Hey friends, end of week 4 from seed :) - I had to transplant plant #2 from a 2 gallon pot to a 5 gallon fabric pot because roots were coming out from the 2 gallon pot, I began noticing some change in the color on leaves so I immediately decided to make the change. - Plant #2 still hasn't revealed its gender to me, I can't figure it out because I see small pistils all around the leafs but there is just one area on the main stem with to very small round balls. I am hoping pistils come out from these balls as it did on other parts of the plant. - Thinking of purchasing a bigger tent, I feel this one will fall short once this plant matures. I might leave it another 1-2 weeks in vegetative stage. - Trimmed some leaves - Performed some LST on plant #2

3/4 Day 15 Flower Changing PK to KoolBloom as the Peak has run out. Will work up the CT nuets to @10ml/gal or so as the burnt tips have proven kind of a red herring. Loving the dual light sources, makes things so much easier. 3/5 Day 16 More pics Nuets up to 925 ppm, thats unadjusted for the water (@125 ppm) Fish Sh!T added for terps among other reasons, they just explode with this stuff. Took the last of the loofy branches that were not getting light. Plants look almost lollipoped but thats due to the stretch we were fight during the tent space problem. 3/6 Day 17 Pics, prob last of the week unless something presents itself. Leaving nuets as is for now. Zhaan is really coming along being a tad shorter than the rest. Little clean up today so took the opportunity for better pics Having some issues find coco coir hope its temporary. Update Burnt tips have worsened a bit with the increase in Bloom nuets (nitrogen) Keeping the nuets as is for now keeping an eys on em. If I have to decrease will up the PK to compensate. 3/7 Day 18 Flower Tips have not worsened so leaving CT Bloom as is but did increase PK slightly and decrease Fish Sh!T to 1 ml/gal try and make it last a bit longer , stuff aint cheap and this is enough. Input Feed - 900 ppm Runoff - 1180 ppm well within limits 3/9 Day 20 Flower Upped the PK to 4ml/gal and feed to 925 ppm, that will be the top end and carry that level for at least a week before ending PK. Buds are frosting up and growing large pics when I can Really liking this strain guys... whatever it may be 😜 Redid the grow room and tent completely, improved the girls environment somewhat but mainly for space reasons. Week 3 :)

I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

We've made it to day 28! - 17/12/20 The girls seem to be happy and healthy today. I won't be feeding/watering them as the pots are still heavy from yesterdays feed. A few of the girls have started to show sex & the smell has picked up a little bit(inside the tent), so I'm hoping to see some flowering begin this week sometime. (I've been using my iPhone as my only DSLR lens is useless for focusing on certain depths, but I hate the colour I get using the iPhone... I may be switching back to DSLR unless I can find a better camera app.) update - day 29 (18/12/20) Short update today. Fed the girls today and will probably be feeding/watering every day from here on out, we'll see though. veg growth has really taken off by now, I'm hoping to see some flowering this week. update - day 30 (19/12/20) I fed the girls today. I need to find a better way to hand water, the plants are so short and bushy its a pain getting in between all the branches. I wish i left my drip feed system up and running, I will definitely refine it and use it next run. Update - day 31 (20/12/20) Fed the girl's straight water today. I'm going to purchase the pieces I need tomorrow to reconfigure my drip feed system & hopefully have it running by mid-week! Update - day 32 I attempted to set up my drip feed system today but the plants are too thick around the base to place the halo around :( I will have to wait until next season to set it up, oh well, I guess its hand watering for the next 5-10 weeks Fingers crossed these girls start to flower ASAP. I fed the girls today, everything is looking good so far. I also moved the plants around to try to make hand watering easier, I had issues trying to water the whole pot instead of just one spot due to plants/branches being in the way. Update - Day 34 - 23/12/20 It definitely seems ill be watering the girls every day from here on out. All the girls look fairly happy and healthy, they're getting a bit big for the 5x5 they're in. It looks like flowering has begun on 2 of the girls, hoping to see some more progress on the others in the next few days. Thanks for stopping by! 🙏

Well, this strain is surely flowering for a long time, it's still stretching. I wonder if it will stop stretching and start fattening the buds this week... Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don't defoliate much is because the plant does that by itself. When the lower leaves receive almost no light (because all the light is blocked by the thick growing canopy) they start to send their nutrients to the top. When they are donez they just fall off on their own. You see, leaves are like solar panels AND nutrient reserves! Just make sure this process is slow and the leaves that receive light are still very healthy and green. If many leaves are falling or if they fall really fast you gotta make sure is not a deficiency or nutrient lockout! ... Again just water your plant with bloom formula (and a bit of calmag) to an EC that allows you to maintain the plant heathly and the runoff not to high (in my case 1mS/cm). Remember to alternate nutrients and pHd tap water. That's pretty much all left to do from here to harvest. Obviously if you see something wrong try to correct it. Day 66 update. I dropped something on my plant. It bended one branch very badly and severed some leaves and a bud :( Well, accidents happen. Luckily cannabis is a very very resilient plant, one might be surprised at how much this plants can take. Anyhow, taped everything together loosely, pulled the most bent branches upwards with a thread and I will wait for it to heal... If everything goes well, this branches should be even stronger than the others. Let's hope that's my fate! Update day 69. Although I have been feeding with 1.0 mS/cm once, then pHd water then feed again, the run off from today measured 3.0 mS/cm ! It's climbing still. I flushed again, until the runoff was at 1.5 mS/cm. I think I understand what happened, my theory is that the plant needs a lot more water now, but not as many more nutrients. So it takes the 2.5 daily liters of water, but it might only eat the nutrients in 1lt of water, so the rest stays on the roots and accumulates, raising the EC of the soil. So far, by checking EC on the soil once every week or two I have avoided nutrient toxicity and lockout. I think there are two options, either lowering the concentration of nutrients I feed it (so 2.5 lts a day will contain less dissolved nutrients), or spacing out the feedings with more intermediate waterings of plain water. I think I am going to go with the former, next week I will try feeding an EC of 0.8 mS/cm on 3L then tap water and so on from next week on. I prefer to underfeed than to overfeed, which is what I recommend for other boobs, it's better to have some yield than to risk killing the plant. We will get better with time...
