All right here we are guys Midway through week 3 of flower and she should have more production but due to the extreme training and the amount of Bud sites there's a lot of energy being distributed between so many areas that I don't think I'm going to be left with many huge buds but as I mentioned before many thumb size which is fine by me as long as the nugs are tight and smoke as good as I can hope for.. strawberry cough has been one of those elusive strains for me for one I never thought I'd ever even be able to grow cannabis let alone grow the strain that I've been wanting to grow since I was 14 and I'm 38 now going on 39... Long story short this has been a long time coming and so now I'm only a month and a half or so away from it becoming a reality is really awesome... This week the progress was fantastic , they are very healthy and flowers are growing faster than I can keep up. One of my plants is struggling has yellow spots on the leaves , was always significantly smaller than the others but I have done the exact same thing to all of them and I can’t figure out what is wrong . I would assume mayb over feeding and it’s only effecting this one because it is so small . But 1 out of 5 isn’t bad, it is still budding but not nearly on pace with the others.

I Topped Dressed 5 Tbs of 2-8-4 & 2.5 Tbs of 4-4-4 & Feed 1 Tbs of Molasses in 1 Gallon water Feed

This week i topped it and started pulling some branches down. Cut the initial leaves off and fed it some nutrients. Seems like not as fast as the growth the gorilla gas.

Week 9 (Week 1 of flowering) has been a jaw-dropping experience in my Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is absolutely killing it! Her luscious green foliage is a sight to behold, and my Lego Ninja buddies are always on point, making sure everything is in order. The excitement escalated as I spotted those little preflowers showing up towards the end of the week. I have a strong hunch that she's going to turn into a flowering monster during the first two weeks! <3 <3 <3 To support this explosive flowering growth, I made some savvy moves in my nutrient game. I decided to switch from my root booster to the fruit booster. Why, you ask? Well, my Tangie is transitioning her focus from root development to bud production. So, it's like shifting gears to give her exactly what she needs to create those magnificent flowers! But that's not all. I also added some P-booster to my nutrient mix. You might wonder why? It's because this little ninja booster is packed with phosphorus, the secret ingredient that stimulates robust flower formation. We want those buds to be big, dense, and super potent! <3 <3 With a canopy as lush as this, I'm already contemplating a potential defoliation around day 21 of flowering. It's like planning my ninja strategy in advance! But let's keep that for the next update hehe. As for her TDS numbers, they might not seem massive at 230, but remember, I'm using those amazing Aptus All-in-One Pellets mixed with the soil. Her main NPK is already packed in there, and these boosters are just giving her that extra ninja kick! With room temperatures at 28.9°C and a humidity level of 62%, the conditions are perfect for our Tangie to thrive. I can't contain my excitement for this epic ninja run! Monday 16/06/2025, start of week 5. The stretch is underway and has been for a few days, happy with how she looks health-wise currently although I've made some mistakes along the way that she has had to recover from. i made one final tuck under the net on day 29 (17/06/2025) although it's not a proper scrog by any stretch of the imagination, it's helped keep the canopy level so the side branching could catch up, and I'm letting her go now, hoping she stretches a good 20-30cm but we will see. Day 30, fed at 1.2ec, was probably 12 hours late on the watering as she did not look happy at all, bounced straight back though once fed. Day 31, not much to report, a lighter shade on the newest growth but to be expected at this stage, I've pinched a few of the lower fan leaves over the last few days. Day 32 backed the lights off slightly as the leaves were looking a little light stressed. Day 34, fed with calmag and water only at 0.4 ec, forgot to ph it down but hopefully it won't matter too much in soil, she's had a good stretch over the last day or 2. 22/06/2025, end of week 5, happy with the progress this week, pinched a few more leaves today and reorganised the canopy a bit, had a bit of a heatwave over the last few days so had to increase the humidity to compensate, this also helped with the temps although she did have to deal with temps around 28c for quite a few hours and up to 29c for a very short time, didn't seem to have any ill effects though, temps now settled back around 26c. Looking forward to seeing some bud development in the upcoming week.

Tipped and pruned fan leaves they were huge! Rub smells like candy. Will flower it in a week or so.

Candyman is now 99 days old! Day 49 of flower and they are looking unbelievably beautiful and smelling crazy strong. I am aiming to do one more feed and then a 7-10 day flush if they are all ready anyway. I really am gutted i couldn't take cuts of pheno 3 😭 all in all I'm super happy with this run. Update: day 53 of flower and they just look unbelievable 😍 nearly time for a 7-10 day flush. I've now lowered the light intensity for the final weeks

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Fellow growers, week 5 of flowering brings fascinating updates. The buds are forming nicely and becoming denser daily. Unfortunately, the plants shot up in height more than expected and I couldn't raise the light further. Our growing space is filling with a delightful, intensifying aroma. On day 21 of flowering I did a heavy defoliation and lollipopping, the girls seem to be fine and the trichomes are starting to show. the smell begins to feel but still very light there. I'm fertilizing enough, at least 3 waterings with fertilizer and the 4th only water with balanced ph, always checking the ec of the drain.
