So this week is the start of flower !! Woooohooo finally get to show what I'm made of ! Step one ) take all the big fan leaves Step two ) establish a "light line" and take all small shoots that are unable to get the proper amount of light due to their distance from the top of the canopy. * These are the places we all wish would grow ! These are also the places that are at risk of - hermaphroditism - mold - waste of energy for the plant. ** These are also some of the best places to take clones ** Continue to tie and secure everything in preparation of massize buds ! I hope some people looked at this like " This took way too much off " I took ALOT. Yes I push , I push hard to know how much they can take . Yes I would say 60% of plants DO NOT like a massive defoliating. But, the ones who do , you will unlock a yeild like never seen . It's the risk we take . One thing I have noticed is when I'm gonna defoli , I don't combone high stress or toping + a bunch of other techniques . Should have some pretty huge plants by two months ! Have developed spider mites again! Not that big of a deal,as I have already treated with 86 liberally, and will continue to do so. However, I am extremely curious as to why they have not mingled on over to my dwc. The 2 grows are the same strain, everything is the same, except media. Any ideas on why just the one plant?

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

Mar 26 Fed a gallon of RAW GROW: about 15ml worth of nutrients. Continuing the LST. Mar 27 Going to have to look back into defoliation techniques here soon. She's like a forest under that canopy!

GIRL SCOUT IS THE ONE WITH 16 MAIN STEMS: MAINLINED WHILE TOPPING 4-TIMES Absolutely this one is the best one i've ever grown. this girl tastes just so amazing, and the bud formation was great and REALLY dense :) for a third grow also this was a pretty chilled out project, not much in terms of pests, deficiencies or whatever. loved the plagron grow+bloom (terra) and the PK booster (greensensation) here :)

Came back from holidays and surprisingly the plants were looking great after 2 weeks without watering them, the gelified water did it's work. Flowers have gotten bigger and smellier.

There were storms all week and with the fact that they spent almost the whole week under stress (they were also under heat stress a couple of days before), I am certainly satisfied with the progress. On Tuesday, they were watered for the last time, with clean water, then it rained, and the next day it rained all day, since then they have not been watered, as soon as the soil dries I will feed them. Below in the table is the food that they received last time, but it is included in this week, and I introduced that as well. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

I had suspected that these wonderful young ladies would require more time to reach peak Harvest and i was correct. Allowing these the extra week has allowed for some excellent weight gain and additionally allowing for more Trics to form and start to change color. Using my mag glass i have determined that now is the time to start my pre harvest. I have removed some of the larger leaves allowing for more light to penetrate lower down the plant, this has now allowed the lower nugs to finish of and bulk up the best they can. I feel the Harvest of the Purple Queen is imminent however finding the right moment will be more tricky. As this is the last Flowering week update i will be posting on this Strain. I would just like to say a big thank you for everyone who has been following and adding likes along the way. Kaiydaan started showing signs of Flowering early last week. A few stigmas, Pre-Flowering, but still more Vegetative. So I decided to consider this week "Flowering". She was popping stigmas before 21 days. So far these WeedSeedsExpress genetics have shown to be exceptional. I will be slowly reducing her Veg feedings and slowly working in Bloom nutrients. I feed very sparingly as the soil has been amended with all the good stuff, organically. I think my light may have been too close, so I raised it a couple of inches to 20". I'm not 100% sure it was too close, but it's better to be safe than sorry. July 1, 2021 Little calyxes have started showing all over Kaiydaan. Kaiydaan has really breezed into Flowering without any hiccups *knock on wood. July 2, 2021 I did some tucking-of-the-leaves and some mild LST on the entire crop. I had to tuck one of Kaiydaan's taller tops. I snapped one of her other tops, but quickly got her into 🚑Urgent Care and she's as right as rain. July 3, 2021 That main top, I tucked on Kaiydaan, has turned right back up and has put on some height. Trichomes are starting to pop and the leaves are sticky. She still has no smell or none that I've noticed. July 5, 2021 I'm still dialing back the Veg nutrients on Kaiydaan and Freeman. J is still vegging strong, very light defoliation as she is ALL tops. We're only 1 month away until My Freeman's birthday! July 6, 2021 I just watered the girls, they're not big drinkers yet, a liter every 3 days. J seems to be a different Pheno from the rest. Her leaves have more texture and she appears to be all tops (likely due to the FIM'ing she underwent) and she is over a week behind Kaiydaan and Freeman.
