New run with automatic old school strain from Fast Buds : Original Amnesia Haze! 😍
I need 8 of them so I got 10 seeds then rub them gently 5s with a sandpaper tube, let them soak 1h in Xseed and put them in Jiffy coco pellets.
Finally, I put the Jiffys in a small greenhouse, under a Spider Farmer SF300 24h/day on, RH between 90 and 100% and temperature about 25°C thanks to iClone heat mat.
After 4 days, 9 seeds have sprouted but I can see the root out of the Jiffy for only 7 of them... Maybe I should have buy a few more!
I'll use 1 us gallon smartpot with 45% Canna coco Pro+, 45% Plagron perlite and 10% Biobizz worm humus and I'll follow Biotabs program for Autopot system : 25g bactrex and 1 growtab in each smartpot / 5g mycotrex in plantation hole. I'll water with 1g/L bactrex and 5mL/L orgatrex solution for next 10 days...
I put all this in a temporary 60*60*120 grow tent under a Spider Farmer SF1000 @60% 24h/day.
One of the seedlings looks ugly : I don't think is gonna make it! 😭
HR is about 70% and CO2 level stay between 800 and 1000 ppm with 24°C.
Ventilation at minimum.
I kept best 8 seedlings that I transferred to the 70*70*160 tent and I will use an FC-E3000 : for the moment, at 60cm and 50% (DLI about 20 for 300 ppfd during 18 hours a day).
I lost a seedling and 2 others almost died as the root couldn't get out of the Jiffy! Never had this problem with peat pellets... maybe something is different with coco coir pellets.
I'll try a custom "semi-automated" watering system build with Autopot Coco Mat into a 60*60cm tray with control sheet on top, drived by Easy2Go system and 47L rez with rain water only (pH=7).
I sprayed once with Biotabs Boom Boom and will redo while flowering.
Now, only water next 3 weeks.
Not so much to say this week : everything looks OK. OAH #7 is still struggling to live and will be replaced by feminized Runtz from Pevgrow soon (mother plant for a futur run).
I put back the FC-E3000 driver in tent in order to warm up inside day air to 28-30°C range and let plants manage high RH and CO2 (still between 700-900 ppm, so no CO2 supplement for now) : no problem for Amnesia as it enjoy this kind of temp.
2023/06/13 : another (and last) round of Boom Boom Spray, 5 days after first one, during vegetation grow.
2023/06/16 : as planed, I removed dying plants (#1 and #7) and added one Runtz feminized from PEVseeds for next run with clones. From 10 seeds, 1 never popped and 3 died as root could'nt get out of the Jiffy, so it will be a poor 60% rate!😪
And I almost forgot, pistils are out!
2023/06/19 : nitrogen deficiencies so more orgatrex+bactrex and one more boom boom spray. Almost every plants have pistils now so this is first flowering week I guess... Just got missing stuff I was waiting for (PK compost tea and oxygenation kit) so I'll be ready in a week or two with compost tea (watering every 1/2 week and spray) and bio PK booster (every 1/2 other week) from Biotabs. Light is now at 40 cm, dimmed to deliver 40 DLI with 18/6 day/night. CO2 level is near 700 so I'm thinking about introducing boost buddy to the ladies. They're from 17 to 27,5 cm tall and strectching with big internode space.
2023/06/20 : I removed everything on the lower node, adjusted tutors, completed coco level, etc :

Last big shot of orgatrex+bactrex done, now first watering and spraying with PK Booster Compost Tea (15g/L) + Orgatrex (5mL/L) +Bactrex (1g/L). 2 retarded plants seem to finally flower, so I removed all stunted leaves and I'll keep them on vegetation feeding with boom boom spray for the moment (one of them is huge, will have to move it out of the tent or cut it a bit). The 4 others are fine : there are 2 phenos (2 plants are small with big short buds and 2 others are tall with long thin buds). The "indica" phenotype is already smelling and covered with trichromes, the "sativa" one hasn't got smell nor trichrome yet.

I just fed OAH #2 & #5 (each with 0,5L of PK 5-8 at 20 mL/L) : as they're in late, they didn't receive compost tea on week FLO6. Others will only have water until the end, given by autopot go system, as they already got full 4 weeks with PK.
I moved the photoperiodic feminized Runtz to its own tent as it's vampirizing too much space now : the girls have plenty of room that they will soon share with a few babies (cloned from Runtz).

OAH #2 & #5 are nearly 100% cloudy now : I'll harvest today to get best cerebral effect possible, as this two are clearly "sativa" phenotypes.

2023/08/28 : dry trim for OAH #2 & #5 (for about 40g) went to C-vault too... found a seed in trim material. OAH #2 who flowered outdoor gave me some pollen to press so I got 1g bonus hash.
