All I can say is WOW! This buds are coming in fast and strong! They are not disappointing! The smell is wonderful. Kinda smells like I opened a box of fruit loops cereal. They’ve grown a bit finally and the early flower growth spurt is finally starting. I’m hoping it picks up a bit cause I have a feeling these are gonna be some large heavy buds 😁

Flowering day 63 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Both phenotypes continue to develop very nicely :-). The buds begin to ripen and smell very tasty 😍. It was watered twice this week with 1.2 l per watering per plant. The tent was cleaned and everything checked for health 👍. We'll see you again next week :-) Until then, I wish you and your families a Merry Christmas 👍😀🙏🏻. Hi all. So here we are at the end of another week and its now time to admit a slight defeat with the recovering ladies !!!!. I am not under any illusions that they will fly and take over now so need to flip to 12/12 for the sake of the Amnesia and time constraints. I am impressed they survived the root rot at all so a small stunted bud on a stick is better than no bud at all. I am hopeful the Amnesia will showcase how good the genetics from Sweet seeds are and not damage their reputation with my heat damaged and root issues. Red Hot Cookie has been struggling to get over her rot. She does not look too good but is alive. I will keep her happy and see how she comes through. Sweet Afghani Delicious has done well to grow this week but she has now taken a small christmas tree appearence. I expect she will also remain a midget for the finish , heres to hope. Amnesia Haze is stomping it in her Soil pot. Her week has been very productive. She is covered in mains and even the middle of the plant is forming another ring of mains. I have put them into different positions now and moved the lights around to get the best out of the new SP3000. She is spread out to get even more light as the stretch period takes hold. With decent raining out , i am hoping to get a very good yield from her. Her limbs are solid in strength but still bendable so should help train her out more. I also have the sp250 to give additional side lighting with the tsl2000 forneven more par if needed later in flowering. She is feeding well bybjer looks and takes about 8L before any runoff. I plan to add another round of amendments this week to boost the soil life for flowering.

Week 11: Pineapple Poison - The Neverending Leafpocalypse! ☔️✂️ Yo growmies! Mother Nature decided to play catch-up with the rain this week, and let me tell you, the Pineapple Poison took full advantage! Over 20mm of rain in seven days, and this girl exploded like a popcorn kernel in a microwave! We're officially at 138cm now, which is basically towering over my raised bed. It wasn't just height, though. New shoots and leaves popped up like green confetti. So, guess who spent most of the weekend playing hairdresser again? This gal! It was a mainlining marathon. As Bobolancetti put it wisely in the comments: we need to start thinking support for those colossal colas. Less foliage also means better wind resistance, which is crucial here in Brandenburg, land of the giant wind turbines. We can't have our Pineapple Princess getting blown over by a rogue gust! The only thing missing? Flowering. Still nowhere to be seen. *insert cricket noise* Listen, this growth spurt is awesome, but the weekly deleafing routine is getting a little…well, lengthy. My arms are feeling it! Maybe next week, the flowering fairy will finally take pity on us and get this party started? A girl can dream…. S Stay tuned, growmies, because next week, we'll see if the Pineapple Poison finally decides to show us her flowers (and give my arms a break)! High fives all around!

3-30-20 Yummy! That's all I can say when I open up the tent. Will up their feed strength next res change since I think they could use a bit more nutrients. 4-4-20 Week 5 coming to an end and things are looking good and smelling better! Frost is starting to pile on these girls nicely. One thing I did notice on one of the Cali Sunsets is that some of the top most leaves are starting to turn purple from the backside. Don't know if its the strain or maybe a P Def? We'll have to wait and see I guess

Video pretty much says it all. Plants are doing great. *Grow Notes: limit defo. In most stages. Little tip burn overall so prob. At the high end of the Berkana. Good internodal spacing - look’n at a quality stack. Lowers were still too low on launch, would’ve benefited from a little more veg. Time. *minor light burning in localized areas has begun to show up elsewhere. There is a chance it’s early and very slight nute burn after the tent was flooded out last week. Running 20L of water through em over the next two days to dilute the current Rez mix and flush out any lingering solids and minerals that be throwing em off. That shouldn’t cause any issues and will isolate the problem if it’s localized light burning. Moved up the lights a touch regardless as well. *update - there was definitely a little light burn in one hot spot but the leaf issues are now prevalent on plants 2,6&7. It’s repp’n like P&K deficiency which would track with previous runs and further support how nute hungry some of them have been in the past. We’re changing out from the Berkana to Maxi-Bloom anyway due to need and the GH nutes are generally somewhat stronger in content than Druid so that should solve the problem🤞. Either way - on this basis alone, plants 1,3&4 are starting to look like our prime candidates for seed from the clone cabinet. Only time will tell on this issue but prefer we breed it out as best as possible when we start the back cross against the F1 pollen.

There is a timelapse of this past week! This plant, the blueberry, is in the background. Early this week I transplanted the rock wool cube into my DWC system. I pH'd the water, but otherwise did not provide nutes for a few days. The grow tent is now on an 18hr light period. Sometime in the middle of this past week, this blueberry started wilting! In response, I provided the nutrients listed above, with the addition of 1 gallon of (hard) tap water to provide calcium. Unlike my GSC, the nutrients did not fix the wilting, but the wilting did go away after 2-3 days. I had some humidity troubles, so I resorted to flooding the bottom of my tent. This does seem to help maintain humidity around 50% RH. This plant is growing asymmetrically! It's first set of "real leaves" is not even. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

She growing well, so well in fact I have started to HST the off shoot branches to keep the grow low. They are nice and green still so easy to HST and take to it well. It's getting ready to flip but waiting on my new tent...so she will just have to keep growing taking over my veg cabinet

These are coming up really strong. The week was really rainy but they needed it and pretty much old enough for the drench pour. I await the pre flowers to tell which ones are male/female.

What is good fellow gardeners, So our jungle tour has come to an end and what can I say, it was a joyful ride in all ways. It had it’s ups and downs like many of my other grows but I still think growing is the best hobby. This last week we let the last two girls ripen completely and at the end of the week we harvested them. This time the drying took place in several stages, which turned out to be a good idea. First we hung them up for 3 days with leaves then trimmed and let them dry again for another 8 days. The scents and aromas were preserved in their perfect state which was the basis for the later smooth smoke experience. After an overall problem-free vegetative stage, there were some minor hiccups during the flowering period. We lost quite a few large flowers due to bud rot. The oscillation function of the fan broke precisely during the last critical period of flowering, which could obviously have contributed to this. There was a slight light leak at the zipper which may have caused stress to the first two plants. That’s why they had to be taken down 2 weeks earlier than the other two. Trichomes were fully milky with a few clear so wasn’t a big issue tho. This two showed similar characteristics in terms of taste and bud structure. A sweet and spicy taste with a hint of chocolate. Buds are dense and rock hard. One pheno turned out deep purple and had a bit slightly burnt sweet fruit cake taste. Buds are solid and rock hard. The last pheno is more spongy yet hard but not really compact. This one has the most sweet and fruity taste with a well balanced high. I would recommend this strain for those who loves fruity varieties. However sometimes can be hard to manage during flowering. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this jungle trip. Also for likes and comments. Growers love and see you soon!
