I had such a good response applying raw aloe very gel to the silver haze, just look at this weeks pics compared to last weeks. You can clearly see the difference. Aloe is high in beneficial enzymes and growth factors and more importantly an excellent source of silica. Cannabis flower, specifically the trichomes are made up of between 78% and up to 86% silica depending on the cultivar, so far only a small number of cultivars have been tested. However its clear that cannabis flowers NEED silica. Silica will also help with drought tolerance, it will armour your plant against pests, it will help the plant with transpiration, it will make water transport much easier for the plant, freeing up energy for other things like flower production. Also, If used as a foliar spray once a week in veg, it will help tighten up node spacing. So if you want those frosty buds make sure you have silica readily available for your plants.

In my quest for the perfect modern grow room, I got my hands on a super cool device: SensorPush. Each SensorPush is a tiny low-energy-bluetooth thermomether+hygrometer. I have 1 sensor in the indoor tent and 1 sensor in the outdoor micro greenhouse. Both are connected to the "SensorPush Wifi Gateway", allowing me to access to the datas at anytime from anywhere in the world. SO COOL! I started to collect datas more than a week ago and it has been already so helpful, I noticed that every single adjustment (side fan speed, thermostat mix/max, window opened/closed, driver dimming..) has a direct and immediate impact on the environment, and being able to see the detailed live statistics is the perfect way to adjust the parameters. I had one important issue this week: my timer was acting weird and the light was turning on 40 mins while the plants were in the middle of their night, but thanks to SensorPush I was able to notice the problem immediately and fix what could have gone dramatical. I love these sensors so much that I've started to dig into the SensorPush API, and guess what: after a few minutes I was able to get the datas showing up on my webcam feed, so now my webcam app is also showing me the temp+RH! The nematodes worked great against the fungus gnats and i almost completely got rid of them. Starting to feed her this week. Also started with low stress training this week.

This week I began flushing the plants on 11/30, at the start of week 7 for a 14 day flush. Harvest is estimated to be december 14th based off the “56 day” flowering cycle but we’ll see about that when the time comes. Trichomes are looking pretty cloudy at the moment

Hello This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Got my 4 year cancer checkup... got the nose and throat camera.. And the Dr. couldn't find anything wrong. I get 1 more checkup in a year before they can give me a... all clear for cancer. I'm going to beat it... Thanks Rick Simpson... Picked up this magazine a few days ago and just wanted to share the adds and articles. There's a Cheech and Chong interview and story in my Captain Future diary this week if your interested. Everything is going good in here. I've seen some fungus gnats flying around But I've also seen some very small spiders starting webs, and they will grow, and take care of the gnat problem. The plants are just getting rainwater for now. There's is lots of compost in each pot... the roots just have to find it. I'll give some food in a week or two. Going to be turned to flowering by June 1st, so there is still another month of veg to go. OK. Have Fun. Chuck

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. These ladies are beautiful and fragrance of that of a skunk and mints. Doing mighty fine 🌿💚

Week has been good besides me accidentally snapping my main cola off of my one plant while doing some additional LST. Had to stake a couple of them because of a storm and they didn't seem rooted that well apparently. But all and all decent.

They have seen low temp's of 0.0 and high temps of 36°c but seem to be doing fine so far, 2 weeks growth outdoors is so different to two weeks growth under a light!!

Läuft gut soweit. Lichtstärke der Lampe auf 60% gestellt. Ein paar Blätter entfernt, die Nebentrieben das Licht genommen haben. Ich habe das Gefühl die Lemon Haze wächst etwas langsamer. Eventuell braucht die Sorte wärmere Temperaturen.
