Both plants look healthy. I keep defoliating every day and they keep growing new leaves. They are extremely bushy plants. I have elevated their pots as they almost don’t stretch and they are a lot smaller than the rest of the tent now. A trailers net is added to level the canopies end of 1st flowering week.

Slipped up with ph fluctuation - nutes was 2 high - adjusted daily last 4days. Very happy with the girls recovery!! Busy week for sure. At the start of the week I started seeing the trichomes develop round heads as they were maturing. It's been very cool to see the difference in them every day. I had some trouble at the start of the week getting the ATS300 angled correctly because of my Dad's cowboy setup, but it definitely worked for a while and I'm grateful. Luckily, we managed to get an AC Infinity 642 ordered and got her in there ASAP. The tent is 72 inches tall, and it's only supposed to be 60! That gave me some extra room above my canopy for the light/exhaust etc. and actually saved me a bit to be honest. Although this was started as a 2x2 grow and I had no intention of straying from that, my plant became such a beast that I did all of this to be safe. My second grow will be a lot more organised! I installed an upper trellis a couple of days after putting the 642 up. Again, I became a bit disorganized with training (for example, I took my LST ties off too early, removed my lower scrog net when I took her out of the 2x2, and I focused a bit more on defoliation). This net will pretty much be for support only, but it will definitely help even out the canopy. The trichomes, again, are looking great as I hope the pics show. Just anxious I defoliated too much as a novice because I don't want my buds to grow slowly. I also had an issue with high heat (28-30C) for the first couple days in the 642 while I was sorting the ventilation and placement of the dehumidifier. Now it's sorted. Here’s why: • The plants are finishing their initial stretch and stabilizing in height. • Bud sites are setting in, pistils multiplying, and the true architecture of the flowers begins to show. • Nutrient demand shifts from pure vegetative growth into a more balanced call for energy to support flower production. This is the week where the plant defines her frame for the buds to come, too much stress or poor nutrition here can limit yield and structure later on. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition – Simple & Effective We’re keeping it straightforward, leaning on the Aptus Holland super Soil and organic program: • All-in-One Pellets – mixed in the soil from the start, slowly releasing balanced nutrition. • Regulator – helps with nutrient uptake and strengthens the plant structure. • Top Booster – added gently to encourage early bud development. • CalMag – to support strong cell walls and avoid deficiencies. Still, the girls are holding up beautifully: • Room temp: peaking around 31°C • Humidity: ~60% (a bit higher over the last few days) • Soil temp: ~25°C • PPFD (PAR): • Pheno #2 (compact at ~90 cm): 760–780 μmol/m²/s • Pheno #1 (tall at ~1.95 m): 1,000–1,100 μmol/m²/s, reaching closer to the light This difference in PPFD is a natural result of their height difference — with Pheno #1 stretching closer to the light, she’s getting a more intense dose. It’ll be interesting to see how she handles the higher intensity compared to her more compact sister. 💡 Grower’s Note – Balancing Different Phenos Under One Light It’s common in multi-pheno runs to have plants finishing at different heights. Here are a few ways to manage light distribution and avoid stress or uneven growth: • Raise the fixture slightly to reduce intensity for taller plants. • Dim the light (if possible) to bring PPFD down into the sweet spot, while adding supplemental side or under-canopy lighting to support the shorter pheno. • Low-stress training (LST) or gentle bending/tucking of the tallest colas can help bring the canopy closer to even. • Stools or risers under shorter pots can bring compact phenos closer to the light. Every grow space is unique, so it’s all about finding the right balance to keep both phenos thriving. Start Woche 4 Blüte. Die ersten wirklich warmen Tage... Samstag leider über 30°C Im Zelt...🙄🙄 Nun ja, müssen die Damen leider durch, ne Klima kommt einfach nicht in Frage😏 Deshalb habe ich ja Purolyt getestet. Bisher schaun beide gut aus👍 So langsam sind die ersten Trichome sichtbar und sie fangen an leicht zu riechen. Die beiden bekommen morgen noch ihren Composttee, sonst passiert grade nicht viel. Hin und wieder werden ein paar Blätter entfernt. 🍀 Tag71 Beide haben jeweils 2l Composttee bekommen.

Tag 63: Die Green Gelato entwickelt sich wie im Bilderbuch. Sie hat sich nicht zu sehr gestreckt. Ich muss wohl kaum was weg nehmen außer unten ein paar helle Blätter 😁 Tag 67: Hatte heute die Erleuchtung! Ich gieße ausschließlich mit Britta gefiltert Wasser, was wohl auch schon das ein oder andere Mal zu Kalzium und Magnesium Mangel geführt hat. Was sich aber erst bei Cookies Gelato (grow 32) so deutlich gezeigt hat. Ich stelle nun langsam auf Leitungswasser um.

This week its been showing signs of nitrogen deficiency and possible anginess of transplanting to a 6in pot. I think the last fertilizer solution experienced some nutrient lock as i just learned about how nutrients will leach away when introduced to another particular solution in a certain order. I am using Tap water but last time i introduced my bloom nutrients first and then my cal mag and it started to bubble? This time i did it the other way around so we will see how it goes.

-light intensity increased to 100% -watered twice a week with 1.5 liters of water. 1x with nutrients, 1x pure water -pre-flowering this week, flowering officially begins next week🌹

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. High GD community, Week 12, Haze doing very good. Her sativa genes push her to grow big. But the stems are a bit thin. Hst and LST will help those branches get more solid. Malas noticias con Nefertiti todavía no creció. La saqué del papel húmedo y ahora nuevamente está con agua, la dejaré así 1 o 2 días y luego la plantare directamente. Las 2 CSSH que germine fueron exitosas, una con una raíz de 5-6mm y otra de 3-4mm, ya fueron trasladadas a tierra como se ve en la imagen. La primer CSSH todavía no creció , tengo miedo que haya tomado mucha humedad la tierra y no haya descargado correctamente. En esta ocasión agregué unas muy pocas gotas de una hormona de enraizado, he tirado unos pocos milímetros de agua en cada una , guarde mucho para los días consecuentes.

Vamos familia que ya actualizamos la cosecha de estas Frosted Guava de Zamnesia. Vaya flores que se han marcado repletas de tricomas, parecen escarcha y las flores se marcan aromas muy tropicales, la verdad que únicos. Es una variedad bastante fácil de cultivar pero al tener un periodo de floración algo más largo, hay que estar pendiente de alimentarlas bien, gracias Agrobeta en mi sala es posible. Temperaturas máximas en 24 y mínimas en 20 y una humedad estable en torno al 36%. Las mantuve 10 semanas pero facilmente si se quedan 11 tampoco estaría mal, yo las vi bien maduras y ya tenía tricomas ambar así que les di matarile.
