Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up. The trichomes are now checked every day. I'm looking for my microscope with an app so I can take pictures of it 👍. This week things are swelling quick great ! The purple is showing up more but still only trace amounts. The black has no signs of changing colour however I already know my pheno ain’t the one ☝️ . But the purple shows promise!! Slow at cloning and a higher mortality rate then the black amnesia haze. This one almost every single clone I made all root amazingly ! Highly recommend for its yields and ease in the grow room. You can really feed it high . Still unknown why the purp has curling leaves but from others grows I see it’s fairly common . I’m guessing it prefers a slightly more alkaline PH . I’ve been using citric acid to ph correct and every time I sway a little low like 6.4-6.2-5.9 the plants leaves curl slightly more. Most mixes are in the 6.8-6.5 range however.

Day 70 in soil 😁😁😁 I never thought I'd make it this far tbh! I stopped giving the ladies nutes and have just started feeding phed water, and they seem to have all really taken well to it, some last week showing signs of problems which I think was due to the last feed, minor flush and all seem to be okay I think. The smell now is very strong when the tents open a lovely fruity aroma, touching the buds leaves the hands covered and stinking of a fruity lemon/citrus smell (could live with the smell, unreal). The buds have all started to fatten up massively over the last 14 days, some plants producing some amazing colours, all plants have their own difference however all producing equally as good bud sits and growth. I have no past growing experience but im glad I went for dinafem critical 2.0 after some research prior they have been forgiving throughout my learning stages and have been easy maintenance so far! Will get a few close ups with the jewlers glass tomorrow, thinking off letting them run another 7 days until harvest what's everyone's opinions? Another good week come and gone. A couple of the girls needed nutrients so I add some general hydroponics blend into those that needed them. Didn't seem to make much difference yet. But they are getting into late flower. Orange sherbet isnt great right now. No real smell and not looking great. Not sure but prolly too small of a pot. I said!! it's huge ready for flowering!! one week to change the light schedule to 12/12 I've already lost count of the toppings I've made. I will always take some of the bottom leaves out. that no longer catch light and only waste energy. I water every two days. small quantities and One feeding per week. I make adjustments whenever necessary. I also don't spend a lot of nuts as long as she doesn't really need food as in flowering. you will realize soon

WEEK 6 (Day 36-42) My Runtz have now nicely adjusted to the flowering phase. The stretch is beginning, and the plants are slowly gaining height. However, I’m trying to keep them as small as possible since my space is somewhat limited at the moment. The two plants are in a dimly lit corner of my tent but currently receive 24-hour light because I still have other plants inside. I’ve already fertilized them a bit with everything. They’re still thriving beautifully.

Chopped on Day 113! She got around 60 hours of darkness and is now going hanging to slow dry 🤞🏻 I never weigh it wet but its around 4 Oz wet I'd say. I'll update in a week or two 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✌️🏻

Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here.
