This week has been a mixed bag for my two plants. #1 is really taking off now, showing strong growth and picking up speed!🌱 It’s looking healthy and vigorous, which is great to see. Towards the end of the week, I also noticed the first signs of flowering—exciting! Unfortunately, #2 is still struggling.😩 It has barely grown and remains very small compared to #1. If it doesn’t start making progress soon, I might consider replacing it with another plant. I’ll give it a little more time, but let’s see how things develop in the next week. Fingers crossed!🤞

Left tent is a week ahead. Fair amount of stretching this week. This time I’m paying close attention to keep flower sites high up. My experiment with bottom lighting did not went so great. I had a record yield but the quality was really bad in about 30-35% of flowers. Weak density. I’m definitely going to try again from the beginning but not this time. I have to pay attention to not let any plant get to big of a dryback in veg. It really influences the later stretching and make the plant too compact in sensitive cultivars.

Destiny has given me a wonderful climate so far but from the 18th the weather will change completely, precisely in the last 10 days of flowering which fortunately is very accelerated by the anomalous heat, especially at night. Typical late summer weather here, kinda for weed. First storm is expected on Saturday, I'm ready to protect them. I've made the last rearrangement of the tent, trying to give more room to the vigorous and overflowing Pineapple Kush so I've rised the roof to 110". The plants are all carefully sprayed with thyme extract to control mites infection, it seems to work, infection is stable from 1 week. I kill manually 20/30 bedbugs a day. During nighttime, maybe a monster grasshopper, is munching some leaves, at this point I don't care, I have to defoliate anyway and these bastards don't chew buds, for now. She's flowering fast now, I hope she will finish before October rains. Every side branches is thicker as the sister's main branch. Expected harvest time october 1st/2nd week. This will be a hard challenge to complete flowering without mold issues. If she doesn't gave to me at least 2lbs of weed, I'll kill her. Niente vendemmia purtroppo perché qualcuno si è divertito un tantissimo a rubarmi 9 delle mie piante....non c'è la faccio ragazzi mi sto per sentire male...dovevano essere tutti i miei risparmi per durare a fumare fino a marzo....ora non so come devo fare senza erba!!!! Sono in difficoltà sul serio! Ho speso molto per fare tutte queste piante e in mezz'ora mi hanno rubato tutte le mie bimbe!!! Spero il karma glie la farà pagare molto cara!!!!

I’ve seen some amazing veg growth this week.These beautiful girls have been getting some LST all week and have developed lots of new colas.I have been watering around every 3-4 days plain water last two waterings so recharge will be added when the pots are dry.They have done extremely well taking in the Gaia green 4-4-4 and have huge fan leaves. Day 32 These girls are still showing lot of growth and I noticed the first sign of flower development with the Lemon cherry cookies.I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4 1 tbs and 3 tbs of Gaia green power bloom.Rubbed gently in the soil and watered with recharge tea.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 50 percent and I leave it there for another week or so.I have not done any defoliation but they really need it as they are getting really bushy.

Yet again another amazing run from the blue cheese. Barneys really got it right with this strain. Dense, frosty, smelly, Big heads literally everything i look for in a strain. Not too mention the high is the best! I love a good cheese smoke and harvesting this strain just as the trichomes fill with milky cloudy colours I fell gives the best high. Energetic and uplifting and just all around amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Little clean up in the tent things got out of control. By removing lowers and inners that would possibly not produce much will definitely let those tops stack up nicely. These buds will without any doubts be rock solid, I can tell by how sturdy those stems already are. I transplanted this week was a nightmare root mass caught everywhere in the 3 Gal, now into 5’s. 👍✌️

Journal de culture - Semaine 3 de croissance La plante a bien repris sa vigueur cette semaine, développant une belle masse racinaire, ce qui est très encourageant. Elle continue de se développer et je m’efforce de la maintenir la plus basse possible en utilisant des techniques de Low Stress Training. J’ai essayé le pinching, qui consiste à pincer légèrement les extrémités des branches pour les courber. Cela permet de rediriger les hormones de croissance vers les parties inférieures, ce qui maximise le développement des pousses. J’ai également effectué une légère défoliation en enlevant quelques grandes feuilles superflues. Pour le reste, je surveille principalement le pH. J’essaie de le maintenir autour de 5.8, mais avec les tampons présents dans les produits Terra Aquatica, il remonte régulièrement à 6.2. Je me demande si ce pH légèrement élevé pourrait être à l’origine d’un problème de coloration des feuilles, car la plante semble présenter une légère carence malgré la présence de tous les nutriments nécessaires. Je fais attention à ne pas ajouter trop d’acide afin de ne pas surcharger la solution nutritive. Globalement, la plante est en bonne santé et continue de bien évoluer. Je pense passer en floraison d’ici une ou deux semaines maximum. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une variété Jack Herer, qui a tendance à beaucoup s’étirer en floraison, je préfère la maintenir encore un peu en croissance pour travailler tranquillement avec les techniques de Low Stress Training et la défoliation. On verra son évolution la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸 Grow Diary - Week 3 of Veg The plant has regained its vigor this week, developing a strong root mass, which is great. It keeps growing, and I’m trying to keep it as low as possible using Low Stress Training techniques. I’ve been trying pinching, which involves lightly pinching the tips of the branches to bend them. This redirects the growth hormones to the lower parts, maximizing the development of new shoots. I’ve also done a bit of light defoliation by removing some large, unnecessary leaves. Other than that, I’m mainly monitoring the pH. I’m trying to keep it as close to 5.8 as possible, but the buffers in the Terra Aquatica products keep raising it to 6.2. I’m wondering if this slightly higher pH might be causing some discoloration on the leaves—it feels like a deficiency, even though all the necessary nutrients are present. I’m cautious about adding too much acid to avoid overloading the nutrient solution. Overall, the plant is healthy and continues to grow well. I’m thinking about switching to flowering in a week or two at most. Since this is a Jack Herer strain, which tends to stretch a lot during flowering, I want to keep it in veg a bit longer while working with Low Stress Training and defoliation. Northern Lights - Day 54 Harvest Report! 🌿✂️ First harvest complete! Trimmed all top colas fresh, removing parts without trichomes and selecting only useful trim. Main stem removed. The untrimmed apex alone weighs over 90g! 😍 So massive I had to split it into smaller pieces to prevent mold. Harvest stats: • Trimmed weight: 150g from this first harvest • Trim sealed in freezer bags (air removed with straw) and frozen • Now drying at perfect conditions! Second harvest coming at day 60!
