05/18 I have a question Should defoliation continue? The light hits the buds and is unnecessary, but some growers advise getting rid of the foliage so that power from the roots goes to the buds. I plan to leave it as it is and only occasionally remove 5-10 leaves that are shadow. I’m a couple days behind on my posting of this girl. But here she is! Growing strong and healthy. I am getting ready to transplant her into a bigger pot soon enough. Then hopefully I will be able to get a picture of a stellar root system. On another note, the field peas in the “400” are coming along, slowly but surely! I plan to transplant into the “400” in approximately 2 months (8weeks). Day 26, I’ve got a larger pot (2.7 L) with my fancy soil, lots of greensand, I checked the pH and it seems stable at 6. I did add a lot of lime. Maybe the lime takes time to raise the pH too? Anyhow, I have potassium silicate to help raise pH if needed. I hope this isn’t a mistake putting her into that. In fact I’m going to add more lime to the top half and then the potassium silicate to water in. Fingers crossed for stable, beautiful, warm and sunny weather!! Happy Growing 💪🌳

This week unfortunately I am taking the not so good frosty gelato out of environment... Been 0% progress and not enough bud sites to keep her. One of each left - Vanilla Frosting & frosty gelato Both still looking fabulous the flower nutrients have now been removed leaving the ripen at full strength but cal mag is now half the amount Next week is start of flush week.

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Sorry for the lack of updating recently I have a new job & don’t have much time for anything but I just wanted to show how amazing these ladies are doing! Both Strains smell unbelievable & by far some of the frostiest plants I have grown, have taken to fox farm nutrients very & they have not really gave me any issues the entire grow! Let's be honest. These should have gone to flower months ago. Nevertheless, they look amazing, and they're going to flower this week. Plants have to move around so much that SCROG isn't really practical, and headspace is such an issue that these girls need to be tied down for a few weeks, hence the tomato cage/chicken wire solution. Stripped 'em up, flipping to 12/12 light schedule in a day or two.
