The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. It’s the 9th week of flower and this run is slowly coming to an end. Mimosa is by far the fastest finisher here. In 8 weeks there is around 30 % amber trichomes in the top buds. A little too much for my taste. I ve reduced the ec in the medium of mimosas to around 1.0 and took the drippers out. Now they will dry out fully in around 1 or 2 days and I will chop. The rest is more or less similar and will go for about a week more.

I think I read once that shortly before the end it is normal for the plants to draw all their nutrients from the leaves. So everything looks good, I think. I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.24.2024: We've sprouted! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.

Shes kinda dark, cal/mag dropped to .5 gallon. I hit her with Game time and she burned a tad. But shes good. Only getting cal/mag and green sensation. Had to tie some of her branches up, sagging badly. She is freaking rocking! Now if the RH will go away. Darn rain!

I payed 55 dollars an eight for the same level of quality, I got 18 eights of top shelf for $10 not including nutrients and supplies, yeah I'm never going back to a dispensary unless I'm traveling. This experience has improved my life in many ways. I got a total of 7.8 ounces from this grow, I'm happy :)

15/12 - 21/12: just waiting for the bulk. I've decided to stop adjusting the pH of my tap water and let the soil do the rest, maybe it was counter productive. Now we wait ⏳

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)

Growing was quiet hard as it just wouldnt respond will with training technique such as super cropping she hardly stretched when switched to flower and grew slow during veg but can not say till I do another run and do things different and as it was my.first time also growing from clones

Week 1 27/01/2025 TF and MS Feed HydroSol: Increased to 8ml/5L 28/01/2025 TF and MS Light Increased: 313watts DLi: 35 Rapid Growth has started again. Feed Increased: HydroSol 10ml/5L HP 12%: 1ml/5L Uploaded today's pictures and yesterday's for comparison on how HydroSol is doing? I topped MS. Hopefully by doing this now TF will catch up but that's not why I topped her. She's known for being bushy; so will be good to bring her up to her second level before branching. Giving the rate she is growing; we haven't to worry about stunting Growth. H202 is also know to to cause mutations at high levels. I tried to start this diary with HP 12% from seed and it worked until micro-organisms in the air and water; what distillation has missed the "vocs" the cardon didn't catch. Caused them to later on because of free radicals and this is why high levels of HP can cause mutations and cancer when it steals atoms by ripping them apart. "Call the bomb swaddles" when mixed correctly or 'incorrectly 💣 lol 28th Today Little VT of the 5L jerry can starter pots (DiY) I think this process is allowing for optimization of Air/feed pks. I'm at least 2-3weeks ahead from a normal grow because of this style growing. I know, I know, I lost 3weeks from the first failed attempts. But it's okay 👍 I'm okay with that. Now I know and it's logged in the dairy for future reference I can quickly glance over before I start another one. I disconnected the 1200watts one for each light is 600watts. It's currently half-power with 600watts max for two lights at 300watts each. Better than having mishaps with the full power supply 1200 being turned up accidently say in a not ventilated enough little tent. I'd rather pass on that anxiety 🙃 Plants: Under jerry cans with dli at 20. This should by dinfintion let them gather themselves for 3days; while the sun is blazing outside the can. Even though I could lower the light. I think the high light intensity outside the cans the plants know. Midday VT MS looks likes shes a clone 😳 👀 but she ain't! One day I will get these protocols right. But atm ; atlas, it's all in jest n fun! MS defiantly looks like a clone but she's not; i have taken pictures since she hatched everyday 03/02/2025 Midday Freaky Pablo and The future 2 germinated Sprayed with weak solution of Hydroclonic Acid + h202 very mild. Now the fun begins!

So this week has been hot for these girls but they didn’t mind too much. Really need to get some new equipment but will take a long time. We all make do with what we got amiright hahaha. All going good for my first grow. Not entirely sure how long left, maybe a week or 2?

Another week down and things just keep getting better and better with this one. Big fat buds laced in resin and the smell is soooo good and strong! Very strawberry-like with a ton of gas that my carbon filter is doing a poor job of covering up. Oh well, smells good. :) I will start flushing about mid way through its growing week and then chop shortly after. It’s getting so close to finished I’m just waiting for more amber. I’m mostly cloudy right now.
