Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! The big girl (I'm calling her Gen 2, let's see who puts that together) is starting to get frosty. Rogue One is still a little behind but I'm not worried. All in good time, all in good time...

High GD community, Week 7, Theres been a lot of rain last week, heavy winds. A lot of dust blew into the greenhouse. Theres also an attack of snails. Bcs the natural barrier of straw was blown away. Those sneeky bastards!!!🔪🔪🐌 First flowers appear on the zuchinis, theyve been growing a lot. Big fat leafs! The eggplants recovered 100% and showing new growth on top of the plant. Melons keep having a hard time, so i bought a other 1, same strain, only a F1 version. 🤞 Spanish peppers have their first flowers. 2 newbies are red pointed sweet paprika. And cucumber not triving yet. 1 died, so i bought 2 new ones, just to be sure. Of all the little pots my son made, nothing sprouted yet, except for some weeds. He was a bit dissapointed all week nothing appeared, reallife lessons in patience and failure. This week ive started siefing my compost pile. While i was turning over some parts of the compost, i noticed a lot of bummblebees swerving around. Than i found this hairy ball that was buzzing. If i knew they had their home installed, i would have been less brutal. Its a hard job turning over more tgan 1 qubic meter of plantmaterials and soil all mixed. So ive restored the place a bit, covered the space so the rain coulnt get onto the nest. As you can see, those bees are working their white ass off to get thinks back in place. Just a few hours after(14h) they are back in business. I also was astonished by how much wind those big fat bumblebees produce. Dust is swirling up when they hoover above the soil. Ive planted the iceberg lettuce togethere with an other 6 4 seasons lettuce, and covered the space for the intens rains and winds of last week. Thats it for this weeks adventure!! 🙏🌿🌿🌿🙏

Right until the end they finally beefed up right into the late blooming stage . Ill flush starting next week . This Friday will be the second flush with Flawless Finish Advanced Nutrients recieved by the Critical Punch by Dutch Passion as she is not taking much water after the first week flush . Both Fast Buds strains I have going in my tent are in the last week of Overdrive by Advanced Nutrients being the 2nd week now👇 Orange Sherbet & Purple Lemonade . Branches are bending & breaking😁

Girls got topped this week. I decided to only top once due to the herming last time. But they are growing well after the transplant last week. I'm happy with the growth and we'll look to flip in about three weeks. That'll put trim time around Christmas which I have off.

Moved from 2 daily waters in week one to 1 watering per day. Jan 1, 2020/Day 11: Amended top soil with 8 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 3 tbsp of Gaia Green 2-8-4 slow release nutrients. Dec 31-Jan 2: Removed first true leaves and another leaf. Leaves had slight damage to them, after my dog had a couple of nibbles. Jan 3, 2020 at 10pm: Turned bloom light off. Jan 4, 2020 at 11:40pm: Turned bloom light on. Back to veg and bloom.

Defoliated and given the last nutrients before harvest, planning to cut in roughly 2 weeks. Depending on weather conditions and trichomes. Bud shots are the best of each strain. Mango Kush: has the most buds overall. Some of them seem a to be not very dense though. Little whispy buds start low on the branch and then progress to some fat tips. White Widow: seems to have denser buds but much less. The plant has always wanted to go straight up and has very rigid branches. This strain should probably get training early on to maximize bud potential. Green Crack: has big buds at the tip of each branch but they aren't very long. Though the buds seem very dense and heavy.
