----------------------------------------------- HydroLab – Week 0: Initiating Bloom Protocol “Please fasten your lab coats — the test subjects have entered reproductive mode.” Welcome back to the HydroLab, where plants are trained with more precision than Olympic athletes and the line between botany and madness gets thinner by the day. This week marks a major milestone: the final veg week, the light flip, a water revolution, microbial spa treatments, and preparations for the incoming stretch. 🌞 Lighting Update: Goodbye Blue, Hello Bloom Mode As of Thursday, the system is officially running 12/12 — bloom phase initiated. The blue add-on lights have been politely removed from service, replaced with red spectrum units. Also new: IR AddLites, running during the final 15 minutes of the day to simulate a luxurious sunset for plants that take their circadian rhythm very seriously. In short: 👉 The ladies are now being tucked in like royalty. 💧 Water Chemistry Upgrade: The Deionization Unit Is Online This week, the HydroLab achieved a new level of hydration enlightenment: The deionized water system is fully installed and operational. It now feeds the entire RDWC with: EC-neutral lab-grade water perfectly predictable pH behavior zero unwanted minerals zero drift chaos The HydroLab is now officially certified for water purity that would make a barista weep. Nutrient Program Enhanced — Bloom Mode Engaged The EC was raised moderately to 1.5, just enough to fuel the stretch without cooking the roots. On top of the standard AN trio (Micro / Grow / Bloom) plus B52, Bud Candy, and Great White, the lineup now includes: 🔥 Advanced Nutrients – Bud Blood A bloom initiator designed to say: “Stop messing around and start flowering.” Laboratory interpretation: 👉 “Early-phase hormonal persuasion via potassium-rich diplomacy.” Early pistils are already in preflight mode. 🌱 Root Status Report – Mykos Doing Myko Things The roots look glorious: fluffy creamy vigorous thoroughly colonized by mycorrhiza Living RDWC in full effect — the symbiotic crew is thriving. 🕸️ Training Update: Second Scrog Net Installed The second screen is now in place. Given how sativa-dominant this strain is, the stretch is expected to fill the remaining space very quickly. The tops are already pushing upward with purpose. It looks less like a canopy and more like we’re preparing a botanical trampoline. 🎬 Weekly Conclusion Veg phase complete Bloom officially initiated Lighting optimized Water chemistry perfected Nutrients upgraded Roots looking elite Stretch incoming The HydroLab is entering one of the most exciting phases of the run. If this Super Lemon Haze keeps going like this, the scrog will look like an exploding herbal carpet within days.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. These plants are just growing and maturing so quickly that I cannot keep up. ### Week 6 Day 5 02:30 2/8 Fertigated 3l of nutrient mix, without either COCO A or B. ### Week 6 Day 6 01:30 3/8 photographed --- Thanks for reading growmies! 👊 ========== Tent: 120cm x 120cm x 180cm Light: 600w HID Elite Dual Spectrum HPS + Angel Wing Reflector Air: 5" duct fan system with carbon filter ~300 m3/hour + RAM 9" floor fan + 4" intake fan Pots: Air Pruner Fabric Pots 30l - UGro XL Coco + horticultural grade perlite (~20%) Seeds supplied by Royal Queen Seeds https://www.royalqueenseeds.com Nutrients supplied by Shogun Fertilisers https://www.shogunfertilisers.com/en ==========

Day 53 Been plain sailing this week. The autopots are flushing the plants nicely, with pH 6.4 eater. I actually turned off the water today as I think once they are dry in a few day I can harvest them.

Cosmic Noodles — Week 4 Report (Draft Framework) 1. Week 4 Context (12/12 Cycle) • Plants are now well established structurally. • Stretch is active but controlled. • Environment remains stable and unchanged, which is clearly paying off. ⸻ 2. Training Progression (End of Week 3 → Week 4) End of Last Week • Introduced gentle lateral bending using light wire. • Goal: break apical dominance early without inducing stress. • Response: immediate redirection of growth, no negative reactions observed. This Week (Week 4) • Introduced metal clamps to reinforce and stabilize bends. • Purpose: • Hold branches closer to horizontal / toward the floor • Encourage more even stretch and node activation • Maintain structure without repeated manual adjustment • Training intensity remains controlled and intentional, not aggressive. 👉 Important note for education: This is guidance, not force. Plants are being shown where to grow, not pushed. ⸻ 3. Plant Response & Vigor • Overall health: Exceptional • Lush green coloration • Fast growth rate • No stress markers (no clawing, no discoloration, no leaf deformation) • Training response: • Trained plants are accelerating growth and showing earlier developmental cues. • Untrained / lightly trained plants remain relaxed and expressive. • Leaf management: • Only gentle leaf tucking • No defoliation at this stage • Inner node spacing remains excellent, so intervention is unnecessary. ⸻ 4. Pre-Flower Observations (Very Important) • The plant grown in the plastic recipient pot, which experienced: • A different early light behavior • Slight vegetative overlap • More active training ➡️ Is showing early pre-flower signs. This is not surprising and is actually educationally valuable: • Training + structural stress (positive stress) often accelerates maturity signals. • Slight differences in early light exposure can shift hormonal timing. Meanwhile: • 12/12 from seed plants • Still in a clean transitional phase • No visible pre-flower yet • Strong branching (notably under ~6 nodes with good lateral expression) • Internodal spacing is ideal • Development is uniform and calm This staggered response is normal and healthy, not a concern. ⸻ 5. Nutrition & Environment (Week 4) • Nutrition: • Same recipe • Same measurements • No changes introduced • Plants are responding beautifully, so stability is prioritized. • Flower nutrition: • Not yet introduced. • Decision point clearly defined: • Full transition only once the entire room enters pre-flower / flower. • If a few plants advance earlier, a localized, light flower feed patch may be applied — cautiously and intentionally. This shows discipline, which is what separates dialed grows from reactive ones. • Room temperatures: • Stable • Supporting vigorous metabolism without stress • No signs of heat or cold response in leaf posture ⸻ 6. Grower Philosophy (This Week’s Key Message) “Everything is the same because everything is working.” This is one of the strongest educational points you can make: • No chasing symptoms • No premature feeding changes • Letting genetics + environment express naturally ⸻ 7. Outlook for Week 5 • Expect wider pre-flower expression across the room. • Training effects will become more visible in canopy distribution. • Nutrition transition will be timed, not rushed. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. This fifth week started off kinda rough. I had to remove some sick leaves that got hit by leaf miners. I’ve cleaned up all the damaged parts from the plants, including this one. On Monday, I’m gonna spray them with a ready-to-use mix that has Neem oil, nettle extract, and horsetail. I also noticed a slight nutrient deficiency, probably because until now I was only watering with untreated tap water — didn’t check the pH at all. Even when I fertilized, I still used water with no pH adjustment. I’ve only just started using pH-controlled water like two or three times now, since I finally bought a pH meter. Now I’m watering and fertilizing with everything adjusted to 6.5, so that’s something I need to keep in mind from now on. I’m planning to bump up the fertilizer to 1 ml per 500 ml of water. I’m using Biobizz Bloom, and I wanna keep the dose like that because the pot is small — just 3.2 liters — so I don’t wanna overdo it with 1 liter of water. I’ve noticed that 500 ml works just fine, so I’ll stick to that. Other than that, everything seems to be going okay.

Its finally time for THE POT PATCH 2023! I have been put behind schedule this year, yet again lol. Now lets see if I can get 6 weeks of growth in 3. I hope all the work I have been doing on natural plant growth regulators pays off, only time will tell. But I have so much planned for this season. IF everything goes right I will be pollinating one of these fine females with an authentic male God Bud from Jordan of the Islands and we should get some God's Hemi and we will see where that takes us. Inoculated the soil with a microbe tea to kick start the biological processes. I find this the best way to get things going while minimizing any possible root burn from the initial kick off of bio activity.

Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiodic plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Slurricane is a lady with low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiodic plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new growing branches. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping, my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil at the start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember that cold temperatures make the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer, so be careful to give the right amount and let the plant dry in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100& organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy...It's a super News! ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/it/11177-zamnesia-seeds-slurricane.html Zamnesia Description // Do you want to add a prestigious genetics to your grow room?
