Switched to a lighter feed this week, leading into flush. Did the lighter feed for 5 days, and have been flushing for 2 days now. Will play by ear this week, but I see 1 more week of straight PH'd water and then it may be time to cut them down. Very pleased with their progress. All the plants have stacked flowers, which have swollen nicely and are coasted in resin. The fade is kicking in and the flowers are starting to get some beautiful colour to them. Should be interesting to see what they look like in a week.

My good friend convinced me that trimming and training are paramount, so I've started with slowly defoliating the Creme de la Chems to try and get to lollipop status. They're just starting to flower, so I figured I could get away with a more aggressive approach. Because I failed to train these girls early, I'm stuck dealing with a little rain forest. What I've tried to do is trace each flower topped stalk up from the base, and trim away from the bottom up. 1/3 of the way up per day. I've now got a thick canopy, and I've been trying to just use leaf tucking and manual manipulation every few hours in order to keep the different height flowering sites in direct light. These ladies have really been thriving, and it's been such a joy to watch them grow! I like having two plants in one net pot letting them grow wild, but I think in my next grow I'll keep it to one per pot and train better from the start. As for the Super Orange Haze ... not as good. I attempted to pull the main branch over to train her to some empty space, but I was too aggressive and ended up popping her head off :(. First grow, first disaster. I took the head and stripped her/coated in clonex and pushed her into some potting soil just to see what would happen. There hasn't been enough foliage to really make me want to do any trimming, I've just tried to tie the stalks off to train them apart. I'm really sad about my mistake decapitation, but she seems to be doing well still. She's probably week 2 of flower based on others' journals. I changed the water midway through the week (which is when the videos were taken). I drained most of the water out, but roots prevented me from getting the last few gallons. When I refilled the res with RO, I measured the PPM at around 200. I have to assume that remaining nutrient was completely unbalanced leftovers, so feeding will have to just have to be experimental. My approach has been to give around 1:1 Gro vs Bloom and Micro every 2-3 days when I refill with RO. I want to build my PPM up to 1000, but slowly so that I can detect if I hit a ceiling first. It's hard to measure how much food is in the water based on PPM. CalMag is what drives it mostly, so I've been using CalMag as a sort of measuring stick. I keep the CalMag pegged to the Bloom food, but I know it's only good for initial dosing. I can't assume the plants are eating CalMag in the same proportion as anything else :(. If anyone has a line on cheap lab testing ... hit me up. I'd love to be able to test a few hundred samples at a time for NPK and trace so that I can tell (even if post facto) what was going on.

One of my ladies is a little yellow I will admit the coast of maine soil was used once but with a very small root system. I suspect much of the nutrients may have been washed away. That bieng said our friend in the fox farm soil is looking AMAZING. I am going to do my best to continue feeding the more deficient auto & it doesn't seem to be blinking an eye to its issues. The smell is very strong with these already! Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!

Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase ☺️. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Otherwise there is nothing to report for this week and we'll see you again with the next update ☺️👍. I wish you and your families a Merry Christmas 😊. Stay healthy and let it grow 🍀 You can buy this Strain at https://www.amsterdamgenetics.com/product/kosher-tangie-kush/ Type: Kosher Tangie Kush ☝️🏼 Genetics: Kosher Kush X Tangie 👍 Vega lamp: 2 x Todogrow Led Quantum Board 100 W 💡 Bloom Lamp : 2 x Todogrow Led Cxb 3590 COB 3500 K 205W 💡💡☝️🏼 Soil : Canna Coco Professional + ☝️🏼 Fertilizer: Green House Powder Feeding ☝️🏼🌱 Water: Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EC. Going to mainline this plant, was topped today at the 3rd node. Interested to see how this pheno turns out as I've done a few runs with this strain recently, both from seed & clone. Two very different phenotypes, 1 grew very bushy with bigger buds & the 2nd was quite different with smaller buds. Both were pretty similar when it came to quality & potency but phenotype 1 yielded more each time around an ounce +. She is in week 3 day 16

Day 16: These ladies are now nearly.at the end of their stretch I think. They are all forming decent looking flowers now and have sent a few mains skyward to mark their territory Wedding cake is an impressive girl . She is full of mains to develop and also has a lot of secondaries below decks on each of her main 4-way branches. She has trained out fairly well and is holding her shape well. Flowers are looking as they should and plentiful too. Her stems are nice and strong for the upcoming beast she will become. Ghost O.g is still an odd looking girl but is fighting for some good mains to be in the running now. she hasnt stretched too much in general but her lowers have certainly entered the race. She is a very chunky classy too. GG#4 has begun to get over my drowning of her roots with too high water levels in the tank. She hasnt held back too much really as she is the tallest of her group. In typical Gorilla strain style she still has skinny limbs but a few good heads forming flowers too now. Overall , things are doing ok and my error has given them a hurdle to overcome . Have fun being with your loved ones Growmies , catch you all next week

I am dropping a Deep Forest Auto for a coco coir grow in a air pot. First time using a air pot. It should not be any different then using a fabric potter. I scuffed both seed ends lightly. I then dropped it in water. Within 24 to 48 hours of seeing the tap root start I will plant it in the coco. I will then dome it till sprout. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Blue cheese Auto from Royal queen seeds will turn out. Blue Cheese automatic cannabis seeds are a cross of Blueberry Automatic and Cheese Automatic that has been perfected over five years of breeding and careful selection. The result is a feminized, autoflowering strain with superior yield, flavor, and effects to either of its distinguished parent strains. THC: 16% CBD: Low Yield Indoor : 325 - 375 gr/m2 Yield Outdoor: 60 - 110 gr/plant Height Indoor: 40 - 70 cm Height Outdoor: 60 - 110 cm Flowering: 7 - 8 weeks Harvest month: 9-10 weeks after planting Genetic Background: Blueberry x Cheese x Ruderalis Type: Sa 35% In 40% Ru 25% Effect: Cerebral and uplifting Climate: Mild .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Update 2017-08-15. All 4 seeds have germinated and planted in small pots inside the humidity dome. I'm so glad it worked so well and now it's just hoping they'll start growing and become 4 big healthy girls :) ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. And i use 15% of perilite and mix it all together. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ Update 2017-08.20. Nr1 and 2 grow and thrive. Number 3 just got rid of the seedpod and is folding out the sheets. Number 4 is a bit shy and can only be seen if you look carefully into the soil. ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-21. Nr 1 and 2 is doing well. Nr3 is trying to catch up and Nr4 is still shy. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-23. Transplanted 2 girls from humidity dome and the small germinating pots to 15 liter autopots. The other 2 girls have to wait a little more before transplant to the autopots. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ 2017-08-27. The girls have settled in to there new home of the 15 liters autopot after a little transplant chock. Now the real week 1 starts for me and the girls. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-28. New pic and movies. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-28. Nr3 is transplanted in 15 liter autopot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-29. New movie of the girls. Its no water for 3 days now for Nr1 and 2 so the roots develop more and match the plant above the soil. The temp controlled fan is awesome, its easy to set what temp you like to have in the room. Right now its 28 celcius. And humidity is 56%. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-08-29. Hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I just want to say that I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-30. Cleaned the room this morning, just vacuuming and cleaning with chlorine solution. Im testing the fan to control temp and humidity, it works great. Added some pics with measurements and movie. Everything is looking great right now. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-31. New pics and videos. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-01. I hope they like it :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-02. New pics and the girls liked the water and nutrients yesterday. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-03. New videos of the girls this morning. Nr1 and 3 looks great and nr 2 is looking a little funny, maby a little stressed. Kl. 16.00. Did some defoliation on the girls. Added video. Kl.. 23.00. Day 55 since seedling (correct dates) After re working my dates out it seems I was out by a few days. Now re timed it seems everything is where it should be. The LOS girl is looking good but not a great yield from her I dont think. She is frosty as hell and looks dank too. Her smell is so strong now of varnish/diesel/fruit , an odd combination. The other 2 in coco are doing good but there is a huge visual difference between the two " Sister from another Mr" is growing well but definitely behind in terms of finshing with her sisters. I think another 2 weeks will see them finish perfectly and I have now hit them with the shogun Dragon force and sumo boost to boost their final weeks and oil production. I am loving the look of these buds. nothing as beautiful has been in my room before. top notch euphoria is expected with these colours popping out.

Big leap this week, they are starting to really take off. Added a bit of calmag and bioheaven to start to make things move in the soil and to complement the soft water I'm using (50/70ppm)
