My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. There isn't much more to say about this fantastic strain. Hardy, easy to clone, quick to flower and absolutely delicious in every respect. It resists well to high temperatures, "accidental" over fertilization, and recovers soon after a period of drought. Easy and fast.

I defoliated bottom leaves, the tent has really gone jungle style now. Kicked on the extra LEDs for bloom only and the center LED is running both VEG and BLOOM lights. The two auto dark purple plants show a few leaves canoeing. Maybe too much nitrogen from trying to keep the PPM levels up. Flushed with sledgehammer.

First week of flowering. Started 6/20/32

Finally some decent growth!! 19cm this week and she got a lot bushier. Not in flowering yet but that's ok, she needs to grow more ideally. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. Repoted them into 5 gallon smart pots and toped them . Im gona lst them now for 10 days or so and flip to flower . What are ur thoughts guys ?

Day 49 - Still have issues...3BOG is still yellowing on most leaves, 4AM is still showing slowly developing Mg deficiency, and Sour Stompers are still losing leaves but it seems to have slowed. I think the Sour Stompers might only have 2-3 weeks left so I'll start the flush soon and hope for the best. Fed 4AM & 3BOG 2tsp/gal Tiger Bloom mixed in 1.5 gallons water. pH: 6.5 Day 50 - Watered Sour Stompers with 1.5 gallons worm tea Day 53 - Leaf issues seem to have finally stopped on the 3BOG and slowed on the 4AM. Sour Stomper 1 looking really bad but I think I finally understand the multitude of issues I've created so hopefully I get them to recover enough to make it to harvest. Day 54 - Watered 3BOG & 4AM 1.5 gallons at 6.7 pH Day 55 - Looks like it's about time to start flushing the Sour Stompers. Watered them .75 gallons each at 6.7 pH

These two did great even through a lil stress they still came out on top. I almost want to run it back but I think it's time for something fruity maybe, maybe having a terpene profile that helps initiate a more stone heavy affect and be indica heavy.

Dealing with humidity issues with the amount of green in the tent. I really don't want to defoliate too much more. Around 62% rh with tent closed. Added another fan to keep air moving. I have a small dehumidifier arriving tomorrow, so that should help. Smell is becoming pretty strong.
