Stacks on stacks! The OG Kush has hit day 42 of flower and she's starting to bulk up. Still throwing plenty of pistils. Gave her a heavy defoliation to let those sugar leaves put in the work for those buds. Gave the Kush one last top dressing of castings, Gaia 284 and a splash of guano along with her weekly recharge watering. This cultivar has been very low maintenance since flip, whis is awesome when running multiple cultivars in multiple tents 😆

The plant looks absolutely gorgeous, let's do some mailing on this lady as well to avoid a long height plant that cab be seen from anywhere, I'll try to make a beautiful bush full of fat colas, let's see what we can do guys!!

All 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution.

Everything is going great. They've responded well to topping and training. Two more weeks before changing to flowering cycle.

Opened the door today and what a pleasant aroma I was treated too. I'm not getting a charcoal filter, haha. The streach really slowed down, looks like it is over. Lots of bud sites and they are starting to build nicely. Can't wait to harvest the others and get the ASD totally under the lights and spread them out a bit. Getting bold and decided to increased the nutrients, big mistake that was. Got leaf burn on the tips, looks like just water for awhile. Thinking four weeks of flower completed and another six to go. This week was quite unspectacular except that my pH was drifting low and I had to counteract. Removed some lower leaves and branches that were only poorly developed.

Today I moved two plants to their final pot (3.5 gal). Each of the plants has 2 nicely formed nodes. The root structure looked very strong. They were started in Pro-Mix HP and transplanted into the same medium. I just sprayed PH balanced water on the top of the soil to help them acclimate to the new pot. I still have 2 plants that have stopped growing so I am going to leave them in the seedling chamber till they get a little farther along.

Love this strain, will be growing again for SURE!. I can't wait to smoke and press this flower, she is sticky, stinky, and dense..... Perfect strain for mainlining/manifolding. Only took me 3.5 hours to wet trim, and she should yield around 12 zips of frosty sticky nugs. Sweet Seeds knocked it out of the park, and I am a huge fan of African Tai, which is in this lady, and I can't wait to give a smoke report.... This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

Okay so the goal is to grow indoor for the first month. Then put them outside beginning of June. Location Switzerland. I watered the the pots when I transferred the rockwool into the pots. I put voodoo juice 1ml/L. Didn’t water them for 3 days. Sorbetto: looks normal, quite good grape inferno 1: the tallest yet looks healthy Grape inferno 2: the slowest but not abnormal for the moment Pink: looks good I had some fungus gnats so I put some vinegar with soap in a bottle, didn’t work at all Day 6 post germination : added some yellow traps it seem to work I use a 150 watt HPS light It’s 60cm high from the top of the pots PPFD : 250 - 350 measures with app Photone and iPhone 14
