I took the two biggest fan leaves off today because they were blocking the bud sites I also second round of topping is complete.. she looked twice the size prior to taking those two leaves off but she's going to fill out nicely I just ordered from Amazon some 6-in pins so I could start pinning her down spreading her out and watching bush up..... Hi Growmies~! What This Post is About Today, I'll be recording how to cultivate soil microbes at home. These microbes offer numerous benefits, and they are simple to make. How I Came Up with This Technique Since 2014, I’ve tried synthetic growing methods like DWC. While they gave quick results, I often ran into issues with consistency. Nutrients would expire during breaks, meaning I had to keep buying new bottles. I strongly felt I needed a change. A couple of years ago, after taking a break, I started to research and switched to organic growing. At first, it felt overwhelming with all the steps and prep work, but I saw real potential. After experimenting with different methods, I came across Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and JADAM, introduced by Mr. Cho. His simple, ultra low-cost techniques inspired me. They focus on letting nature do the work. While growing, I noticed that synthetic nutrient bottles were expensive, especially when trying to complete a full nutrient set. Organic growing may require more attention and can be costly when investing in organic materials. Preparing the soil in advance and top dressing with dry nutrients every other week - just these two methods were consuming space, time, and money. Indoor farming is unnatural, while organic farming is a natural approach. I had to bring these ideas together, but organic farming often seems geared toward large plots like farms. Incorporating organic techniques into my indoor garden requires a lot of effort and careful calculations. So this is one of my techniques for keeping my plants happy: supporting their daily needs helps them snap out of deficiencies quickly, allowing them to grow consistently. It took me a while to adapt this technique for indoor use. I hope this helps, guys! Supplies Needed - Potatoes: Provide nutrients and food for the microbes. - Sea Salt: Stimulates microbial activity and controls harmful organisms. - Dechlorinated Water: Allows the microbes to grow and multiply. - Compost, leaf mold, or worm castings: Contains natural microorganisms that are key for this process. How to Make (1 gallon) 1 cooked potato (about 2 golf ball-sized) 1 pinch of sea salt 2 tablespoons compost or worm castings 1 gallon dechlorinated water 1. Mix Ingredients: In a clean container, fill it with the dechlorinated water, dissolve the sea salt, and add the compost along with the mashed potato. 2. Ferment: Optionally cover the container and let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours. 3. Strain (Optional): After fermentation, you can strain the solution if you prefer a clearer liquid. Note: Watch the timelapse video to see how the microbes activate! **WARNING** Wear gloves if possible and/or avoid contact with open wounds How to Use IMPORTANT: Always dilute the solution before applying it to plants. - Use when bubbles form a "pizza shape" on the surface. - Dilute 5-10 ml per liter of water for bi-weekly feeding. (Test a small batch first to find the best rate for your setup.) - Once the bubbles disappear, the microbes are likely inactive. You can either mix the rest with water as fertilizer or discard it. Pros Promotes Plant Growth - Usually fixes deficiencies in as little as 6 to 72 hours. - Improves nutrient absorption, and helps plants thrive. Boosts Plant Immunity - Works as IPM: Can be used as foliar sprays (no staining on leaves). - Lowers the risk of powdery mildew and other diseases. - Helps the soil ecosystem with beneficial organisms like predatory mites and springtails. - Naturally reduces pest pressure (Less risk of fungus gnats and other pests). Improves Soil Health & Supports Composting - Quickly breaks down organic matter and nutrients. - Makes growing organically in small containers, like 1-gallon pots, easy. - Over time, soil becomes softer and richer, even in small pots. Cost-Effective, Sustainable & Eco-Friendly - No need for complex equipment like pH pens, air pumps, or other tools. - Reduces the need for CalMag, N-P-K, or micronutrient supplements (just add a little bit of sea salt to every watering). - No sugar sources needed in the soil. - Works for all types of plants—houseplants, exotics, ornamentals, and crops. Cons - Limited shelf life; the solution will develop an unpleasant odor after a certain period. 1 Corinthians 10:26

Day 22 to 28 from seed # Day 24: - After flushing then going away for 3 days, FR1 is looking much better....I think. - Did some LST, bud sites are reaching out. Will continue throughout the week. - 3/4 of them are showing preflower pistils. Expect FR2 to show some soon too. - Still on last weeks schedule # Day 26: - The Nutrient Chart listed for this week starts on this day. I fed @ 310ppm using water phd @ 6.1 on all excluding FR1 (big girl) - Flushed FR1 again - I flushed the 5G pot with 10G of water @ 5.8ph . I should have flushed more water through it before I left, but alas... # Lights: 24,000 - 26,000 Lux

Ciao ragazzi e bentoranti per i nuovi aggiornamenti!!!😉 Purtroppo ragazzi questa settimana non è stata delle migliori per i parametri. In Italia il caldo inizia a farsi sentire e nel box si sono raggiunte temperature di 30°C e l umidità è salita al 70% anche bagnando al minimo loro.😱 Le MimOrange crescono bene, forse il troppo caldo ha reso i rami più esili un po molli, ma tutto sommato crescono molto bene.👍 La numero 2 adesso misura 30cm. La numero 1 se non l avessi piegata sarebbe stata almeno 40 cm. Ottimo! La numero 3 è più bassa e folta, penso che dovrò aprirla e pulirla un po.👌 Avendo cambiato zona di crescita non avevo calcolato il cambio di ph dell acqua del rubinetto e il fatto che non usi prodotti con un regolatore di ph incorporato mi ha tratto in inganno.🤦‍♂️ Ho misurato il Ph dell acqua dopo averla fertilizzata ed era di 7.7 così ho introdotto 0.25 ml di Ph Down e l ho portato a 6.27. Ora dovrebbe assorbire i Super nutrienti che gli stando alla grandissima!!!💪 Eh niente ragazzi! Speriamo che le temperature si abbassino di un paio di gradi, anche per noi perché si muore, e sembra solo l inizio. Haven’t posted in a while it’s been 68 days since I’ve planted. Nearly at 10 weeks. Growing slower than I thought I would. The white hairs are growing just waiting for the buds to fatten up now!

Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. This is my first grow and I’m excited to start. I will be growing in a space tote (2 50gallons stacked on each other with 2 150w lights and will be adding a 3rd soon ).Took the glookies seed 3 days to germinate via the paper towel method. Once it sprouted I immediately planted into its final home a 4 gallon pot. While the glookies were germinating I learned of a seed bank near my area which recently opened and they sold already rooted clones. So I purchased a doc og clone and planted it at the same time I planted the germinated glookies seed. I planted both and then watered until water started draining from the bottom. I used pride land’s premium potting soil as i was told that it stores enough nutes for 3 weeks.

fat banana is starting to frost and thicken branches are nice and thick and stacked quite well to say I was unable to spread as much as the purple queen she's drinking a good 3l before any runoff and is one of the thirstiest strains iv grown so far iv been removing odd leaves here and there to try keep a decent penetration shes going to have a mini flush and a few days water and start back on nutes thanks for reading happy growing guys

hello everyone! plants are 100% feeling great. flowering is progressing at a very fast pace. trichome production also works at full capacity. And she began to eat a lot. just a glutton! she brews 16 liters of fertilizer every 3 days. there is another feature. the left Gorilla has purple inflorescences. You can see it in several photos. and the right Gorilla is normal without purple hues. and the question is: why is that? genetics?

The strain is a easily maintained but yet very durable plant to grow from nutrient deficiency, climate to even pests. A recommended strain if you are looking for a nice smooth smoke that's a hard hitter and a lasting effect

Meanwhile, the Frozen Black Cherries are absolutely thriving in hydro! 🌱 Their growth has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be more impressed with their progress.
