This was a quiet week. The girls were recovering from their topping but were also flipping into flower. They have been getting water every two days and that seems to be an issue so I bought an auto watering drip system to install next week. The gorilla cookies is still the best grower out of the batch and really doing well. Excited to see the girl after some more training. 8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome.

Started flushing the biggest plant today the should have about another week & half left on it, all the other ones are still clear & cloudy! Fingers crossed everything goes good through harvest I have never flushed or done any of the harvest or cure process😅😬

This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. My Skunk Apple plant's a little behind the others. I think it started flowering a couple weeks later. It's a smaller plant, but it's finally starting to fill out. I'm guessing I've got maybe two weeks left before it's ready to chop. The past week has been awesome for drying my plants. The weather's been perfect – nice and dry, with just enough breeze to keep things moving. I finally got around to chopping down those two big plants I've been meaning to trim. They're almost ready, just need a little more time to dry out completely. I can't wait to see how they turned out.

Start of week 6 of flowering. Plant 2, survived last week's heat stress and seems to be recovering well. With the new exhaust fan - vivosun 4 inch, 195cfm - my temps have not exceeded 35°c at any time I've spot checked. Hopefully no more issues or setbacks for the rest of this grow.

Hello all, some pistils are turning brown, a quick google search tells me it could be 3 things 1-Light heat 2-Herm 3-Nutrient burn I would appreciate any opinions Happy growing

As you can see from the third picture on day 29 she is looking a little ugly and unkept. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I need to take action on. Advice would be great. So day 30 rolling around. Decided I had to try LST again. She felt more receptive to being bent over today as well. I mainly had to attempt it for space reasons. With the current covid panic all the markets where I buy my buckets from are closed and I can't procure a new one to increase my height for probably a couple of weeks at this rate so LST was my only option. She seems to have taken well to it and I will upload a finished picture of her shortly. Day 32, watered and fed her. 500ml of water plus .3ml each of fox farm trio. Hoping to see her perk up a bit. Concerned about the large brown spot on one of her leaves which made me think she was having a deficiency? Probably a bit early to worry about buds fattening up also but I am worried they are looking a bit airy at the moment on the non main cola sites. I'm not sure if my LST was effective at tricking her into trying to have more than one top cola? Day 33. No noticeable gains today, at least to my eyes. I can spot a little nute burn perhaps but hopefully nothing too serious. Looks like a cola that isn't the original top is starting to fill out just as much, if not more, than the original top though. Hoping they all catch up at a similar pace to each other and reduce the pop corn nug potential! Day 35. She has shown a few more bud sites since last post. I am worried that she is going to produce a fair bit of larf/popcorn bud and wanted to know how to get rid of that? I am not confident to remove any growth without knowing for sure it has a beneficial impact on the overall health of the plant and the final results. Any advise is appreciated. She also seemed a bit thirsty to me. The leaves were feeling a bit thin and dry so I gave her 1L of water with .7ml each of fox farm trio. Hopefully she responds well. I will check her in an hour or so to see if the leaves are starting to point back up - fingers crossed.

Veg8, siguen creciendo bien, todavía quedan 2 plantas por sacrificar, lo decidiré en el próximo riego. Veg9, ya se seleccionaron las 9 plantas, se sacrificaron las últimas 2. Veg10, riego con 0.7 EC y pH 6.0, drenaje de 1.0 EC y 6.6 pH, se tendrá que seguir bajando el pH de los siguientes riegos, las plantas han estirado un poco más, en unos 2 días se hará transplante a los maceteros definitivos. Se planea hacer LST, pero ya que los nodos están muy juntos, si no estiran mucho tendré que hacer Main Lining. Veg11, nada significativo. Veg12, riego con 0.8 EC y pH 5.5, drenaje 1.0 EC y pH 6.5, plantas listas para transplante dentro de los próximos días, se comienza a mezclar el sustrato para los maceteros definitivos. Veg13, dia de transplante, sustrato con 50% de turba y 50% de vermiculita(sílice), se agrego dolomita para subir el pH del suelo a 5.5~5.8 y además la dolomita agrega calcio y magnesio al suelo, también se agregó yeso agrícola al sustrato el cual es de liberación lenta y agrega calcio y azufre. Al momento del transplante se rocía directamente las raices con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, además se espolvorea great white, una ves puesta en el nuevo sustrato, se riega con 1.2 EC y 5.5 pH, de micro, grow y bloom, además b-52, etc. Veg14, nada significativo, siguen creciendo bien, en unos 2 días más haré Main Lining.

Week 11 All is under control: plants are growing correctly, healthy, deep green… perfect size, a few weeks before flowering cycle; I did a second topping week 10 on everyone (+6 nodes): I would have a maximum size around 150 cm for discretion and space. Still Aphids problem on the Royal Moby and I treated leaves by hand with Soap…making a mistake: too late in the morning so the sun burned some leaves. This insects are still there but the infestation is contained for the moment. I sprayed Neem oil on all plants. Added more soil in each pot : 1.5/2L of humus worm + guano bat. I observed a sort of burn on lhe extremity of leaves: possibly a sign of nitrogen excess. I stopped nutrients for a while, adding just enzyme and Alga Mic. Watering around 1.25L/2 days Daylight 15h30 - 6h25/21h55 Sunny days, cloudy sometimes, windy (NNE) T°= 13ºC N / 21°C D Humidity 67%
