The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. the girl is growing quite well :) clearly there is little space for her root system :) I changed the time to 12/12 because the first pistils have already appeared :) the girl moved in with an older relative :) so I had to move her up a little to be closer to the light :)

Day 36 1/13/25 I think she is taking to the location okay so far and after the first cut I did I’m not sure what I’m doing I’m just doing my own little mainline thing experimenting I guess I’m using APSU super soil and a little bit of build of soil 3.0 left from last grow and it’s a 7 gal pot als 1/14 day 37 Did second and final topping going allow about two weeks to bounce back and allow more growth and LST then flower

10th week! Very fast maturing plant, already with about 10% amber trichomes! I will harvest in a few days 😍

Some plants seem to be turning colors early. Pretty fast flowering varieties so not concerned. Covered in trichomes. It’s beginning to smell super fruity.

Day 50, 29.05.2024 - Starting the week at 43cm height - No action today but to render timelapse for last week & watch them bloom. Day 51, 30.05.2024 - 600ml with nutrition (1ml grow, 3ml bloom, 4ml TopMax) for each as breakfast shortly after the lights turned on - removed 4 more leaves there were yellow. I think it has to do with the recent cut down on nutritions. This is why I will get back to the recommended fertilizer schedule in 48h with the next feeding. Day 52, 31.05.2024 No action today. Day 53, 01.06.2024 A round of drinks (600ml each) and food (4/4/4ml of grow, bloom & TopMax). Day 54, 01.06.2024 No action today. Day 55, 03.06.2024 - I am observing some more leafs getting yellow. I guess the plant is recovering N from the lower leaves to feed the buds. - Later today they will get their next feeding (600ml each, - again with 4/4/4ml of Grow, Bloom & TopMax) Day 56, 04.06.2024 "No action today" concludes week 8. All in all until today the grow is quite easy. No big issues. I just hope the yellowing of leafs will stop / revert after resuming to the standard nutrition schedule. So, I guess there are 3 weeks to go before harvest - let's keep em dry!

Blue dream is looking good trying to get a little color out of her but not seeing anything. Turned the nutrients down a little much. The clones that I pulled from her I will utilize an extra topping to bring out more colas.

As we saw in earlier weeks, I'm trying to balance them out, something is bothering them. But seeing the results so far it could only be 2 or 3 things: 1/ the left plant (XL runt) is closer to intake of cooler / fresh air. 2/ That one is in a bigger pot 3/ buffering with super soil works better in a larger pot. So next time I will use: better ventilation, also horizontal circular, using bigger pots, also put back in the hydro corn, which I didn't this time, God knows why... Ah I know, cause I was stoned probably... Fr autos I will also use a little fewer amendments in the coming grow. It's just a learning curve with my setup and having never grown auto's indoors. Also with these Forbidden Runtz, I'm happy with what they are doing still with me messing up a bit. Still, it is a tent full of weed. See you next week!! They have developed a healthy thirst, consuming approximately 4 liters of water every 2 days. The pH level of the nutrient solution stands at a steady 6.11, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake. Furthermore, the TDS range between 1050 and 1150 provides the ideal nutrient balance. 💧⚖️📈 In light of the unfortunate hermaphroditism incident experienced by a fellow grower, I have been diligently checking my plants for any signs of similar issues. Crazy week with work and the girls. Day 37 and flowers are foaming nicely. Did give her a haircut and the leafs I removed were nice and green and healthy. After a few years of using Canna I can say its has grown on me as one of my favorite nutrient companies. Did have a mess this week with the pump kicking on by accident and pumping the girls with 3 gallons of nutrient water. No worries as the girls recover fast. When I grow autos or photo periods I give Cannas PK 13/14 from about 35-55. Then no more after that. The results at the end speak for themselves.

Im very happy with those plants so far. This week i made 8th plant rotation in tent.

No problems with growth, buds rapidly putting on weight and smell is getting stronger each day! Had to cut down on nutrients slightly as I think was feeding a little more than she could consume. Looks like she will be fully ripened around or on the 8th week. I liked the fact she started with the Durban poison, sweet smell and then as she progressed into flower, the loud, dank Kush slowly creeps up before finally taking over the the sweet smell of the Durban poison. Right now as I wright this, the Kush smell has started to mellow down and mix into a nice sweet nutty scent.

Really startig to stack and swell up this week! All the hard work is done now to enjoy her and watch her finish
