Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. 2/17: I spent a little time rearranging today. I bought some 32" x 14" plastic ventilated storage shelves and cut the legs down on two of them so I have some different-height platforms for the shorties in the garden. I should also be able to easily flush 6 plants in 5 gallon pots, or 9 plants in 3 gallon pots at a time now, that's a win!👈 2/18: I debated whether to feed or not, and settled on watering them with about 1/2 gallon each. including bembe, cal-mag, signal, humic acid, and a little beastie bloomz. The new dehumidifier is pulling about a gallon and a half per day from the air, so I should be able to feed them in a couple of days. 2/19: Rainy day outside, so I'm pulling in 99% humidity, plus the pots are still petty saturated, but the new dehumidifier is keeping up. RH is holding at about 45% today.👍 2/20: Day 31 of flower...they don't seem to be stretching any more, so they aren't a problem, but other plants have been. A semi-solution occurred to me that allowed me to raise the lights another 3-4 inches. Now I'm truly maxxed out... So far, this has been the most consistent of the FFT strains I'm growing. They actually "look" like sisters.. I took photos and videos of all the plants today since I had to empty the closet and it wasn't a feeding day. 2/21: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including beastie bloomz, tiger bloom, big bloom, signal, bembe, and cal-mag...no grow big this time. 2/22: They're both looking great..no complaints at all. 2/23: I ordered some Terpinator because I'm not so sure about Signal's efficacy at this point....I'm usually dealing with odors more by now..😕 I've reached the ceiling again with my lights, but these two plants wont be a problem. They're both budding up nicely now.

Stipped giving them seaweed. Spraying with baking soda and liquid soap mix once more. Theres little bit of powdery mildew but I defoliated those parts. They probably have stopped strenching. Now the flowers have began growing alot.

it's always a pleasure to do business with Barney's Farm!!! They have never let me down even once!! Even in the worst situations and conditions they have always been able to bring out the best for me!! I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

The bigger one I think to cut in a couple of days..the smallest one of the two, but with a lot of buds I think to cut in the end of next week..the smallest and later girl I think probably 10 days more, but she smell absolutely awesome, real candies girl🍬.. Bonjour à tous, Après avoir pris une petite semaine de vacances , ces demoiselles n'ont eu qu'un seul arrosage avant mon départ... Stupéfait que celle ci soir encore en "pleine forme" malgré les chaleurs qu'il a fait et le manque de nutriment !! Elles ont encore grandit.. !! J'ai donc du re faire une sorte de palissage , (Photo before / Photo After). Pour leurs redonner du Peps' comme ont dit chez nous, je leurs es tapisser au pied , une bonne couche de fumier de vache très riche en nutriment et surtout en Azote avec un gros arrosage pour que tous les nutriments puisse bien parvenir dans les racines 👍👍👍 La près floraison est toujours semie présente mais aucune fleurs n'apparaît... Sur aucun pieds... Si vous avez des remarques , je suis preneur !! Affaire à suivre !!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

It's been another easy week in the Fastbuds tent. I've spent most my energy preparing my outdoor grow space for a wild summer. At this point, there's not much I can do except water and watch my plants grow. I've added videos of other plants in relations to the mimosa cake just for visual aid. I also added a photo of my cheese auto.. it's still drying! With the Mimosa cake auto I've been taking fan leaves off slowly for weeks now. This is a very busy plant. She is also going to run later than I expected. She's on day 76 and I suspect 95 to 100 days to finish time. I'll have to keel feeding her bloom nutes for the next few weeks; her 3 gallon bucket ran out of nutrients already. Feeding schedule: water, feed, water, feed Step 1- I'll take an aeration stone and use it to remove the chlorine residual in the water... this only takes 8 - 12 hours depending on water temperature. (I'm a water treatment process operator, I have checked several times in the past with my own Cl2 meters). Step 2 - add Calmag Step 3- add bloom nutes Final step - pH the water accordingly (very important that this is final step) A TDS residual of 500 ppm equals roughly 1 E.C. (I just double it)

Flipped with net about 90% full almost full now after abit of stretch. Gots change the rez today.

Germinated 10/06 Defoliated pretty heavily a few days before the pictures. Have lights cranked up to 8 now. Turned down chiller 2 degrees and humidity down 5%. Changed feeding ratios to 1-1-1 for “Flora Trio”. Quit using Flora Micro and switched to my own blend (see photo). Now using 3 different solutions, Miller Microplex, Calcium / Potassium Nitrate, Ammonium Sulfate. Still same target ppm as FloraMicro, just can’t mix sulfates with Calcium Nitrate so I dose Ammonium Sulfate into my res first and then wait 15 minutes.

Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation.
