I came back after vacation, the girl is ready for cutting, the rainy weather has started, so there is a threat of rot, you can say I managed to find just a few small pits in time and removed them and threw them away, the big and stiff flowers look fantastic:) but after a long trip I was tired, so I didn't take quality photos :( no everything else, I am very satisfied with the result I got:) its smell already lets me know that it will be good:) a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) I will update the weight when it dries.

SUNDAY 4/28: She's still my garden star.šŸ˜ I plucked off some dead leaves and did some leaf-tucking. She's trying to take over the garden..branches everywhere it seems. Daytime temps are still hovering around 87-90f, but I've got her sitting in 70-72f temps for 6 hours of darkness now.😁 I did a little video today and I'll take a few "glamour shots" tomorrow. MONDAY: I watered her with about 1/2 gallon of properly ph'd water including calimagic, boomerang, bud candy, terpinator, and her last dose of beastie bloomz. She'll get Cha Ching from here on out- TUESDAY: Not much time for gardening today. I changed out the carbon filters and did some cleaning. WEDNESDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and took photos today- She's a beautšŸ˜ I have some sort of contagion in the big tent..leaves suddenly getting brown and crispy overnight on a few plants...she's still not been affected...fingers crossed... THURSDAY: The 'contagion' seems to be spreading through the garden...but she's still okay.. I'm thinking maybe I completely PHuktup the ph when I added silica last time and didn't correct it?? FRIDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and misted everybody with perfectly PH adjusted spring water and increased airflow in the tent. Also decreased the dehumidifier to 45% RH. SATURDAY: I fed her today and started her on Cha Ching.

Fun grow, treated each plant with a different growing techniques - Fim, Top, Lst, super-cropping, etc. Surprised on yield using basic $130.00 Bestva. Dry weight over 1/3 of a pound. They hung for 5 days. I put time into flushing and Trichome viewing, willing to sacrifice THC content for a more energetic medicine. I nailed the harvest based off of partly/mostly cloudy trichs(pic above). The weed is gas, top-shelve, better than the 21.5% thca GC I purchase through dispensary. Very, Very pleased with results. Biggest mistakes made on this grow: 1) 2 initial pots too small for 10 week veg requiring a tricky late veg transplant. 2) not using cal/mag in mid Veg. 3) allowing humidity to drop too low while drying buds in tent - final product is a little brittle.

7/22 Day 112 from sprout, day 58 of flower. Well, this was unexpected. I came home and found I have multiple branches falling over due to the weight of the buds. I got them all tied upright now, but I honestly thought I was harvesting shortly. Instead, they are still chugging along and packing on more mass. I removed a few more crispy leaves and at this point anytime I reach into the tent it’s impossible to not have my arm absolutely covered in resin. I suppose I can stop checking trichomes for now, it’s almost as if she hit a new growth spurt suddenly and clearly needs more time. This does throw a wrench into getting the Mac N Jack moved into the tent, but I’ve spent almost 4 months now growing this beauty; I can’t screw it all up now by harvesting too soon. 7/26 Day 116 from sprout, day 62 of flower. This is where Ethos says the Fanta Sea should be ready for harvest. As super pumped as I am to finally chop her down, if I’m honest with myself it’s just not there yet. Doing a trichome check says it’s getting closer, maybe around 50% clear, 50% cloudy, and a very small amount of stray amber here and there. So on we go. Leaves up top continue to fade and dry up, and as they get crispy I rip them off. Pretty sure I’ve heard Dr. Bugbee explain that in late flower it’s normal for the plant to pull extra phosphorous from the leaves, seeing as how we are pretty light on P using a 20-10-20 fertilizer. So I’ll keep letting her get her fade on while checking trichomes here and there and hopefully we’re close to the finish line soon. 7/28 Day 118 from sprout, day 64 of flower. Getting closer. I did a deeper dive into checking trichomes today, checking a few different top buds, a few different middle height buds, and a few way down below in larf territory. Up top was predominately milky, a small amount of clear, and a few ambers here and there. This progressed to more clear the further down I went. I’ll wait until Sunday before I check them again. I also did lower the light intensity just a hash mark under 75% to more simulate ā€œfallā€. Maybe silly, maybe not, but I’m trying it.

Looking great. Continuing to defoliate and un-shade some bud sites, but with a light touch. On 2/6 Top dressed: 1/2 cup bokashi, 1/2 cup build a flower, 1/2 cup fresh ground malted barley, 1/4 cup BAS craft blend, 1/4 cup alfalfa meal. Split this between the two containers. The worms are loving it and the soil mites are feasting.

Ciao a tutti!

I think I trained too hard too late in harvest. One of the Wedding Cake plants went hermie and pollenated everything. I'm disappointed but I'll be more gentle at the end of flower next grow. The buds were still good in a vape but I had to be careful of the seeds. I made hash from most of it.

Plant fading and changing colour nicely. Day 77 Trichomes are still milky or clear. Waiting for the first signs of amber Trichomes, at which point I plan to harvest. Day 77 might be the plants last watering depending on the Trichomes in the next few days.

3 November Sunset Sherbet Well by the week this cupboard is just getting smellier, danker and bushier.
Vey good I’d say, most of all the branches had reached the scrog net and most of the branches has already been threaded through to maintain the same height. While flipping to flower I noticed that the Sunset-Sherbet is making a lot more pistols due to this but not as fast as the Do-Si-Wine plant is making pistols. ( biggest leaf 17cm 😵 ) Do-Si-Wine This lady while growing vigorously to the top has thin stems which it makes more prone to bending / snapping but luckily haven’t had that problem het of a side branch bending while threading it through the scrog, but I did notice that the branches are a bit more fragile. This lady is making pistols like no tomorrow, every cola / node I can see is making pistols and this lady just wants to go full throttle. On the site it said that this is moderate growth difficulty and yes it is, thin branches, fragile and long lengthy branches. ( biggest leaf 14 cm )

so here we are right at the end, smelling of beautiful fruits and some gassy fuel and cherry and orange aromas making it feel christmassy already, fading beautifully as i lowered the temperature and started to feed with only water! so in a few days ill chop these girls maybe weekend maybe after! whenever it suits because they are about 90% ripe! with these clonesi defoliated differently! far right was intensive, middle less and far left alot lot less to see if it actaully makes a difference to flower production being that its wasted energy or stored energy! well im here to tell you it makes very little difference but looks good!

And we are off to the races. This lovely Moon Walker Kush will be our mother plant and I will be taking clones from it repeatedly. My flower room will cycle back and forth between my Sunset Sherbet and Moon Walker kush. I am excited to get these diaries under way. Also check out my Instagram page as I’m doing an awesome giveaway! @kind_budz_crops
