Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Hello Growmies, As we conclude the sixth week with our Epic Buzz plants in the Tent-X Ultimate Grow Showdown, we've seen substantial growth and faced some climatic challenges head-on. The plants have thrived under a regimen of defoliation, lollipopping, and scrogging, developing into robust specimens ready for the flowering stage. The extended watering intervals and the consistent application of our chosen nutrient blend, Alga Grow, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, have supported their vigorous development, ensuring they are well-nourished and hydrated. However, managing the environmental conditions, particularly during the night, has presented some hurdles. The recent introduction of a custom-built extraction box has been our latest strategy to combat the high humidity levels we've been battling during the lights-off period. This innovative solution has shown promising results, offering a more controlled grow atmosphere by extracting humid air directly outside, preventing it from lingering in the lung area of our setup. Despite this improvement, the integration of the Mars Hydro fan with the Tent-X system remains unresolved, leading to less than ideal fluctuations in our VPD levels. The lack of support from Mars Hydro, Secret Jardin, and even TrolMaster in providing clear guidance for this integration has been a stumbling block. We're considering a shift back to the reliable Prima Clima system, known for its seamless compatibility and ease of use. In the spirit of community and shared growth, we're reaching out for any advice on connecting a 5-phased PWM motor to the TrolMaster controller. The collective wisdom of this community has always been a guiding light, and any insights would be greatly appreciated. Well this week I had to give the girls a fairly big trim they were beautifully bushy but they were struggling for space so I cut back the heavy shade leaves that were covering bud sites I am also adding bloom to there feed from now but they are doing really well and the smell in the tent is devine. 💚🙏🌱🙏💚🙏🌱🙏💚

This plant is the most robust vigorous marijuana plant I have ever grown! It is absolutely insane. I thought she was done stretching and bushing out but boy was I wrong shes going to be over 6ft tall and almost 10ft around and it smells like I dropped the plant in a bucket of 1 year old skunk piss lol very much looking foward to this one

It’s been a routine week of feeding,,after having a couple of late stretching branches flowering a week or so behind the majority of the canopy,,which has made me stop and think about cutting her food down yet,, and see if the late comers can swell quickly to catch the lead bunch,,,,,,chugging along,,,👍💚🍊

Growth is picking up. EC is at 2.9 with big bud as this is with shared res.

This was an easy grow! Everything is in day 11 of dry as of this post! Ready for trim jail!

She's starting to chunk up a bit and sugar leaves are appearing! New growth is not showing the deficiency as some of the older leaves did which I'm very happy about! Thanks to the community for the helpful hints! Took of some of fan leaves that were blocking light from the lower bud sites and a few lower ones that were blocking airflow/not getting any light. I also switched over to CaliMAGic.

She's a beast, maybe the biggest auto I've grown so far at 21" at almost 6 weeks. I didn't train the main cola, only the sides and they are coming out strong. Curious if this baby will smell much. Happy growing y'all!

Nice forming of buds

Another 2 weeks into flower and Candy Cream Go Fast from Kannabia is blowing past all expectations and delivering a very quick (auto like flower period) but with strong female results. The way it's at to maturing these past 2 weeks is amazing. I've not been able to give my plants the greatest of care at the moment. But with Xpert Nutrients and Kannabia it's a combo that is very hard to get wrong. I'm getting a lovely finish (fade) and terpine profiles (smells) are astounding and uber sticky. All these Nutrients above were given separately over a 2 week period with water feeds in between each, 2 master bloom & calmag + Enzymes/root were used often too. Ph to 6.5-7 Ppm for bloom stayed 4-450ppm. Light lollipopping was done last week. Needed to allow air to flow through the un lst'ed branches and too much bud. I wish I'd given my plants more care. But, last 2 months have not been good. Crypto market has me in a real bind atm and having to actually work is killing me. Must be in the 6th week of flowering going into the 7th. Staying on what's above and making sure to keep the soil moist or not let it get to dry is paying off. Had no issues germinating with my setup. I have a grow mat with temp probe set to 78f and they popped within 24 hours. I'll begin a light feeding at 0.4EC and by the end of the week I'll have it up to 1.0 EC and a pH range of 5.9-6.2. I've drilled several holes in the bottom of the cup and repurposed the copper cloth mat from the Autopots setup. That keeps the roots from leaving the container and naturally pruning them *I hope* .... but either way this should be a lot of fun as this is my first time growing in such a small container! I hope the drain to waste style of fertigation holds up well in this scenario. Also, this strain is a promo strain which is a mix of Snowcaine and The Spice! which both have been on my watch list for a while now.

Hello friends, I planted this plant as an experiment as you can see but today in day 17 from seed i decided to share this growth here coz it surprised me with the so far growth. Sorry for lacking photos from week 1 but i didnt take pictures.. she is under the sun whole day and 4 hours 250w HPS... and as you can see some leaves curled in coz she is too young for 250W hps 25 cm from her.. So far I foliar fed her and regularly watered, dilluted 2ml/L of B-52, 2 ml/L fitobacillus (essential bacterias and enzymes) and foliar sprayed her. With every watering so far i put 2ml/l fitobacillus and 2ml/ B-52 and mycorhizae in the very first and second watering. As you can see her main stem is already fatter than average for that time of growth and the root mass is so dense and thick, also many many hairs ready to absorb some nutes so tmrw will be her first nutes dosage, day 18 that will be from seed. I am hoping only that the pot size will not restrict her growth, as the roots already reached the bottom and started to curl back in.. but their colour is bright white and i have no worries bout rot or similar, at least so far so good :D Stay tuned brothers and sisters, all my grows are for you in order to learn ultra fast all the interesting and mind intriguing stuff by following only one grower. @James drop an eye here, you did a good job with genetics on this one.. Today i applied some more lst to maximally expose side branches to the sun. You will see some interesting pics and vids explaining my low stress training technique. I blv this plant's main goal in life to be LST'd. Dont be afraid, side branches will be thankfull and your harvest will be thankfull.. You can se some lst with side branches and how i tucked the leaves and made sure they stay there using the green wire and forming that shape on the pic. Today i also noticed a white hair showing up, still not sure if it is starting to flower in her DAY 19 from seed, or is it just "stress defending mechanism". Seems to me i will find out soon :)
