Week 3. This is where the fun begins. The smell is amazing. The stretch is crazy and the stems are stiff like bamboo. There's no loss in terps. They're actually getting a lot stronger!!

Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. Nothing interesting with the plants. They are still thin and sluggish. I felt, that the stretch was to strong and they should get more light. They are under 16/8 400W MH right now. Usually I do 18/6 with this setup, but I dont want to give them to much light hours now. In the beginning of May, the days are 15-15,5 hours long and I dont want the Passion #1 to flower, because they get less light, than before. We began to surround the plant holes with terra cotta tiles, we found in a corner of the garden. There are plenty of them, I hope enough for all the holes. We put a Microdrip system in place for easy watering. We are still cleaning around the planting area. I cut a couple of tree branches today, that were stealing light in the earlier hours of the day. I set up a camera and will be doing a 48h time lapse of the planting area, starting tonight at 00.00. I want to see, if I have to cut more branches or bushes further back. If it works, I'll post the time lapse. Edit: I added the timelapse test.

End of another week and dang are these girls going! The alfalfa Ferment is definitely doing work down in that rhizosphere. It's pretty amazing how well this Ferment does for veging cannabis. I seriously cut my veg time down by almost half when I use it! That's the main objective right there, to be able to continuously flip into flower right after harvesting, and we're basically their now that we have everything dialed in. These girls will be getting synthetics next week. We're going to start them on a light feed of Athena blended then go from there. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week.

End of week 2, veg. This little lady is finally catching up to the others in the tent. She has a typical sativa look to her for being so young, which is cool. After doing this for so long you kinda get a feel for seedlings. We watered with alfalfa Ferment as usual and these girls are in love lol. Alright, it's the end of week 2 veg and we're starting to take off! Have you ever seen a plant with the mutation mine has? She doesn't have a main stalk lol but instead has two! Plus her fan leaves are looking a bit screwy lol. I'm a fan of mutated cannabis though and love to see how they do so she's definitely staying around. I'm not a big auto grower myself so I don't have that high of expectations but I'm sure these ladies will look great once they get another week or two under their belts. We're continuing the alfalfa Ferment from Growing Organic (discount code CollinT), these girls have craft blend mixed into their medium so we won't be top dressing until late veg early flower. Today i decided to heavily defoliate the plants. I also found a old feeding schedule from Green House with PH values, and it recommends that i should give an PH of 5.7 on coco. I thought PH 6 was good, but i was wrong, maybe this in combination with the plants being too wet, is the reason for the weird growing leaves, and the problems they show. I cleaned the reservoir and made sure there is no old water in the lines. I made a full strength 10L feed, and added it to the reservoir. I turned the reservoir on for around 3 mins, just to the point that the AutoPot trays are full of water and the valves are shutting them off, then i turn the reservoir off. I will do this every other day, so 1 time in 2 days. 7-4 Temperature: 25.7 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 50% (lowest) 8-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 55% (lowest) Today i turned on the reservoir for 3 minutes again, just till the trays are full of water. 9-4 Temperature: 25.9 degrees (lights on) 21.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 51% (lowest) No pictures.

I trained her pretty much in the last week with LST. I also constantly trim her leafs and cut off fan-leafes to improve the airflow and to let the lower branches get more light. Update 18.04.2024: Yesterday I cut off a few fan-leafes. I want to improve the airflow and I hope that the plant got more energy for growing branches because of that (I thought it would might work like lollipopping). I also turned the pot because one twig is significantly smaller than the others and I want even branches.
