A lot of rain and wind, continuously. Temps have dropped as well. I’m reading another week or two to chop this plants. Sativa dominant hybrids did the best, the Fastberry and the banana purple punch did not really develop as the other two. In specifics the cbd crack developed sizable buds, and the blue dream as well, the flowers are not as developed tight and dense as in the indoor grow. A bit of fox-tailing nothing too expressive. Minimal work, as per the setup chosen, an no extra nutes this week.

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

She is officially 3 weeks old yay ! And female double yay! And I believe she is growing strong. Started showing what I believe are pre flowers ... ? No smell yet and is she small for her age ?? Not sure since it is an Autoflower. Increased Nutes and added a little bloodworm meal to top soil . Grow baby grow , super excited 😁

6/17 - Watered today. 5 days since last watering. Made sure to add water slowly to the cups, as the medium I'm using is a coco/peat based medium, and I realize that peat becomes hydrophobic when it dries out, and the top was close to that. By watering pretty slow, it allows more of it to be absorbed vs just running through. Both Dreamcatcher plants have 2 nodes developed and are starting on their third nodes (slightly behind the Chinook Haze also being grown in the tent). 6/18 - I watered yesterday, then life hit, and the plants were without lights for just over 24 hours. Looks like the newer area started to yellow a bit, which I assume will green again within a day or two now that the lights are back on. 6/19 - Plants are looking good to me. There seems to be a lot less vein swelling, so it appears the chance of overwatering that looked like it was coming on a week ago is subsiding. Got to let them grow some more before I start to chop them up in an attempt to mainline. 6/21 - Plants will be watered tomorrow. Other than that, it is just slowly moving along, and I am considering going to 1g pots soon. I believe I am going to try to go from solo cup to 1g to 5g this time, and I think that by doing so, I might not need to fertilize at all during veg at least. I figure if I can get 3-4 weeks out of the solo cup, then similar out of a 1g, by the time I get to 5g, I will be close to 8-12 weeks, and close to flipping time. I have dimmed the lights a bit, and raised them close to 35" above the 2 Dreamcatcher plants in hope to induce a little stretch between nodes, but they still seem to be growing fairly compact. 6/22 - Watered the plants today. Could have probably waited another day, but I figure 5 days between watering was enough, and the cups did feel pretty light.

Day 93 - Fattened up good, getting really heavy....posted pic of test bud.... vid of the led uv globe i got on ebay... works awesome.... highly recommend...... 😎 maybe 1 more week.... they smell delicious, not very strong smell.... just normal water in bottom drip tray, dutch master one gold ....next week, flush em and next sunday pull em..... idk.... Day 95 - had a good look at both girls and worked out a harvest plan...... i've started flushing/watering on the smaller one, and sunday (day 100) will be her last. i'll leave the larger one (she's still quiet white) for another week and re evaluate her fate next week. Day 97 - 4 vids .... looks good 😎 getting a 1600x Camera Endoscope USB Digital Microscope from ebay, see if it will help with harvest........ 😎

May have added more nutrients forgeting the pot already came with its own nutrients for the seed. So just add 6.5 water. I’ve decided to add Fish shit to boost the growth along the way. Don’t know if it’s needed or not. The sprout is growing its first set of fan leaves which appear to have a couple spots. I left the soil uncovered for about a week so nutrients may be for concentrated at the top of soil causing slight nutrient burn spots… I’ll just keep using decholinated 6.5 water

welcome to 📅Day 29 transition has started 4/12/2021. She has moved into transition into flower and she shows no sign that she is having any problems unlike her sister plant. 👉Alrighty Then👈 This plant finished out just around 90 days from seed 👉Puffed a bunch of it , and its Pungent, this plant destroyed my grow room in flower 🌼 👈 the buds are tight and smoothered in resin 👌 This is a one off cultivar from GHS in honor of Fanco👈 it's definitely not for everyone cause when i say its stanky i mean stanky ....... She destroyed the house last night smoking this stuff , there's know hiding this one period .... This was a huge surprise for me and do to its powerful stank the terps lead the way to some icky sticky stanky smoke its brutal awsome ..... Would definitely grow this one again and would recommend 😳 This one is special ..... it's definitely not for everyone ..... On the first day of this week, I topped the plants after the 5th node. 3 days later I switched to 12/12. The reservoir wasn't quite empty yet, so I didn't fill it this week, but I probably will at the start of the next one. Plants are growing quickly now, the yellowing in the BJ and NYC has also pretty much recovered, nutes seem to be fine at the moment. I fear they might grow taller than I'd like them to, but I guess we'll see. I just hope I don't have to put in the net this time, as I like to reserve the option of taking them out of the tent. I also bought an RO filter, which I am probably going to use the next time I fill the reservoir.

Wow she's getting frosty!!

Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.
