of citrus mixed with fruit. Lung Buster smelled lightly sweet at first but now smells like berries mixed with a undertone of garlic,funk, and gas . Spilt Paint smells of berries mixed with diesel and funk.

They all basically look the same at this point. Plant 4 popped a day later so it’s a little smaller. At day 12 I sprinkled some great white shark around each plant. And added just 1 tsp of green harvest bone meal.

Quite a bit of growth this week, despite me running into quite a few problems this week, we had a heat wave and I was not prepared, causing some heat stress. I topped the plant at the 5th node and added some LST anchors, I will be topping her a few more times whilst low stress training . I'm still going with the same strategy of adding organics during the weekend, but I'm still not sure about it, especially not with the heat, Power roots does discolour my roots and causes some black gunk to accumulate at the top, I don't like that. speaking of discolouring, Biobizz CalMag makes my water super cloudy, which I hope is normal. I'll be moving my tent to a better climate soon, I do believe the heat further stunted my plant, She's still doing well however and it should be smooth sailing going forward, Unless nature throws something else my way. Day 15 plants are doing great 👍 still having problems with fouth seed second seed didn't germinate so here I go with number 3 seed for Yumboldt auto... Day 17 diffently great white is growing fast The Acapulco gold is still small really slow growth and Northern lights is average growth. filled resivors with ro water no nutrients yet.... Day 18 plants doing great took a Blueberry auto seed and germination has started. This is for the fourth plant for this room..none of the Yumboldt auto seeds germinated. All three of them Duds. Day 19 plants seem to be growing a little faster filled resivors with plane ro. Day 20 plants are starting to grow and are looking fine. Day 21 three weeks in and I'm thinking about adding nutrients to resivor by day 25 because great white shark is looking like roots maybe already down in resivor this thing is growing faster then the others.
