The snow is really coming down out there. Big fat flakes are piling up on the ground, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I guess that means no outdoor plans for today. Might be the perfect day to get cozy inside with a warm drink and a good book The pound cake auto plant is growing like crazy! I'm so happy to see all the progress we've made. Yesterday, I finally got around to tying it down – it's amazing how much more stable it feels now. I can't wait to see what this plant looks like in a few more weeks.

Día 22. Las plantas van muy bien. Veo un buen tamaño de flores y buena cantidad por ahora. Espero que sigan en ese camino. Estimo que van a ser unas 9 semanas de floración en total. Así que entrando en la 4ta semana, estimo que voy a empezar a usar el overdrive desde la próxima semana. Seguramente voy a tener que hacer otra defoliación. Día 24. La floración viene muy bien. Las plantas van engordando parejo. Aproveché que algunas plantas están más bajas en altura y coincide en diagonal, así que puse la luz en diagonal para lograr una distancia pareja a la luz con todas las plantas. Voy a leer algunos diarios para ver cuando jan empezado a usar overdrive de advanced.

Day 8: All settled in and game for the grow now. Six shooter is a lanky looking lady with longer leaves than the other two girls. She has a sativa look to her already !. lol shebis on her 3rd set and possibly 4th at a pinch Strawberry pie is the smaller of the group in overall size so far with her leaves resembling the six shooter. onher 4th set of nodes Mexican Airlines is a broad leaved girl indeed. lots of area to power those growth spurts hopefully . All around 2 inches tall and now directly under the sp3000 with the room fan keeping them dancing. Lets hope they are thick stemmed ,multi noded ,monsters next week!!!. With their position in the room , they will be trained but not to keep their height down as they are next to a tall lady and need to keep the light up. Be safe Growmies.

Into the LED Dome (And i’m out of cubes… profanity) - some branches get tied down tonight; let the games begin 10th, - Nutrients fed for breakfast - how to say this: things are so steady with daily progression - raised lights again to maintain 2c difference between Room temp / Top-Leaf temp. My Phlizon 4500 is almost topped out in the room, and its running at 50% power. This last blast of growth and transition within the plants, tells me this set-up is going to last Just long enough !!! Just big enough - 2 more weeks come on! - a few more clones taken last-nite; cloudwalker / black tuna / lsd / alaskan purple etc etc PurpsBerry will be last clone taken - no foliar misting on Food mornings like today; every other day is still the target here in mid-Veg 11th, - while rummaging through the crop early today, I found what is certainly a Male Panama Red plant. Action taken and trying to secure that new home. Picture 11, 12, 13 - Panama Red #2 removed - Foliar Misted the Tent at lites-out - clones treated to a Foliar Misting. Feeding them through their already developed Stomata on the leaves; when they have no roots to uptake nutrients yet. “Thanks Andrew at LegacyMarketFarm for that detail” May 14 - the one plant i took real pride in FIMming successfully, has also raised the Kilt and declared his Gonads; dammit. So, he’s gone lol. 2 males out of 38 plants… (txerri bilbo haze, the very first of many seeds produced alongside killer bud to show Male) - 2 LSD clones appear to be doing well May 15th - Foliar Misted after Lites-out

She ready to harvest ...the focus is the other two now.. the same stain look very promising now she getting into flowering branches are turning a bit purple.....just have to watch the purple paralysis n see wat she becomes

Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.

Having just started a Sweet seeds + speed Auto, Red poison auto from sweet seeds was next on my list to be grown with Jack 47 in my arsenal after that. I'm already growing some sensible seeds strains so I didn't want to dip into them. I considered buying a seed for the 'one girl one cup challenge' aka Solo cup competition but knew I'd send myself crazy deciding which I should use. I had half decided I wanted to go Indica dominant as an entry for their shorter size anyway so...... after looking at images online of the Red Poison, I thought it would actually be a good choice. "....So a 16oz cup is a what now?" pint - no litre- no half pint - no 500ml - nope 473ml - yes, ah ha! 473ml = Nothing, the size doesn't exist in the UK. online I can get 10 delivers fow a few quid. I'm not paying that, I'll find something..... Closest ( It's near perfect to be honest) I found was an, ahem... recent... 30 and fab cup. I've videoed it's contents as proof I'm thinking as Indica she's gonna drink a lot (compared to sativas in my opinion) but I also have no drainage. Even though I think she may be a big drinker, I'm not worried about her drying out so much, she'll quickly bounce back from a drying out with a drink. I'm more worried of Over watering I still need to (at time of writing this) actually make a homemade tent first, buy some (probably 2) cheap bulb fixtures, I've still got some foil blanket left from other tents I've made and I've got some spare house hold LEDs I'll bang something together......

I really lost track i have been really busy at work working alot of overtime anyways im currently on week 7 of flowering.. All girls are looking real frosty

Just starting week 6 and These girls are starting to get some smell finally . This is the same strain as my other big plant but I learned that this strain doesn't like to be over fed so I have been feeding these 4 plants a light feeding but the two plants in the back are showing they are hungry so this feeding today I upped their food . Checked the soil ph and it was in at 6.4 . Defoliated a few of the big fan leaves that were blocking the buds down the stalks and its looking pretty fat. Also the trichome production is much farther ahead then my big plant at this stage . The small leaves are covered in them . Still have about 4 to 5 weeks to go .

Week 8 (17-3 to 23-3) 17-3 Temps: 17.4 to 21.9 degrees Humidity: 60% to 72% 18-3 Temps: 17.5 to 22.2 degrees Humidity: 54% to 65% 19-3 Temps: 17.9 to 22.4 degrees Humidity: 52% to 61% Watering: Both 500 ml. EC: 0.4 Watering: Both 1000 ml. EC: 1.4 Defoliated both plants and attached some shoots to the rack. She got really big fan leaves! I also supercropped some branches. 20-3 Temps: 18.2 to 22.8 degrees Humidity: 59% to 69% 21-3 Temps: 18.5 to 23.4 degrees Humidity: 57% to 67% Watering: Both 1000 ml. 22-3 Temps: 19.4 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 55% to 67% Watering: Both 1000 ml. Set the strength of the light to 50% 23-3 Temps: 19.8 to 24.8 degrees Humidity: 58% to 67% Watering: Both 1000 ml. As you can see, instead of removing the leaves, i tucked down all the leaves to open up the canopy. I will see if i like this method as its the first time i try this. I also attached some more shoots to the rack, its looking nicely spread out now :) The #2 makes my fingers very sticky and smells really strong! I love it!

As expected, the girl grows well, the flowers enlarge, the resin appears and the girl smells wonderful. I'm running it all the time, she still has plenty of time. 😉

This week has been great for this tester she went through her flowering stretch and it's now ready to fatten up!! Switched to bloom formula and she's loving it! From the top view it's hard to tell she was ever topped!! Below are the days of activity from this week: Day 46 1 gal distilled water 5g bloom ppm 513 Pulled 5 leaves Day 49 1 gal distilled water 5g bloom ppm 544 Pulled 12 leaves Day 51 1 gal distilled water 6g Bloom ppm 645 I'm very excited for this tester grow, it's extremely enjoyable watching these develop and mature. Week number four. Man who would have known that a plant such as this could have a smell so prodominant. When I open my tent my nose is overcome by aromas of over ripe blueberries, I feel like I'm sticking my nose right into a jar of fresh blueberry compote. Yummy! The tricom production thus far is very nice, along with bud development. I will slowly begin to adjust my cal mag along with the bloom B & A lower as the feedings go on.

Hey friends, end of week 4 from seed :) - I had to transplant plant #2 from a 2 gallon pot to a 5 gallon fabric pot because roots were coming out from the 2 gallon pot, I began noticing some change in the color on leaves so I immediately decided to make the change. - Plant #2 still hasn't revealed its gender to me, I can't figure it out because I see small pistils all around the leafs but there is just one area on the main stem with to very small round balls. I am hoping pistils come out from these balls as it did on other parts of the plant. - Thinking of purchasing a bigger tent, I feel this one will fall short once this plant matures. I might leave it another 1-2 weeks in vegetative stage. - Trimmed some leaves - Performed some LST on plant #2

I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.
