Cosecha: Día 63 - Cosecha Óptima Dinámica Nutricional y Translocación de Metabolitos El éxito de este ciclo radica en la ejecución estricta del escalonamiento gradual del Nitrógeno (N). Siguiendo los hallazgos de Saloner & Bernstein (2021), redujimos el suministro de N conforme avanzó la floración para evitar el antagonismo con la síntesis de metabolitos secundarios. Punto Dulce de N: Al mantener el flujo de N por debajo de los 160 mg/L y finalizar cerca de los 0-50 ppm en la fase de maduración, logramos "apagar" la inversión energética en biomasa foliar. Translocación de Azúcares: Esta deficiencia de N programada indujo una translocación masiva de carbohidratos desde las hojas abanico hacia las inflorescencias. La planta, al detectar la baja disponibilidad de nitratos, priorizó la ruta del ácido mevalónico y la ruta MEP/DOXP, maximizando la biosíntesis de cannabinoides y terpenos en lugar de aminoácidos estructurales tal como lo documentado en el articulo de Saloner y Bernstein. Análisis del Estado de los Tricomas Glandulares La decisión de cosechar en el día 63 se basó en un análisis micro-morfológico de los tricomas: Madurez Cromática: Se observó un 90% de tricomas lechosos (opacos) y un 10% de tricomas ámbar. Este ratio es el punto de máxima concentración de THC gracias a la aplicación de 250 ppm de Ácido Ascórbico como antioxidante en la última semana, justo antes de que la degradación enzimática hacia CBN. Integridad Estructural: Gracias al aporte de Silicio biodisponible (manteniendo el buffer de 40-49 ppm de Silicio), las cabezas de los tricomas glandulares mostraron una resiliencia mecánica superior, evitando la ruptura prematura y la oxidación de los aceites esenciales. Salud Metabólica y Protección Antioxidante La implementación del protocolo de Ácido Ascórbico (250 ppm) y Ácido Salicílico (70 ppm) en la recta final fue determinante: Neutralización de ROS: El ascorbato actuó como un potente antioxidante sistémico, neutralizando las Especies Reactivas de Oxígeno (ROS) generadas por la alta radiación y el calor del Exterior preservando la transparencia y pureza de la resina. Priming de Defensa: El ácido salicílico mantuvo activa la ruta SAR, asegurando que el sistema inmunológico de la planta permaneciera alerta contra patógenos oportunistas durante el periodo de estrés hídrico controlado (dry-backs) previo al corte. La arquitectura floral muestra una densidad de cálices excepcional, característica del linaje Cookies, con una cobertura de resina que confirma una gestión impecable del estrés abiótico y la nutrición mineral basada en evidencia científica.

🇩🇪 Woche 4 Vegetation 🌱 | Cherry Limeade 🍒🍋 Diese Woche hat mich die Cherry Limeade endlich etwas aufatmen lassen. 🙌 Sie ist innerhalb einer Woche von 8 cm auf 21 cm gewachsen – ein deutliches Zeichen dafür, dass das Wurzelsystem langsam beginnt, sich im Living Soil zu etablieren. 💚 Trotzdem bin ich überzeugt, dass der schwierige Start auf die direkte Keimung im sehr nährstoffreichen Living Soil zurückzuführen ist. Rückblickend war das für einen empfindlichen Sämling vermutlich einfach etwas zu viel. Ich vermute, dass die Wurzeln zunächst mit dem aktiven Boden zu kämpfen hatten und deshalb das oberirdische Wachstum lange hinterherhinkte. Für den nächsten Durchgang werde ich deshalb definitiv wieder Bottomless Pots mit BioBizz Light Mix verwenden, damit die Pflanzen zunächst in einem milderen Substrat anwachsen können und erst später in das Living Soil einwurzeln. 🌱 Leider war ich diese Woche auch drei Tage beruflich unterwegs. Während dieser Zeit hat sich meine Blumat-Bewässerung bei etwa 50 mbar eingependelt. Zusammen mit der zuvor sehr hohen Bodenfeuchtigkeit war der Wurzelbereich vermutlich dauerhaft etwas zu nass. Das könnte erklären, warum der jüngste Wuchs zwischenzeitlich leichte Aufhellungen und Verformungen gezeigt hat. Mittlerweile habe ich das Klima angepasst und den VPD auf etwa 1 kPa angehoben. Jetzt heißt es beobachten, wie sich der neue Wuchs entwickelt. 🌿 Ein weiteres Thema sind die Trauermücken. Die Population hat in den letzten Tagen etwas zugenommen, weshalb ich heute zum ersten Mal BTI über das Gießwasser anwenden werde. Ich hoffe, damit die Larven im Boden in den Griff zu bekommen, ohne das Bodenleben negativ zu beeinflussen. Mein Cover Crop entwickelt sich ebenfalls fast zu gut. 😅 Es nimmt inzwischen viel Platz ein und beeinflusst auch den Wasserverbrauch des Beets. Deshalb werde ich es in den kommenden Tagen Schritt für Schritt kräftig zurückschneiden und bis zur Blüte größtenteils entfernen. So sollte die Cherry Limeade wieder deutlich mehr Licht und Platz bekommen und das Blumat-System hoffentlich etwas konstanter arbeiten. 🌾✂️ Jetzt stehe ich noch vor der nächsten Entscheidung: Topping oder nur LST? 🤔 Eigentlich wollte ich morgen mit dem Topping beginnen, bin mir nach dem etwas holprigen Start aber noch nicht ganz sicher, ob ich der Pflanze lieber noch etwas Zeit geben sollte und zunächst nur LST anwende. Was würdet ihr an meiner Stelle machen? Trotz der kleinen Rückschläge bin ich mit der Entwicklung inzwischen wieder deutlich optimistischer. Looking back, it was probably a bit too much for such a young seedling. I believe the roots needed a long time to adapt to the highly active soil before the plant could really focus on above-ground growth. For my next run I’ll definitely use Almicanna Bottomless Pots filled with BioBizz Light Mix, allowing the seedlings to establish themselves in a gentler medium before growing down into the Living Soil bed. 🌱 Unfortunately, I was away on a business trip for three days this week. During that time, my Blumat irrigation system settled at around 50 mbar, leaving the root zone wetter than intended. This may explain the slight chlorosis and deformation that appeared on the newest growth. I’ve now adjusted the environment and increased the VPD to around 1 kPa. From here on, I’ll mainly watch how the new growth develops. 🌿 Another challenge has been fungus gnats. Their numbers have increased slightly, so today I’ll be applying BTI for the first time through the irrigation system. Hopefully this will control the larvae without disrupting the biology of the Living Soil. My cover crop has also become a little too successful. 😅 It now occupies a lot of space and noticeably affects the bed’s water consumption. Over the next few days I’ll gradually cut it back heavily and remove most of it before flowering, giving Cherry Limeade more space, light and helping the Blumat system become more stable. 🌾✂️ Now I’m facing my next decision: Topping or just LST? 🤔 I originally planned to top her tomorrow, but after the slow start I’m wondering if it would be better to give her a little more time and only use low stress training for now. Heyo, This is my Diary for the 2022 Dutch Passion Master Grower contest! The first weed plant I ever grew was Auto Ultimate by Dutch Passion, So I am very excited to grow another Autoflower from this seedbank! so far everything is smooth sailing, my germination took less than 2 days, and only 2 days later untill I had roots poking out, excited to see where she goes!

This week i topped it and started pulling some branches down. Cut the initial leaves off and fed it some nutrients. Seems like not as fast as the growth the gorilla gas.

​🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 Autoflower – Semaine 5 ​On continue sur notre lancée. Cette semaine, la Mac 1 a littéralement explosé, montrant que le stretch est maintenant en plein régime. Je la laisse s'exprimer pleinement. ​Un Grand Merci ​Un grand merci à @Mia_BIOTABS et @Mrs_Larimar pour leurs conseils qui portent leurs fruits, ainsi qu'à tous ceux qui suivent cette aventure de près. Votre soutien fait plaisir ! ​Paramètres de Culture & État de la Plante ​Taille : Elle a pris un sacré volume et culmine désormais à 68 cm (+28cm) ​Lumière : la plante prend tellement de vigueur qu'elle se rapproche de la lampe , elle est maintenant à 55 cm de la canopée. ​Climat : Toujours avec 24°C le jour / 21°C la nuit 50% d'humidité. ​Arrosage : Le système Autopot fait tout le travail. La plante reçoit uniquement de l'eau claire avec un pH stable à 6,3. ​Maintenance & Observations ​C'est la semaine du "laisser-faire". Je n'ai touché à rien depuis 7 jours : ​Zéro stress : Pas de défoliation, pas de nouveau palissage. Je la laisse se stabiliser après les manipulations de la semaine dernière. ​Nutrition : Elle vit sur ses réserves et sur ce que les Biotabs libèrent dans le sol. Aucun signe de carence, la couleur est uniforme et éclatante. ​Analyse de la structure ​Le stretch est impressionnant. La plante s'est bien élancée tout en gardant une structure robuste. Comme on peut le voir sur les photos, la canopée commence à se couvrir de pistils blancs de plus en plus denses, marquant l'entrée franche en floraison. ​Les branches secondaires que j'avais écartées avec la ficelle ont bien profité de la lumière et rattrapent joliment la tige principale, créant une belle surface d'exposition. On commence à deviner la future formation des pompons. L 'espacement entre les nœuds est idéal : assez d'espace pour que l'air circule, mais assez serré pour promettre des têtes bien compactes. Elle a une allure de "sapin" parfaitement contrôlée. ​Merci à tous de suivre ce journal ! La plante est en pleine forme, sereine, et commence à préparer ses fleurs sérieusement. Harvested for that last time, taking away 130 grams dry weight adding up to a total of 200 grams dry weight, with a little more incoming, as said before, give this strain a good warm end of summer and autumal and this plant will yield kilos! I hope my breeding pays off and i bred in autoflower genetics, we will find out sooon.

Not much work was needed this week — the Strawberry Gorilla continues to develop beautifully on her own. The buds are stacking very nicely along the branches and are steadily gaining both size and density. Trichome production is also progressing well, giving the flowers an increasingly frosty appearance. I’m starting to see some slight signs of heat-induced foxtailing on a few tops, but nothing dramatic or concerning at this point. Overall, the plant still looks very healthy and productive. For now, there’s not much left to do besides keeping an eye on her and letting those buds continue to bulk up.

She was ready, I was ready. Beautiful lady was super easy to trim, and for my first time, I hung the plant whole for drying. Powerful scent lets you know she is ready for the clippers. The mutant sister plant is 3-4 weeks away and still growing, so if I can update that later, I will.

FBT 2401 is sprouted and doing well. This was the second seed. I forgot to water the first seed, and it was too late by the time I got to it. This was my mistake. This seedling is doing good though. She has Athena blended line nutrition in the solution waiting for her. Noting else to report at the moment. Hello Diary, The Milky Way F1 is ready to harvest soon, although the Titan F1 ripened first and is already ready, the Milky Way F1 and Apollo F1 will have to wait another week in my estimation. The Milky Way F1, as seen in the photos, is truly a sight for the eyes. The flowers started to get more and more brown pistils, but looking under the microscope, the trichomes are not all milky yet. So I'll leave her for another day. Otherwise, the flowers are full of trichomes, from which a strong fragrance spreads. Here and there a yellowish leaf appears, which I immediately remove. Watering is a little more frequent due to the high temperatures, but I stopped adding any nutrients. Here's a quick recap of the week. 26/06/2023 - Day 58. Watering. This week I start using atami bloombastic recommended by local professionals grower who always grow best quality 👌 So he advice me to use bloombastic last 4week off flower start with .5 ml per litre then increase to ml and he said last week before chop only feed her with bloombastic and water nothing else then flush for 3 or 4 days I will do that and let you guys know the final result Day 61 and orange sherbat seems start accelerate on fatten up hope she produce big nugs coz one orange sherbat is stooned and bud stay very very small (I don't take pic off her either)but can see it in grow questions
