Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Hallo Liebe Community! Leider gab es einen Nacktschneckenbefall den ich feststellte als ich am Samstag von meinen unvermeidbaren Terminen wieder kam. Zum Glück wurde Sie bisher verschont. Seitdem bin ich jeden Tag auf der Hut und habe den Untergrund der Untersetzer ein wenig Schneckenuntauglich gemacht. Ehrlich gesagt wollte ich los und was gegen Schnecken besorgen aber bisher scheint es gut zu funktionieren. Aber nu so ist es halt mit der Natur :-) Zum Wachstum Stamm und Blattwuchs machen sich gerade echt super, Seitentriebe entwickeln sich ebenfalls. Sie hat einen ordentlichen Sprung in die Höhe gemacht. Dünger Da Sie etwas empfindlicher ist auf der Düngeebene, hab ich sie vorsichtiger gedüngt. Sie befindet sich auch gerade in der Vorblüte. Ab dieser Woche geht es dann langsam mit Kalium und Phosphor los. Ich freue mich auf die Kommende Woche! Das Wetter ist aktuell eher grau und es regnet wirklich nicht wenig. Die Zugabe von Additiven im Outdoor Bereich sind durch das Wetter aktuell nur schwer umsetzbar. Ich hoffe sehr, dass jetzt bald mal wieder mehr Sonne kommt! Me hubiera gustado tener un cultivo mas regular, pero al menos una de ellas me dio una muy generosa cosecha. Espero si o si poder plantarla en otra oportunidad.

Yesterday she was cut, run off ppms had been at zero for at least 4 days. For what this plant went through in terms of heat and humidity, I believe the outcome of roughly a kg wet is not too bad. Bud have a certain density to them but far away from what I prefer. However the presents of an abundance of Reepes is undeniable. ATM she smells very sweet with a hint of Creme and a bit of pine. She must be quite mold resistant, as the other plant in the tent with her was quite mold riddled and the Afghan didn’t catch anything in that tiny growspace.

Week 4 wrapped and the tent vibes are good. Maybe not my best genetics, but with what I've learned this past year I'm steering the ship better-best results at this stage so far (still a ways to go before harvest). The left/big lady flashed a bit of N hunger, so I tailored her feed-bumped Grow and overall strength just for her. The rest are cruising; one or two have slightly smaller buds, so I'm nudging their feed to help them catch up. Resin's stacking and the first terps are peeking through. Light: center cola was ~60k lux, so I raised the fixture and dimmed to ~75%-now ~55k in the middle and 45-50k on the edges. Opened a few airflow lanes and set the clip fan to bounce off the wall (not scalp the tops) to keep microclimates from throwing tantrums. Question: with no stress showing, would you keep the center at 60k lux and chase max intensity, or back it off a bit for uniformity like I did? Week 10, 8-14 July 2024 8-14 July - Observed and let the plant grow. 9 July - Did a light defoliation of older leaves. Pablo continues to stack and swell in bud growth. I’m impressed with just how big her buds are getting. Devine Seeds has some really good genetics here, and she still has about 5 more weeks to go. This week has been fun. The sea has exploded with green lots of growth tips pushing up past the big fan leaves. This is our last week of veg so towards the end of the week I'll defoliate a little bit and then give them some time to recover before we switch to 12/12. Not feeding any extra nutrients just rain water into the living soil and I think I got some mycelium growing, which is awesome. Given how impressive the vegetative growth of this train has been I am super excited to see what flowering is going to be like.

Mother Gorilla is a new and improved version of Royal Madre. The strain is a cross between Reina Madre (Queen Mother) and Gorilla Glue (GG # 4). As with any cross, the offspring have pronounced Reina Madre as Gorilla types and everything in between. Reine Madre has a complex terpene profile with sweet, sour and spicy aromas. However, the buds are rarely pronounced sweet or sour. The vast majority of the plants are rather spicy. However, it is difficult to give a specific description of this spicy aroma. When smoking, you can recognize it by its specific taste. The Gorilla specifications are also there: high in THC and the fantastic aromas of pine, chocolate and diesel. Mother Gorilla has a stimulating sativa-dominant effect. Energy and excitement without being overwhelming. A stimulating and creative effect. Euphoric at higher doses. The strain is great for small gatherings and parties and puts you in a social mood. It is also ideal to enjoy at home, if you are looking for some inspiration and introspection. The taste is rather spicy. With some plants, this gives a pronounced taste that may not please everyone. Sweet and sour is always well balanced, but never pronounced. The effect is mild and rather social. Larger doses really create a strong euphoric mood. The plant is fairly easy to grow. Her branches are fairly sturdy for a sativa, but also flexible enough for just about all pruning and bending techniques. Flowering time is at least 9 weeks. I am very satisfied with the autopots. You can leave for a few days without worrying. I wouldn't use them if you live on a floor. Occasionally they leak sometimes .... The pots are wet and heavy, but strangely enough you don't have problems with budrot. Here is a list of all 16 plants: # 1 89cm 13.9gr Small Plant, Small yielder. Incredibly soft aroma, with a very subtle Reine Madre taste. Delicious! # 2 144cm 53.0gr Beautiful large plant with a high yield. Beautiful buds. Sativa. Hazey. Excellent! # 3 144cm 33.0gr Pronounced foxtail sativa buds. Lower yield. Softer aroma than # 2. # 4 129cm 28.7gr Perfect mix between sweet and sour aromas. What a beauty! # 5 117cm 37.6gr Surprising yield for this smaller plant. Balanced sour / sweet. Great! # 6 92cm 21.2gr Beautiful plant. Seems a bit like the small version of plant # 13. But here too the aroma is less pleasant. # 7 123cm 29.0gr Hazey taste due to the many sativa influences. But also surprisingly sweet. Sugared with trichomes. Superb! # 8 124cm 38.0gr Good hard bud yield. With a pronounced strong spicy Reina Madre aroma. Don't stick your nose in the jar for too long. Splendid ! # 9 102cm 24,7gr Most beautiful Sativa-style buds, swollen, hard and ripe. Magnificent! A lust for the eye. And that taste ... incredible! # 10 65cm 16.3gr Small plant, low yield. Small tops with beautiful brown pistils. Subtle slightly spicy sweet Reine Madre fragrance. # 11 71cm 15.6gr Too bad about the low yield, but what a wonderfully soft and sweet aroma! The tops smell like super soft shortcrust with a very light touch of vanilla. Fantastic! # 12 111cm 24.0gr Less pleasant odor. Catpiss ... # 13 113cm 54.0gr Very different plant. Looks a bit like Critical 47 from Positronics that I once grew. Plant # 6 is also such a phenotype. Probably stray seeds…. Large yield of skunky buds with many orange-brown pistils. However, the fragrance is not skunky, but unpleasantly sour. # 14 92cm 21.4gr Top quality. Firm hard ripe swollen buds. Beautiful brown pistils. Many trichomes. Fantastic aroma. Splendid ! # 15 126cm 67.1gr Extreme heavy yielder. Rocket-shaped mega top. The weed is less beautiful and has less trichomes, but does have the typical Reine Madre smell and taste. Topper! # 16 88cm 16.4gr Small plant with small buds and relatively much leaves. Low yield. A lot of trichomes.

Turned 12/12 on NY evening and hope for the best. They are looking beautiful, have enough space for some fat buds hopefully😊. That dark green colour is amazing and a plant ( Imperium X) is perfect for all kinds of training. Good luck with your growing🙏🏻🍀

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Whats up everyone? Here is my report at the end of week 3 of flower! I am now down to 12 plants in the tent because PE #1 showed signs of intersex. This is not a terrible loss as I have two other pineapple express plants in the tent. Bud crowns are forming well on five plants so far [GDP, Bag Seed, Pineapple Express #3(?), Platinum OG, and Permanent Marker] The nutrient solution has changed from regular jacks 321 formula to a 2-1.5-1.2-2 solution with the introduction of MKP. This change should have been made sooner but it should be too much of an issue overall. The grow is starting to feel real with the multitude of bud sites forming! I know that these next 6-8 weeks or so will be make or break for these ladies. We will see if any of them want to finish early but I am planning on giving them extra time to mature and truly ripen...much too early to think about that. I cant wait to see how they develop from here! Feedback and tips always welcome See you all next week!
