8 week We have 12 strong plants and one skinny one. They start drinking more then 1.5 l with one application of water. Smells really sweetly and fruity. I really love it!

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. One more week of flowering for these plants and then harvest after 9 weeks of flowering.. Things are good here. I got 1 big flush in. Should be able to get 2 more flushes in this week. And I like a couple of days of dark before harvest. I'll show some pictures of, before the harvest, next week. I see some of the buds are heavy enough to start heading for the floor. I though I tied them up tight. 😏 Ok. Be Great. Chuck.

Sept 17th Her smell is amazing, you can smell she is a cousin of Sexbud but this one is much more fruity. Really has a specific odour to it, citrus but nothing like lemon or orange. Last time during sunshine I could even smell something like the bitternes you get from grapefruit, kind of amazing or just imagination. Can hardly wait for her to be cured and burp those jars. Today was a busy day, maroc got chopped because of mould infection. Outdoor grapefruit was also affected but this strain seems to be more resilient. structure of the buds is more spread over long branches and seems to be less susceptible to botrytis. Lemon kush on the other hand is getting real bulky and has mould pop up in some large main cola, I try to check them every other day and continue to cut off any infected parts and dead/yellow leaves. Hoping these babies make it all the way. 2 more days of rain, after that weather forecast predicts higher temperature and little to no precipation. Fingers crossed

The guys and gals over at the fastbuds team have created some great strains. This plant was super Hardy and took a beating with the weather that we have been having outdoors this year .She was Hardy against most things except the cold that just stopped her growth in its tracks and made the tricohmes frost up pretty fast . I love the colour in the plant and would like to try this again outdoors in cold and summer . SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... I topped autos! 😳😳🤯🤯 I figured they were doing so well and hadn't entered flower yet; let's do our best to keep them small and get multiple good buds instead of just one. This will also give me the best opportunity to lst them down using ties. Stayed tuned for that! This girl is doing well. She's in second place right now out of the group. She should easily fill out over the next few weeks and is already entering flower. Week 3 - doing very well! Moved the plants to an attic room in my house and positioned them under a sky light - seem to be thriving now. I taped some tinfoil around the plants to maximise sunlight. Vegetation looks healthy and I have been watering sporadically when needed. No signs of any problems or stress, fingers crossed! Thinking about repotting them into their final, larger containers soon. Nothing added in terms of nutrients or anything like that! So far, so good. Let's hope they stay on track.

Week two of flower is here and the first pistils are popping out all over the place. I am pretty pleased with how the training is going and the grow overall. I will here give a report on each plant. 1) Back left plant. Growing very well, the most lateral branching of any plant of the four. multiple additional colas popping up to the canopy level. 2) Back right plant. Growing very well, however almost no lateral branching. Aside from the four main branches and the two lower nodes, there is almost no secondary growth at all, which males this plant a really bad candidate for scrog. To try to encourage more brancing I have topped one of the branches. I do my best. 3) Front left plant. Great growth here, very similar plant to the first. I did accidentally snap a cola off today while training. Whoops. 4) Front right plant. Very similar to the first and third, except she is four days younger so I'm quite pleased that she is holding her own in this scrog. How am I doing so far? This is my first time scrogging, and I am sort of winging it. If you see something wrong please tell me, or if you see something right! Day 8: Fertigated 5l each. Day 10: Photographed and applied defoliation and LST training to continue the scrog process. Day 12: Fertigated 5l each. I will do a final tucking and defoliation in two days, then I will let the girls grow from there in. Man... What a week! So we closed in on week 6. I JUST moved all of my stuff across town! Went well! I FINALLY got everyone setup where they belong...

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture).
