I switched lights and lighting schedule last week, the stretch is in full swing and I’m starting to see some baby buds.

This is m first GD Journal, I hope you guys like it, any tips and comments are always welcome! So, this is their first week of life, just sprouting. As you can see, one had a bit of shell stuck to it which slightly damaged the leaf but not too much to worry about.. Unfortunately due to various reasons I had to transplant them straight into their finishing pots which isn't ideal for watering and efficient root growth but it had to be done this time around. This round I will be using the full bio canna range along with their own soil too. I will add molasses and various other organic products that I will update you guys about as we go from week to week. I plant to LST and top these girls.

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary, I took my time with his one ;) Now we cut the second POGP auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 660g. wet, this one finished at 1,85kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late, maybe that's also the reason for all my problems with this strain during the grow?! The two plants where different phenotypes, the smaller one (from Week 17)though small had nice hard flowers, the bigger one as the only plant from four I grew during the growop started foxtailing. Both of them branched nicely the smell was quite strong and awoul xD like gasoline and something rotten, it smelled so bad i checked a couple times under microscope for any signs of mold in the flower and to my suprise I found nothing. Thank God later during drying the smell would subdue to a more generic "hazediesel" smell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. This week begins flowering. All the plants were flushed day before lights went out. I noticed some droopy leaves on a couple and wanted to clear possible salt build up before I start to change the nutrients. This week nutrient schedule is a little lighter than recommended so I can watch for results of the flush and no compound issues. Some pre-flowers have shown on a couple of girls. Both of them were very loud in the nose and sticky on the fingers. The plants are loving the dark period. I have had them on a 24 light schedule up until flower but next run I may go 20 and 4 just to compare. Most the clones taken have roots showing. One pheno which is showing female pre-flowers has some very vigorous root growth on its clones. The plants are drinking more and more. Will up waterings to every other day .

Week 5 and this week we are in flowering. More like a pre-flower. Got my filter and fan hook up as smells are starting to get stronger. Still running nuts at 100%. Did a big defoliation and install a trellis net.

Bud development has begun to form on all plants now including the focus plant so I did some medium defoliation to start out the week. (Despite my attempts to slow the focus plant down with the she stretched through it anyway!) 12/15 Reservoir Swap on the 2 non-focus plants. They received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, because they hate nitrogen and get nutrient burn easily. Of course all of the PHs have been adjusted to 5.8 like done daily. 12/16 Reservoir Swap on the Focus plant. Shes received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, again because they hate nitrogen. All plants received an updated LST and a PH adjustment to 5.6, because its been climbing day to day. 12/17 I rotated the plants some to give a better stretch then adjusted the PH of all the reservoirs between 5.8 and 6. A small update to the LST and I maximized the height of the light so its not going up anymore. Topped off the reservoirs. 12/18 All reservoirs had their PH adjusted to 5.8 and I did an LST update like everyday. I am getting close to running out of PH test drops so I ordered more yesterday I might have to reservoir swap daily to maintain PH without being able to test it. yikes 12/19 The plants are looking healthy and the smallest plant has decided to start stretching more so that's good. The non-focus plants are clearly showing their purple phenotypes, but the focus plant is being stubborn.. or not purple. 12/20 Topped off and PHed Reservoirs to 5.8. I used my last drops of the PH testing fluid so I will be doing a reservoir swap tomorrow, really earlier, because I know the PH of my tap+nutrients. Then the PH testing fluid arrives the following day so we will be fine. Don't forget to reup your essentials! Week 6 was a fantastic week of growth for the Focus plant especially. The other plants have really began to show their purple while our timelapse buddy is just a happy ol'e green plant. Perhaps this will change later in the flowering cycle. WE GOT A POLARIZED LENS just in time for us to increase the light to 750w, So now we can do the timelapse with a higher wattage of light and not get weird lines in the video! Overall this week was an 8/10 in terms of growth.😎

~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. I will have a family member looking after the plants in the greenhouse to make sure all survive until I return! Did the final defoliation to reveal all the buds to the light, flowers are getting super dense and a lot bigger, trichomes are starting to appear. Not an intensive smell but still deeply fruity, she is really good looking and calyxes are turning red and purple.
