Fractal week 18 & 19. 7/28 - 8/4-10
I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. Iāve been packing my daughterās room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, Iāve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to.
My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments.
Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks.
For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside.
Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opiumās got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage š to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape.
I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed.

The video says enough. Week 3 of flowering. I put them in a dark place for 12 hours so the flowering begon earlier. I live in the Netherlands so the autumn is not nice for weed plants.

Some wrong i do .... But She Is strong and grow well ... The EC for grow.go ti 3000 but only 2 day ... After go to 900 .. and now After 5 day 700 ... She grow very well .. i want Stretch so much i have put the lamp on 80%.... ???
.... Need to grow in tall .... I dont have ir light ...

This is the home stretch!! Buds had their final little burst in size and all the trichomes are nice and cloudy, so for me, itās time to harvest. Iām doing one more flush with ice water and putting her in total darkness for 48 hours. Gonna chop her in a few days once the soil has dried out and just take off some big fans leaves and hang her up to dry for a few days!

I love this time of the week, when I sit down and think about what to write here. It reminds me of how simple this organic living soil method is. Thereās really not much to say!! The girls are doing great, the leaves have a slightly yellow hue, but the plants will get their final top dress today (day 103, F43) and should be done 2-3 weeks from now. So excited!!!
My little population of hypoaspis mites seems to get out of hand. Iāll admit, it scares me and I can get quite hostile with them. Iāve made my peace with them for now though! Iām sorry little guys š
The smells are so intense. Reminds me of those pineapple cheese sticks at parties. Absolute stank city, I canāt wait to smell them post-cure š
See you next week growmies! These buds are already fat, God knows what theyāll be like when I chop šššš

The plants are progressing well, the day before yesterday was the end of their 15th week
Both plants went into preflower and 2 days ago they got a dose of bloom and half a dose of boost, and this morning they got bloom again.
The one from the second video is complaining about something, probably about the heat, this is how she reacted to hot days when she was little.

Day 52, stacking beautifully. Got her last kelp potassium boost today. Iām thinking another feed of a Green rush beefy bud on day 56 before starting to flush/ripen. It should be finishing off that 70/30 Gaia feed I gave a month ago. Very eager to smoke some of this medicine. LEMONS! Slowed down to drinking 3L of water every two days again.
I ended up cutting all nutrients out for a ripening. I never went back with a Green rush feed. Im positive there is very little gaia breaking down in the soil if any ! Cloudy trichomes happened this week too ! very eager. Ill be adding a final week photos plus hanging and wet weight photos in a week or two and then in a month you can come back and see what final product and weight looks like with a smoke review!! thanks for making it this far ! i appreciate you guys checking on my progress !

Sooo, i decided that the leaves that were getting no light and that the plant was naturally killing had to be removed as well as some initial ramifications that hadnt grown so much and were not forming any buds. I ended using powerzyme the other day and I will be using fast food minerals (BAC) mixed with some foliar alg-a-mic and see how they feel about it.
The smaller ones seem to be streching so much more in this vegetation stage that i am afraid i will have 5 monsters in a couple of weeks.
I know that there is a lot of discussion about pruning autos or not, i personally decided to go with a SOG though initially i was thinking more of a SCROG, but things got a little out of hand and i think it was the perfect moment, 3 weeks more to flower and recover from the stress.
I will update in a couple of days.
April 24
2 days after the defoliation the plants seem to be doing all right, buds are progressively getting bigger (or at least thatĀ“s my impression) and they are still getting taller, I honestly wasnĀ“t expecting this size from an autoflowering strain, IĀ“m very pleased with this LSDs. To get them through all this stress and since I had been only adding enzimes to the water for about 10 days, I started again with BACs Fast Food minerals yesterday (2,5ml/L though BAC says 4) and they loved it. Some of them were starting to have their leaves a little bit sad and they are now just reaching as much as they can to the light as you can appreciate in the video.
End of the week
Buds just seem to be getting bigger and i think they are no longer growing taller, they seem happy. Watering them every 2 days with 1 liter of water - food - water... and they seem to be fine with nutrients for the moment.

Due to the tiny growth of this plant I haven't been keeping up to date with its diary. Photos have been taken throughout the process and I do plan on updating it eventually. I'm hoping that the quality of smoke turns my opinion around on this strain as I have had to turn to humor to deal with the absence of growth... But shes a perfect mini Christmas tree and boy does she smell good!!

So, first week of flower and she is growing strong.
Started day 30 with some LST and some light defoilation.
Day 31 i applied a net, first time using one so not the best, but seems to work great at spreading branches out.
Only watering when needed and water uptake has took off this week, so keeping a close eye so she doesn't dry out to quick and also im conscious as to not over water.

Wish I had left her at least another couple days however all of a sudden their became a sudden need to harvest asap unfortunately, never the less she was well into her finishing stage and and has been an amazing journey with her from start to end!

week four flower everything looks fine so far :D
I water them with 1.5l every 48h
the light I use was set to 100% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops

Sheās getting a little bigger day by day! Popped when it was pretty cold outside, but itās has been very hot and humid this past weekā- and she loves it!
