Harvest day ! The plants are chopped and are hanging to dry. I put in a dehumidifier and a humidifier to control the humidity around 60%. The goal is to dry for 10 to 14 days. Then i will trim and cure them in grove bags for 6 weeks. I put the mutant straight in a zip lock in the freezer. I will make fresh frozen bubble hash (full spectrum) out of this one. Trust me, 1Right_Angle grew it into a absolute monster, But it began to autoflower very strangely being a regular photoperiod & then produced very strange flower. Going into this stage of production it is important these first few grows are not at all wastes of money in any aspect & that product from these pheno hunts will be sellable. I am only going to take a couple clones off of the ragekiller & not fill an entire 5x5 with it until we have confirmed its genetics as being stable & strong. So that is why we have brought in Stinkin Bishop to play back up. UPDATE : October 6th 2023 - Electrical is finished, MARS HYDRO equipment is all here. MANNNNNN.. It’s the end of week 4 and holy hell is she a bushy BEAST!!! She seemingly out grew whatever was going on with her leafs and I’m soooo glad I hadn’t pulled her out when I was faced with the “TMV” nonsense!! PH is going down down down, corrected it with PH up up up. I don't know why it dropped ~0.1/hr when EC stayed pretty much stable, roots look fine, no smells so... ??? Did defoliation as usual, the NL #1 + 2 need it every couple of days, the Ori is just fine, doesn't need anything. Also did LST and lollipoping. Smells get more intense

Week 8 Day 49 to harvest P1 harvest was flower day 53 - total wet weight was 24oz and the stem base accounted for 8.0oz, so about 16oz set to dry. I fed P1 half nute flush water again this week. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 1 time. I used 400ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added .5ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and 7ml of Roots Organics HP2 (Aurora Innovations 0-4-0). PH balance this week was 6.3. And then cut her down 4 days later. P2 harvest was flower day 49 - total wet weight was 16.3oz and the stem base accounted for 6.4oz so about 9.9oz set to dry. (reminder that P2 was the test plant where I broke the main stem and later another later topping from an off branch already topped.) The test resulted in smaller colas in the later topping and the first topping break recovered surprisingly well with colas equal to the biggest. However the later break after the last topping resulted in the smallest cola. This tells me that any damage survived early can see a full recovery but later ones may cost yield. Since P2 looked mostly ready to harvest I decided to dry out after the first feed this week. I will update with cure and smoke details later.

D34 Defoliation

Hello thanks for stopping by. These beautiful ladies from weedseedsexpress are just so easy to grow, they have amazing leafsets and the branch spacing for me is perfect. Lots of space for light and air to get through. Get them in for your summer grows because if the smell is anything to go by i can not wait. I took some leaf off yesterday from the lowest nodes and my hands were sticky with a sweet smelling candy smell.. Just so inviting..😻 i dont really know what i was thinking with how i shaped them. I started out with the thoughts to mainline for 8 colas but then i remembered my triple cheese grow and i can not do another 12+weeks of veg... So i have just shaped them how my eye wanted them. Smoked a big joint then sat and just let it happen.lol so i dont know how it will effect yeild but then i am not growing for max yeild i am growing because i like it and theres the bonus of some great weed..😇 For me i love the tall shape i expect i will have to tie them to the roof to stop breaking (i hope) Feeding is still once a week with some N and otherwise just 6.4 H20 and beneficials when needed.Will be adding some Bloom possibly this week when i see some flowers but at a low EC. I dont know how strong the Ecothrive charge i used at potting is?!? i dont want to stress them with an over feed so will start very very light and build up as they ask for it. Thanks for looking. How’s it looking?

Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news! My order from Green House Seeds arrived today for my next diaries! :)
