Happy new year! Hope 2023 will bring us peace and prosperity! Week 5 is all about growth. Im amazed by Mimosa’s pace. Every morning I’m opening the tent to a bigger stronger plant. Had issues with much higher PH in runoff compared to input (6.5 vs 5.8) and thanks to Roberts and GrowingGrannie i came to solving the issue by increasing the EC. FYI - in coco coir: higher PH in runoff means girls are hungry and need to be fed. Lower PH - overfeeding. Learning everyday! Today (day 35) started seeing a little bit of yellow tips on top so reduced the ec to 1.75 and gave the 4 liter each with 25% runoff. I’m running out of space for mimosa, i was not expecting her to grow so much. Need to consider a 100*100 tent and a bigger light of course. But prolly will keep the existing setup and just stick to growing 1-2 plants at a time i/o 4 right now. Mimosa is preparing for flowering, started giving her Canna Boost and seeing white hairs all over, she confirmed she is a lady :) Cookies is a little behind in height but i believe she’ll catch up. 24 hrs of darkness begins. amber trichomes are hard to see under certain lights and through glasses, i dumped the glasses and moved each one to a different room and sure as shit "amber trichomes!". I just realized a jewelers lupe with a light works better without looking through reading glasses. 3 yrs of crap harvests and it aint over yet but if i get these dried at 60rh @ 70 deg F for 6-10 days APPPROX! CAREFUL FOR MOULD, and i got the 32 oz jars, belvidas and humidity guages for cure. as long as i can do that right, man things are really looking good. PRINCETON CAN USE A GUY LIKE JOEL! We'll see. I am starting another diary for the 2 gorilla glues that are growing really slow. I was going to dump them but i kept putting it off and slowly the buds started stacking up. I would love to know if this is common with all seed vendors and not just mine and why its happening like this. More important, I GREW BIG POTENT BUDS BY MYSELF!!!!!!! PRETTY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. WEEK 8 ~ Beginning of week 2 Flower DAY 8 of Flowering This week Has Been nothing but CRAZY GROWTH!! All plants are super healthy and starting to show their first signs of blooming 🌸 .. last few days I’ve been seeing a little discoloration on one of my kosher lush pheno’s turns out it’s just coco being a biotch again!( PH BEING TO LOW NOW) Lol .. I know it’s only a week in so for me it’s crazy to already see trichomes starting to form . I brought in some support for the plants that should help me with some LST . Next move is putting some bamboo/wooden sticks into a grid over all the plants and making those tops pop up all over this 5x5 !! I Just started some new wet Betty seeds and they are already taking off.. lol 180$ on 6 seeds I’ll die if they die🙏But hey guys thanks for checking in and keeping updated on this grow again any questions or any tips I’d love to hear thanks!! ~Garcia’s Garden

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated and 4 days later it broke ground and is looking great. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. seeds: Montel Iced Tea, Body Count, Bubbles Blueberry F4, Ricky’s Hash Plant, Black Tangi Tea → standouts / "otherworldly" These are clearly your current stars — better structure, resin, and overall quality than most of the others you've tried. Auto Flowers: Humboldt Seed Company — best autos you've grown. Extremely resinous, especially the OG Triploid. Top tier for autos. Fast Buds — very close second. Super fast, nice flavors, reliable. You like them a lot but note they're in a different class (not fair to directly compare to Humboldt). Why RQS Strains Underperformed The 7/10 rating and "needed a lot of power to switch to flower" comment is classic for some RQS genetics, especially certain autos or hybrids. Possible reasons: Genetics: Some RQS lines are finicky about light schedules or have slower/more reluctant flowering responses. Mike Tyson 2.0 and Corkscrew apparently needed the 12/12 flip to finally push. Light/Environment: With five tents running, light penetration, spectrum, or intensity might not have been ideal for these particular strains. Autos can be sensitive to stress during the transition. Nutrient response: They may have needed more phosphorus/potassium or different ratios to bulk up properly. The fact that you had to force Corkscrew into 12/12 at week 20 and it's now only "OK" suggests it was a slower or lower-yielding pheno for your conditions. Strong Performers Brothers Grimm → These sound like the real winners in your tent right now. Brothers Grimm has a reputation for unique, high-quality landrace-influenced genetics with excellent resin and flavor profiles. "Otherworldly better" is high praise — they clearly thrive in your setup. Humboldt Seed Company autos → Excellent choice for resin production. OG Triploid is a standout for trichome density. Fast Buds → Reliable, fast, flavorful — a safe, consistent auto line. Recommendations Going Forward Double down on what works: Keep running more Brothers Grimm (especially the ones you loved). Stick with Humboldt for autos when you want maximum resin. Fast Buds for speed and flavor. 3/30 4am Pink Kush CBD is SLOW.... she never really recovered from early problems, I LOVE this strain, smoke and smell are 10/10. Beautifull full purple flowers, the camera don’t take it well

Thriving in flowering tent 120x120cm [4x4 ft] 12/12 since yesterday (since it was almost full week still on veg I count it as last 8th week of vegetative phase) PPFD set around 600 µmol/s/m² - I want them to stretch somewhat in next few days so I can easily ScrOG them. Nets are already waiting on the side. You can clearly see difference between cultivars. Jelly Breath (left) are short and bushy and Sugar Canes are tall and lanky. Both strong and doing great 💪🌱

I did not grow these two plants to their potential. Hit with high temps as seedlings and fungus gnats in flower, I decided to harvest them probably 7-9 days too early. Nonetheless, after 4-5 days drying, they've been trimmed and jarred and tested. Smoke is very complex and honestly have never smelled such a strong incense like smoke rolling off the pipe before. Very clear and relaxing so far. Delicious grapey spiced beer flavor. Very white ash. So happy to have a larger lady of this being finished properly right now.

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so. Kalinia Asia is nice and I am so excited for the Sweed Seeds ones the red girls OMG :)

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas Tropicana Cookies Fast Flowering, de FastBuds. Los ejemplares tienen muy buen color han cedido muy uniformes y las flores están progresando a muy buen ritmo. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 21/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Van llenándose las flores de resina y van hinchando las flores, veremos estas próximas semanas como avanzan. Let’s Go day 85 from Seed!! These ladies have all got the chop !! We will be hanging to dry over the next 2 weeks or 12-14 days an we will be ready for trim an jar up for cure! everything turned out very well :) and it's only with 50w and with 40x40cm space :) It was an interesting journey with her, a slightly different cultivation and old mistakes were discovered :) the flowers are not dense, but they are really very, very sticky :) I'm happy:)
