We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our DO SI DOS F1 Hybrid Auto were born really quickly. About 24 hours in water and the two seeds had hatched, another 24 hours in soil, and off they went, born on 01/12/2024 on our identity card we have this date. Special signs, very cute, one had a small placenta problem but the father solved it immediately. In a Indica Dominant probably running in AWC, let’see the results. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea, remove slowly and delicately please. WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots, choose the largest possible ones and not paper/cardboard ones, there is peat which is the main component of most of the soil we use. If you want to avoid transmitting vibrations to your neighbors I recommend you install one of these gym floors under your growboxes, I did it and I also feel safer not to disturb. What a journey it has been from seed! I made a lot of mistakes in the first few weeks of this growing journey. I feel like I had a mini-crash after finishing the first year of grad school, and although I am growing cannabis as part of my research project, I haven't been the greatest at paying attention to it. This is not an excuse. It has actually been a learning opportunity. I realized that my body needs proper schedules to function and grow, just like a plant. The problems with the plant have really been my own problems. Let's just say that a plant may be the reflection of the grower. First, the light cycles were wrong and inconsistent. I thought that I could manually control the light schedule for the plants and be alright. However, I was wrong. My sleep schedule has been very inconsistent for the past few months. Mainly because we are living through a pandemic, and secondly because I am a graduate student 😂. How naive was it of me to think that a plant could follow my own rhythms? I guess it highlights my 'plant blindness.' Second, the light intensity was low and PH levels high. In the last five days, I have learned that plants are living organisms (I knew this, but my plant blindness is quick to dismiss it, I need to stop fighting these "plant voices" (signals)) that require a proper environment to grow, similar to humans. Of course, a plant is not human, but it is alive and living. It needs water, a regular schedule (light (active) /darkness (rest), oxygen, nutrients, and an overall good environment to grow. Concern about the size of my plant at five weeks, I decided to conduct a few experiments at home. Here are my notes: Friday, July 23, 2021, I took the plant out of the tent at 6:00 AM and placed it in front of my backyard window that faces the Eastside, perfect for sunrise. On that day, I had a few errands to run, and when I arrived home, it was 2:30 PM. The sun was now hitting the West side of my house, and I had to move the plant in front of my bedroom window. At around 7:00 PM, I went to look at the plant and noticed that its leaves were looking plumpy. So, I decided to take a timelapse to see what I would be able to record. During "magic hour" (sunset), I recorded and witnessed the plant moving with the rhythms of the sun. Plant, like humans, function at their best when they are synchronized with their circadian rhythm. The pandemic has definitely disoriented us to the point that it has disrupted all of our schedules. To this day, I feel tired from everything we have all been through; how could I possibly think that a plant would thrive with such a messed-up schedule? The time lapse made me realize that the plant needs some structure to thrive, and so do I. So, as much as I like to think that I can be disciplined and follow a plant's schedule, I cannot. So, I went to the store and bought the Globe Suite smart plug to automate and schedule the light cycle to 12hrs of light and 6 hours of darkness. Saturday, July 24, 2021, the plant woke up to the set schedule of the lights. I checked on the plant first thing in the morning, around 9:30 AM. The leaves look much greener and thicker than they did the day before. Sunday, July 25, 2021. I was away overnight and did not arrive home until 2 PM. The plant looks twice the size it was on Friday! Today, I will water the plant. I got a PH test kit and realized that the way that I measured the PH level, the first few weeks was wrong 🤦‍♀️🏽. I measured the PH correctly, to 5.9, and added some Reefertilizer grow nutrients to the water. I watered from the top, distributing the water evenly around the stem. My partner pointed to me that the lights seemed dim for the stage of the plant's life. So I had my lights set at 100 watts running at 20 % 😅. I realized that I had not increased the light intensity since the first few weeks of vegetation 🤦‍♀️🏽. So I increased the intensity to 100 watts running at 60%. Monday, July 26, 2021. First check-in 7:00 AM: The plant looks like it loves all of the new changes that I have made! It is finally growing 🤗 The sun is out, but it is not as intense as it should be because tiny particles of smoke are present in our air due to the wildfires, and they create a filter that makes the human eye see the sun blood red. It is quite apocalyptic. Regardless, I decided to take the plant out from the tent and record a time-lapse. It is fascinating how much movement plants have despite showing no noticeable signs of movement (to the human eye). Tuesday, July 27, 2021. It has been five days since I have made big changes to the plant's schedule and environment. The plant is finally showing good signs of growth, and its leaves colours have changed to a deep green. I am not watering the plant today, but I am spritzing it with water. I decided to take another time-lapse of the plant, but this time inside the tent. As I was setting up the tripod for my camera, I accidentally increased the humidifier 🤦‍♀️🏽. Luckily, I noticed within a reasonable timeframe and reduced the humidity and made the environment better. I increased the light intensity to 100 watts at 100%. The plant will stay in the tent all day today because it is raining ☔️.

E sufrido una baja esta semana y fue de una green poison, todo lo demás salió adelante tan solo 1 no quiso tirar , amarilleo y acabó cayendo. El ph esta en5,8 , la temperatura es óptima, en 22/24 grados de media, y la humedad la reduci un poco actualmente está entre el 60/70%. . So big update ! Entering week 3 of flowering for this beautiful Purple Punch by Barneys Farm ! Ive got to say i am very impressed of the results, hoping i get a medium to high yield with her, as for the Fastbuds mystery seed it is slower but has beautiful traits on the leafs compared to the purple punch, im keeping her to see what will happen ! The girls just keep on cooking...and things are starting to get really bushy. I'm hoping that we're close to finished on the vertical growth front. Chem Brûlée just keeps getting bigger and bigger, but she seems to be spreading OUT faster than she is growing UP at this point (she's already 56" call). Pineapple Meatball is just a straight up bush. French Macaron is 62" tall and VERY thick on the vegetation front, but not as WIDE as the chem brûlée. 7/13 Sprayed with light neem/castille spray

4-5 Harvested finally, well finally for me. 😂 Big ol, stinky and sticky buds. Density is not an issue! 💪😂 Loved this grow! Went really smooth, with me freaking out occasionally 😂 No over/under water and no over feed! FINALLY!!! Wow met lots of new and great people this grow! What up grow fam. Week 3 up on these girls. At the moment they're a little upset with me. I went away for a few days so I over watered hoping they'd be alive when I return. They're still alive but sure upset and showing it. I did a defoliation taking the bigger fan leafs off to allow some more light to the lower branches. Also I don't usually put them under full power of my light until about week 5 but I did to see how they'd do and though they're stacking super tight, I think I probably did more harm then good. I'll baby them and see if they'll bounce back. All in all Happy Growing

So last summer a friend of mine grow a Dark Angel Fem seed from Crop King outdoors and turned out the harvest was full of seeds...so I saved 9 of these seeds and germinated to do an outdoor grow this season. I know chances are I will get hermies just like my friend did but since I have these seeds laying around why not? Germination: 13h on water cup and 24h later tap roots were screaming to be put on soil... impressive. Once put n soil seedlings popped out the morning after, seedlings are under a 25w Sunblaster for now, I have been using tap water on a spray bottle to water them. Thats all for now, stay lit folks! Day 73 Day 38 Flower Monday 6th Camera is doing no justice, little video, although to my own fault I did not have phone with me when feeding yesterday for decent pictures. I will update again on water tomorrow ✌️ So far stretch has stopped, the recovery from lollipopping and defoliating is immaculate, she is so strong, already seeing denser bud sites and focused energy towards tops. 11/29/22: Just switched her to flower about 4 days ago and started with bloom nutes.. was struggling with ph again past few days trying to level out again seeing some signs of lockout so flushed her with water and lite cal-mag she is looking better today.. she's really starting to stretch out hoping my tent is going to be tall enough with light hanging but we will see.. this is actually a pretty tough plant to grow but I'm gonna get her..

The buds are getting heavier and the stems want to bend. Two more weeks and she will be ready for harvest
